My Mom was rear-ended by a tractor trailer. The insurance company said they would take care of us and nothing happened. We hired Morgan and he found out how bad the trucking company was, proof the truck driver was speeding, proof the company destroyed vital evidence, and proof my Mom had a brain injury. He was great to work with and always helpful. We had a great recovery for my Mom. I would highly recommend this attorney for anyone.

I hired Emma Flynn to review a contract that covered my purchase of the business assets of my former boss. Since I was technically starting a new business, the main thing I needed was protection from any claims against the former business by the IRS or other parties. The contract had to be ready to sign in a short amount of time and Mrs. Flynn delivered. She ironed out what was basically a rough draft, adding language and clauses that would protect me and removing anything that was superfluous. Her communication was timely and professional. I was able to meet with her to discus the details of my contract and follow up emails were answered immediately. Her bill was clear and negotiated up front, making it easy for me to know what to expect and focus on giving her the information she needed to assist me. Working with Mrs. Flynn was the best experience I've ever had with a lawyer. I would not hesitate to hire her in the future and refer her to others who may need her services.

Darren Kennedy at Resolutions is the best! He has been my go-to lawyer for over 5 years, assisting me (a realtor) with any questions regarding contract issues, contract language for special situations, title issues, boundary lines in question etc etc. I have also referred many of my clients to him for real estate related issues as well, and I’m grateful to have a trusted source to send them to and know they’ll be treated well. I got arrested for sleeping in my work van at an Applesbees. I had drank a little too much at the bar and didn't want to drive across the street to my hotel. After leaving Amanda a voicemail about my case, she called me back fast and had already looked up my case number and knew all about my case. She saved me time by postponing my first court date (my b.a.c hadn't came back yet), so it would of been a waste of time. When court arrived, she worked with the district attorney and judge to get the case dismissed and was successful. She's a good one. Very smart and respectable.

My son was arrested on a weekend on a mistaken identity, and Janie's first comment was "I've got this." She went to court on Monday morning, had the warrant and extradition recalled that morning, and worked non-stop to have him released in another state - all two days prior to July 4, with everyone else headed out of town. At the follow-up court hearing, all was dismissed. Janie was incredibly knowledgeable and prepared, which contributed greatly to the speed of handling the case. There are not enough stars for her.

I was arrested on November 12th 2015 in Oregon on an outstanding warrant for Probation Violation from Chattanooga, TN. I was extradited back to TN. Janie was able to get my court date set on Dec 4th instead of Jan 12. She was in constant communication with my family. She was able to get all charges dismissed and return me to my family. I had never been injured on the job and had NO knowledge about worker's compensation claims. I contacted Mr. Walwyn randomly after an internet search for attorneys in my area and I believe that I hit the jackpot by hiring him. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable, but he and his staff were professional and very polite. They took the time to educate me and kept me informed every step of the way through my entire ordeal. Hes young (33 I think) and his rate was the best we could find. Every other attorney we talked gave us doubletalk He never overbilled us or made us question his work. This blond wavy haired blued eyed lad got our company's draconian air pollution fines dropped from 40,000 to two grand last year and we weren't even polluting! He's the only attorney in Tennessee who sued the government to protect the endangered Nashville Crayfish from a 50 acre marina being built across Shelby Park in downtown Nashville. I am trying to hook my daughter up with him as a result! From start to finish; my experience with Robin was outstanding. Unlike many attorneys, he is very accessible, and does what he can to help ease your stress. This means a great deal when you are already in the midst of a "less than pleasant" situation. He listens, answers your questions, and truly takes his time to be sure you understand what is, and will be, happening. He is honest, sincere, and exceedingly fair; I feel he certainly earned his fee (and then some). He is very knowledgeable, and knows his business well. He represented my daughter in a case that took place in Nashville, TN, and we COULD NOT have asked for a better outcome. I am truly grateful and HIGHLY recommend him. Corrin handled my divorce. She is very responsive, usually returning my emails and calls the same day. She gave me great tips on what to ask for and what might damage my case. During the back and forth with the paperwork, Corrin went on vacation, but she got one of her associates to step in for her in case anything came up when she was not available.
