After my SSI application was denied I entered a contract with Bross & Frankel spanning over a year. Since I couldn't work and Cape May County Social Services claimed they were unable to house a disabled person who is assisted by a service dog, I was homeless for 7 months before finally receiving my voucher. Much of my property was damaged beyond repair or stolen by other homeless people, and my health declined so rapidly and drastically that I recently broke multiple ribs and damaged a vertebrae by falling onto my BED. Cooper Hospital in CMCH refused to write a prescription for lidocaine cream covered by Medicaid or any other pain medicine aside from a patch with adhesive when I'm allergic to adhesive and chart mentions this since almost a year and a half ago. In so much agony I tried to protect my ribs on the right side, which didn't inflate when breathing as my video shows, but hurt all the same. Since I was curving toward the right to minimize pain for around a month, my spine began to curve in both the lumbar and thoracic regions. Unable to lay down without agonizing pain that left me screaming until I passed out from exhaustion (which sometimes took over 7 hours) I developed herniation of the spinal disc. I have degenerative disc disease and decreasing bone density among other ailments. My health insurance literally put me into the care management program and we are already looking at the possibility of assisted living in the not-so-distant future. Jennifer was going to be my attorney but I was informed by her paralegal that they refuse to help me earmark medical expenses and replacement have food stamps or resources into my funds from SSI backpayment, despite NJ law permitting them to do so. Iris wanted me to request DHS waive all backpayment contract responsibilities but I am fine with paying them after I set aside my medical expenses and replacement of resources and/or if a future lump sum becomes available even though I signed under duress as a homeless person told I couldn't receive food stamps or general assistance or a voucher unless I agreed to give them a return on their investment. I have never been so shocked as I am right now. Bross & Frankel - callous cruelty when you need them most. 1/5 stars

I first started working with Nancy several years ago with power of attorney paperwork for a parent. At that time things were relatively straightforward. As things progressed, and my parent began to need more help, Nancy was able to steer me not only to other legal members of her firm but also an elder care specialist who was incredibly valuable in helping select an appropriate nursing home. My case has been dragging on for years. Though this may be the way it is in workers comp cases, I feel, at times, that Mr. Jacobs could be a little more aggressive getting things accomplished. That said, he has certainly stood up for my rights and has gotten many things approved. He certainly tries to do what is right, but, the law itself holds him back.

I sued my former employer for unpaid commissions and though I really thought I'd win, my lawyer kept warning me that it would be almost a year before we would even get to trial and, if we won, it would take even longer to get my money. We went to the mediation only because it was court-ordered with the intention of leaving after an hour. I was stunned that I walked out three hours later with a settlement agreement in hand and was paid nearly what I demanded by the end of the month. My lawyer was as surprised as I was and we both think it was due to her. She was amazing.

I was fortunate enough to have Ms. Katz represent me when I received a traffic violation in beautiful Camden, NJ. Initially, I had imagined that with a couple of slick manoeuvres, vehemently sticking to the 'your version vs mine ' and carrying a rabbit's foot I might be able to catch a break. Thankfully, I abandoned my original plans and had the good sense to consult Ms. Katz.
The world of law and courts is like proverbially trying to walk into Mordor barefoot. After having responded with a Ms. Katz - recommended one word answer of " Yes" your honor , I had walked away without any points and having paid only 1/4 of the prescribed fine. Due to the lead implants on my right foot, I was certain that any more points would mean that my license would be suspended, I was pinching myself when the verdict was handed down. Ms. Katz had expertly negotiated with the State attorney, who I imagine gladly eats puppies with a side of lava for breakfast.
I would highly recommend Dana Katz. Let her deal with Sauron.

Kyra was absolutely amazing there are no other words for her. We had a consult with her for our autistic son and she sat down for us for a very fair consult price and went over every detail of our son's IEP along with explaining all aspects of it and what we should do and our next step. She was knowledgable in all aspects of special education, she was honest and able to answer all of our questions. Most of all she was caring!! Kyra Smith is a good Special Ed. Lawyer. She is familiar with most of the South Jersey school districts and gives an accurate assessment from the beginning of how the process will go with your district. She is very straight forward about settling vs. going to court. She is affordable & saves my $ for unnecessary matters. in my case, I chose Kyra because she is realistic, knowledgeable about Special Education, especially in the field of Autism. My husband and I had our "simple" will written by Michael in 2013. When my husband died recently I had to have the will probated. It cost me a fortune since it was 79 pages long. My husband and i have been married 56 years, we have 1 child, and own 1 house. The Surrogate said she had never seen a will with this many pages.

