Annette helped me regain custody of my daughter years ago and was wery insightful throughout the case. Her pricing was fair for what she does. She was referred by another lawyer who spoke very highly of her and I can see why. I have been divorced now for over 10 years and since my divorce have gone through three attorneys. My first experience with my first attorney was horrible and no justice was served in my divorce; my ex wife walked away with everything including my children. Since then I have taken my ex-wife back to court and never really truly been able to get justice served. I recently retained Annette Cox Sandoval as my attorney in a custody battle with my ex-wife. My ex-wife was always used to winning and getting her way and justice was never served until recently when Mrs Cox Sandoval took over my case. Mrs Cox Sandoval was very good at gathering the evidence that I gave her an overtime put together an amazing case!!! My ex even tried to get jurisdiction changed after it being 10 years in Arizona to hometown of Nevada. Mrs Cox Sandoval fought for me and convinced our judge to retain jurisdiction in Arizona (which was key to my custody battle)! Recently we were set to go to custody trial and the day before our trial my ex caved in and settled. I finally got justice served and more importantly, my son is now happy and living with me and his family in Arizona!!!
Mrs Cox Sandoval is the best attorney that I've had and I will never have to worry again so long as she is in my corner!!!

Buyer be ware! After visiting with a very close friend of mine regarding their Counsel, I encouraged this person to hire an exceptionally experienced and professional firm with a team that could serve their needs that wasn’t Jordan.
Jordan essentially went MIA around mid-November. Essentially, this friend of mine asked him a myriad of questions inquiring as to how things could be moved along expeditiously in order to close out their matter. No response for weeks on end.
Ironically enough, after he essentially ghosted said client, the client was presented with a bill a couple of days after reaching out to him - again, without any response to their email. After paying above and beyond the initial retainer he seemed to disappear.
As a matter of fact, he was quick quick quick to respond when new representation reached out to him (as in he responded within the same day)!
Lack of communication in this electronic age is unacceptable. I have encouraged this former client to contact the AZ Bar Association in order to recoup their financial losses with Jordan. He’s unprofessional at best. Moreover, he's running a one man show and he doesn’t have the resources to close things out quickly.
Please be certain that any person you hire to deal with a sensitive legal matter not only takes you seriously but be sure whomever you decide to work with has ownership interest in your situation and the staff to make that a reality. I find it appalling that Jordan didn’t have the chutzpah to face this client and admit that he didn’t have the resources to help them in a timely or appropriate fashion.

If you have found yourself in any sort of legal trouble, please take the time to read this-- you will not regret it.
I was charged with a very serious criminal offense in 2014. Despite our feeling that no crime had been committed, the charge still had the potential to destroy the life that I had built with my wife and family and my future.
I initially consulted with and hired a different attorney shortly after my arrest to handle the case (not Mr. Nermyr). Things started off poorly and unfortunately, they did not get better over time. Communication was severely lacking, punctuality was an issue on many occasions, and due to my previous attorney taking a vacation, we missed the only opportunity for a Grand Jury remand-- which we have been advised, may have ended the case based on the facts involved.
From that point forward we got caught up in the system and seemingly endless hearings and delays. Our attorney seemed powerless and in over their head. We tried several different routes to plead our case prior to trial, but could not gain any traction with the State and we felt, for lack of better words, totally unprotected. After over 2 years of zero progress, we were emotionally tapped, financially drained and running out of hope.
It was at that point that a very close personal friend recommended that I speak to Mr. Nermyr about my case-- and I could not be more grateful for that.
From the moment I met Mark Nermyr and his associate, Al Morrison, I felt like I had found the best. He took the time to completely understand my case and from that point forward I felt totally protected. The dynamic and breadth of knowledge between these two gentlemen was unreal. They immediately went to work getting to the core issues of the State's case and the strengths of ours. It did not take long for them to formulate a strategy that would ultimately lead to the first real movement in over 2 years on the State's part.
The first hearing with Mr. Morrison, Mr. Nermyr, and Mr Shell was pretty incredible. They arrived early and were ready and waiting when we arrived. When we walked into the courtroom they commanded respect like we had not experienced with our previous attorney, all while being incredibly professional and prepared. That was the first time since the arrest that I had felt truly represented and hopeful that we could achieve a positive outcome.
The meetings and hearings following were equally as impressive. Mr. Nermyr continued to analyze, research and adjust strategy accordingly to put us in the best possible position. The communication with Mark was always on point and he always gave me his undivided attention and treated me with total respect.
Within just a few short months, and nearing the trial date, Mr. Nermyr and Mr. Morrison drafted and submitted a powerful motion that changed the course and outcome of the case. The motion opened up the opportunity for a dismissal or possible acquittal at trial and/or acted as a strong negotiating tool for a favorable plea offer.
Options are few and far between when facing the justice system-- and Mark Nermyr did what seemed impossible-- his diligence and thorough understanding of the law and how it applied to my case gave me multiple, solid options and all of the information necessary to make the right decision for me and my family.
Words are not enough to express my gratitude to Mr. Nermyr and his team. He, against all odds, gave me my life and dignity back, my kids their Dad back, my wife her husband back and orchestrated a defense that will allow me to move past this in the near future.
I do not anticipate needing his services again in the future, and I certainly hope that none of my friends or family run into any legal issues-- but if they do, I will without hesitation recommend Mr. Nermyr. I highly recommend Mark Nermyr if you find yourself in need of excellent representation for a criminal matter in AZ-- You will not be disappointed.

