It’s such a pleasant experience when working with Kristen Burke on establishing the escrow instructions and then the amendment projects for an unusual international trading business situation due to the challenging economic downturn. What made Kristen so special to me is that she put herself in the client’s position and understood the client's concerns and needs in addition to her well trained knowledge and professionalism. Bill is an excellent attorney who helped me through a high-conflict divorce with his strategic and calm approach. He is very patient and thinks before he reacts. My experience was undeniably seamless!! They communicated every step of the way, even after the last day. They made sure nothing was left behind and I had no worries or pain after my accident. They help me understand things about insurance that I had no clue about and things that the big insurance company don’t and want tell you because they don’t want you to know as to what ALL you are entitled too. So hands down this is the best law firm in the state!!! I would literally trust this firm with anything!! Everyone is so nice and professional from the front desk back to the main ones you don’t even see! Don’t think twice, get them in your life!!!!!

Megan was outstanding during my custody dispute and subsequent child support modification in 2023. Not only did she support me from a legal standpoint and give me transparent advice of all options in helping me gain full physical custody of my teenage daughter, but she was empathetic and supportive on an emotional level as well. If you don't go with this law group then you are mission out! Not only did they handle my case with grace, but they even went the extra mile when I had an emergency! I have a medically fragile and disabled child that is very hard to take out of the home. The day before my court appearance, all of my child care canceled for the day of court. I needed to file a motion in order to appear virtually instead but being the day before, and with my lack of court understandings, I was lost. I called this office since they were the ones who filed my paperwork with the court to ask for assistance. Of course the lawyer I used was out of office so I left a message. Within 10 minutes I received a call back from another attorney from this office and after I explained my situation, they said that they would have no problem filling out the motion for me and emailing to me! Not only that but they did this from their cell phone! All I asked for was advice, but this office was so understanding and the fact that they went the extra mile to help me was such a relief and an act of kindness and humanity that you don't normally see from people nowadays. From now on I will always use this firm for all of my needs!

My husband hired Michael for a very complex child custody case with his ex wife. We worked with Michael for 3 years because of the complexity of the case, and continued unnecessary filings on the the ex wife's side. Him and his paralegal, Benjamin, held our hands the entire way through the process. They were very attentive and responsive when we had questions. They were very knowledgable about case law, and how we could get the best outcome. In the end, my husband won the case and got pretty much everything he requested because Michael put together a solid case that could not be refuted. We hope that we never need a family attorney again, but if we do, we will absolutely return to Michael and his team!

You will be very impressed with Lauren Varner if you have to deal with a personal injury claim. Lauren represented us in an injury claim resulting from a head on collision. She has exceptional knowledge of medical anatomy and physiology associated with accident trauma. She is well networked with medical specialists that assist in diagnosing and documenting severe injuries. We found her to be very approachable, compassionate, and articulate. She was very assertive with the at-fault party’s insurance company and their opposing attorney. She is surrounded by a great staff. At the end of litigation, we received full policy limits on our claim from the opposing insurance company and additional UIM disbursements with our carrier. I had a 30 min. free consultation with Vernon Ready about a week ago. I had questions regarding a contempt of court hearing for child support. He answered all my questions, was very concise, professional and friendly. I had called several other attorneys before I talked with Vernon and hands down he was the best. The other attorneys wouldn't answer several of my questions without "paying for their time" or asking me to retain them. I retained this firm after being served with a Motion for Retroactive child support. The Petitioner had filed the motion seeking an additional 16 years of child support for the years before she had originally filed a motion to initiate child support.
David took the time to ensure that he obtain all aspects of my case, and assured me that he would do everything that he could to assist me.
At the hearing, the Court agreed that I was subject to retroactive child support and ordered me and the Petitioner to attend mediation. Before I actually attended mediation with the Petitioner, the Court, on its own volition, revisited our motion to dismiss the motion for retroactive child support.
They originally filed a motion to dismiss the motion for retroactive child support because the Petitioner had waited more than two years to seek the retroactive child support after becoming aware that she could.
The Court agreed with our legal argument and event cited the law in her dismissal of the motion for retroactive child support.
Without Davids' assistance and due diligence, (not to mention, his dedication to obtaining a fair judgment and attention to detail) I would have been faced with a dire financial situation. I can say with certainty that I would not have had the same outcome without his representation.
