I had never been injured on the job and had NO knowledge about worker's compensation claims. I contacted Mr. Walwyn randomly after an internet search for attorneys in my area and I believe that I hit the jackpot by hiring him. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable, but he and his staff were professional and very polite. They took the time to educate me and kept me informed every step of the way through my entire ordeal. Just knowing he was there for me and truly had my best interests in mind provided me with a great deal of peace during this, otherwise, nerve wracking time. He was successful in obtaining a settlement for me in a short amount of time, and his fee was reasonable. Hopefully I will not need his services again, but if I ever find myself in that situation I know that I will be treated fairly and with respect. I would definitely recommend Mr. Walwyn to anyone in need of an attorney for a worker's compensation claim.

What I can say is beyond how I feel Wendy Stanfield literally get everything taken care of immediately, goes beyond to make sure everything is accurate. Ronnie assisted my husband and I on a real estate case involving negligence on the part of our home inspector, the selling agent, and the sellers. We did not end up pursuing our case in court, but were able to reach a settlement with the assistance of Mr. Berke. I was going to wait for my bankruptcy to be discharged and closed before leaving a full review - but I saw a 1 star review which, has 100% not been my experience with Mr. Rannick or his office. I understand they may have had a poor experience with his office, but most of the time when people yell about "how awful the lawyer/doctor/mechanic/etc" is - its usually because they've not provided the professionals trying to help them with proper information and when things don't work out, can't claim ownership over that. I mean, there could be truth to their experience - but saying my case has been handled a thousand percent differently so far - I doubt it.
My experience so far has been great! The fees for my Chapter 7 case were reasonable and the service has been amazing. Also, Mr. Rannick has great payment plans which are very affordable.
Weirdly enough, I was talking to a friend who also declared bankruptcy (years ago) and already had my initial appointment set up. He actually recommended this attorney as well! So as long as my service continues to be great - this review will be accurate. I don't see anything changing on that front, though!

I was called by Amanda to meet at Massey & Associates office with her and Joshua to discuss my Van accident and injuries. I arrived at Massey's Office and was taken to a conference room to wait for Joshua and Amanda. They both came in together within minutes. After meeting with Josh, he asked me questions about the Van accident and my injuries. He was concerned and took interest in me as a person. I noted within a few minutes by his questions and note taking, he was concerned but I was impressive with him about laws.
I found Joshua to be a people person along with being Knowledgeable with his questions and answers. Amanda and Josh are wonderful people whom worked hard to settle my case favorably. Josh is someone you can trust and know he is working on your behalf along with Amanda.

I had a consultation with him and told him my story and what I’ve tried, what work I’ve done, how long I’ve been sick and what conditions I have. Mr. Jackson was very confident from day 1 that he would be able to secure a victory in my case - he didn’t sugarcoat it though. It would take time, hard work and my cooperation with records and information, for me to keep going to all my doctor’s appointments and keep him well up-to-date. I gave my full trust and trusted in the process.
Mr. Jackson and his staff kept me up-to-date on every step that came forward, helped me communicate with social security, submitted paperwork on my behalf (where applicable & appropriate or gave me advice if I needed it). The disability process takes time. Mr. Jackson let me know that almost everyone gets denied during their first submission and that happened in my case - I was actually denied twice by letter.
Then it went to the hearing process in person with a judge and Mr. Jackson was right there with me every step of the way - I was never alone. That gave me so much peace because I get scared and anxious. I was glad he was in my corner. I had to answer some questions but for the most part, Mr. Jackson handled the judge’s questions. The judge ruled in my favor that day and case was finally won! Mr. Jackson talked to both me and my family (they were allowed to be called in as potential witnesses for the hearing beforehand) both before the hearing started but also after the hearing to answer any and all questions.
He really is a kind and remarkable lawyer. He and his staff have never left me hanging or a question unanswered. Any time, both before the case was complete and after, he and his staff have continued to take my phone calls and text messages in a timely manner. Did a fantastic job for me. I whole-heartedly recommend this lawyer. My son was in jeopardy of losing college funding due to his drug charge. Argued well to dismiss all 3 charges and got a light probation term.
My son learned his lesson but Brian saved his future. Life changing! He didn't have to....but Brian followed up with post court phone calls and texts to make sure he was stating on track. As good as it gets!

I've had the pleasure of working with Scott Davis for some time now and I must say, not only is he highly intelligent, one of the best personal injury attorneys in Chattanooga, pretty much perfect at his job but he's a great human being too.

Joe was a great attorney to me we had a mess. He went above the call of duty! When my father died he owed a construction company. He came down I had 8 people suing the estate, some family.