When I first contacted Mark Arnett concerning taking a case against the insurance company for my home, he was considerate, respectful, thorough and from the onset explained what he thought was possible. I previously had approached about 10 other lawyers, who would not take my case. Mr. Arnett greatly reduced my anxiety with his calm manner which was most appreciated and sorely needed. At first I called three local attorneys, two of which didn’t handle my type of case and left me at a lost as to which direction I should go. The third attorney I contacted didn’t handle my situation as well, but took the time to explain that I needed a Contract Law attorney and went further to recommend an attorney that specialized in case vs. auto dealerships. I was grateful for the lead and immediately contacted the Law Office of Choi & Fabian. Right from my initial conversation with Ms. Fabian I knew she was knowledgeable about automobile contracts and was very patient as I explained my dilemma. She asked to review the contracts and related documents. While waiting over the course of a weekend, I received a call from the dealership stating they have reconsidered our issue and were willing to unwind the deal. I spoke with Ms. Fabian on Monday and she agreed that a simple and quick resolution is favorable. I was not out for vengeance or a punitive damages award. I wanted to part company with this new car dealership and that is what I got. Note: In my state doesn’t have a 3-Day Right To Cancel Law, therefore disputes are difficult to resolve.

I was a passenger in a vehicle that was struck by another vehicle that ran a stop sign. I was hurt badly. The company that was insuring the vehicle I was in was giving me the run around, while the insurance company of the at fault driver was completely ignoring me. I needed help fast. A friend of mine suggested Wattel and York, so with hesitation I sent off an email. Within literally 5 minutes I received a phone call. Much to my surprise it was the attorney’s office, and not just a paralegal or legal assistant. The ACTUAL attorney called me and discussed my case! I went in the following day for a consultation and they took my case. Throughout the whole process, all I can say is how wonderful this firm is. From their legal assistants and paralegals all the way up the lawyers themselves. They’re timely and accurate in their communication, whether it is over email or telephone. I could call and talk with the attorney anytime, and they would drop what they were currently doing to answer any questions I had. My fear and despondency disappeared with sweet release as I read the demand letter that Michael York sent to the insurance companies. It was extremely well written and was “matter of fact” in its demands. The insurance companies paid out in full all that was requested from the demand letter without hesitation. Thankfully, I've led a benign life. I learned when I was very young from my wise parents that life by itself is difficult enough without negatively encountering the law. I went to college with those who became attorneys, and have known attorneys through working for charities we had in common, but I never needed legal representation until I was nearly 65 years old.
It was a horrific traffic accident I was in nearly three years ago that first caused me to find and secure an attorney. There were several that urged me to contact the firm Wattell & York, one friend, having been in the same circumstance years ago, saying, “You don't stand a chance against the insurance companies. Its against their best interest and bottom line that they pay out claims of any size to anyone.”
My first conversation after registering was with Michael York, one of the general partners of the firm. He took his time explaining in layman's terms the course ahead, then invited me to contact him at any time I had a question, concern, or thought. He was terrific and put any trepidations I had to rest. And my confidence in he and his team only grew as my case unfolded. When complexities arose, and they always do, I was so impressed and appreciative of his long and detailed correspondence, clearly articulating options.
Throughout the complex and distended process of my case, I was always kept current as to the status of all developments as they transpired. Through much communication and correspondence, it was so evident to see that the general partners of the firm and all supportive staff act as a tightly coordinated force, always pressing forward with their client's best interest in mind.

I had a significant problem with a large auto insurance company in paying labor rates at a recommended auto body shop. After 9 months of squabbling including a demand letter from an attorney, I was referred to Mr. York.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I cannot recommend Tom highly enough - and I'm certain that this review will not do him justice . . .but I'll try.
In 2012 an individual hit me while I was at a stop, totaling my Ford F150. I suffered a concussion and several injuries which required surgery and rehab. Through no fault of Tom's, the case dragged on for 2 1/2 years prior to reaching a settlement. The process required my deposition, mediation and an insane amount of discovery.
Through it all, Tom was amazing! He and his staff treated me like family. Tom contacted me often, ensuring that I never wondered for a moment what was going on in my case or how hard he was fighting for me.
The deposition and mediation were so much less stressful than they could have been. Tom thoroughly prepared me and ensured I knew exactly what to expect.
Tom took the time to understand what my priorities for settlement were and why. This meant so much to me. Ultimately, Tom got an extremely favorable settlement for me, and I am eternally grateful.

Tom came to SC to defend my wife who was charged with two counts of murder....of which she is innocent. Tom did a tremendous job and after a month long trial that involved hundreds of testimonials, including intense and complex medical testimony, the jury was hung and a mistrial was declared. Tom was ready to return to SC again to represent Gail, but Judge James refused to grant Tom permission to represent Gail since he was not licensed in SC. Things did not go well in the next trial in part because of Tom's absence. I'm now doing all I can to have Gail set free from prison, where she is serving a life sentence for a crime that did not occur. Gail and I both feel that if Tom would of been allowed back for the retrial, she would of been found not guilty and this nightmare would of been over. Thank you Tom for all you did for Gail and myself. We will never forget you and we thank you for believing in Gails innocence. I am now putting together a team to file habeas corpus for Gail. I will never give up on having Gail set free.