My husband and I attended one of Michael Bonfrisco's Seminars last year and were impressed with the way he conducted the seminar, and with his professionalism and knowledge of Estate Planning. We set up an appointment with Michael quickly thereafter. He was easy to talk to, easy to understand, and with his guidance and expertise we planned our estate. Our main concern was protecting our assests from excessive taxes and preserving them as much as possible for our children and grandchildren. Needless to say, Michael helped us accomplish that. My daughter attended the last seminar in November with us and she said it really got her thinking about it, especially since she has 3 children. I have recommend Michael to my family and friends and three of them plan to seek his expertise with their estate planning in the near future. I would love to add one other thing.......Michael makes you feel like your Family!!!

for 10 or more years I had been trying to get my husband to agree to go to any estate planning lawyer to have a will/trust prepared. we knew very little about the whys & hows of estate planning. I had even been cutting out newspaper articles about the process for us to read but to no avail. we did attend one seminar during that period but while we learned a little more @ the process, it would be another few years before he finally took action. he had seen a notice in the newspaper for an upcoming seminar @ estate planning presented by a lawyer named Michael bonfrisco. he was finally motivated to attend another seminar. we attended that seminar in mar of 2013. he made his presentation so interesting and realistic that it felt like he was talking about us (& probably many of the other attendees). we could relate to the family in his presentation. my husband was so impressed that he scheduled a consultation (free) with him immediately after the seminar ended. when we met with him a couple of weeks later we explained exactly what we wanted to accomplish. he took us step by step through the process and provided us with a timeline. he listened to and understood our concerns, explained basic info to us, and then advised us to how he would proceed to protect our financial & personal interests by eliminating probate, excessive taxes ,& preserving our assets for our immediate family members. he explained what financial and personal info he would need b/f he could proceed. we met with him a few weeks later and fine tuned every aspect of the document to assure that it accomplished just what we wanted. two months later, by may 2013, we had signed our trust document with mr bonfrisco. over the past 20 months we have received numerous e-mail notices with updates and other seminars. we've also had need to ask several questions and have always received a quick response (w/o charge) from himself or one of his very knowledgeable staff members. we attended "our" 1st annual family legacy seminar on nov 15 and enjoyed it immensely. after the seminar he took time to answer questions on a 1 to 1 basis from the attendees. he truly takes a personal interest in all his old clients & any prospective clients. I would highly recommend Michael Bonfrisco to any of my family or friends.

I took my mother to meet Carol hoping Carol would help her and when my mother left the meeting she said...i think i found my angel. The case was tried in Philadelphia and
the jury ruled in my mother's favor. We had fought the odds and won. We were so happy and so grateful for Carol my mother was in tears. Carol talked to the jury like they were her neighborhood friends and they never looked away. They laughed they cried and as hard as it all was when it was over my mother said she missed Carol! She did such a thorough job and you could see how she cared on a very human level for my mother even holding her hand before she testified. My mother died within a year of the trial and there was a beautiful bouquet of lillies delivered and a lovely note from Carol. So it was not just that she is a fabulous lawyer who dotted every "i" and crossed every "t" and won our case. She was my mother's champion. She had remembered my mother's favorite flower was the lily, she held my mother's hand and as she would always say before each day at trial....time to slay the dragon! She sure did.

I called Carol out of the blue one night and she picked up the phone. My wife and I were at our wits end and had a judgment against us without our knowledge. Other lawyers wanted nothing to do with us. Carol was very different. She listened for a long time. She got mad and then she told us she would help us because she thought it was outrageous the way the judgment was entered. She had the judgment stricken, she then had the case dismissed and sanctions entered against the other party. We were broke and she knew it and she did all of this for nothing. She just told us to pay it forward. Or make a donation to an animal rescue so we did. We will never forget her fighting for us and her kindness and generosity. She is one of a kind as a really smart smart lawyer and amazing person. Great sense of humor and very larger than life personality. We were blessed she came into our lives and we hope she receives it tenfold.

Peter Alfinito did an excellent job of representing me. I was involved in a minor car accident in which I was legally at fault because I had the stop sign, even though it fell into a 'gray area' as to who was responsible, based on the circumstances.
I contacted several attorneys by phone to determine who I wanted to represent me. I was impressed by Peter's credentials. He asked questions, explained the legality, and calmed me down, since I was very upset about the situation. Mr. Zorowitz represented me in a ugly child support case (he had my child support reduced by 85%!!) that several 'high profile' Haddonfield NJ attorneys (I spent OVER, YES, OVER $100,000 on Haddonfield NJ attorneys!!) and YEARS in and out of the Camden County Courts .
Mr. Zorowitz is nothing but a true genius! He was happy to answer all of my emails and calls and did a thorough job of not only representing me but had a complete understanding of my case.
Trust me, there aren't many attorneys in the US who treat you like that.
Mr. Zorowitz was not cheap, but reasonable. No where near the money I had wasted in the past on 'high profile' Haddonfield NJ attorneys.
There was no BS when it came time to be in front of the judge, just the facts were presented.
In fact Mr. Zorowitz CORRECTED the judge on several topics!!!!!! WOW! Now that's an attorney who's no afraid to be heard!

I had a highly disappointing experience with Gary Borger while seeking legal assistance for my divorce during my deployment. Given the critical nature of my situation and the challenges of handling legal matters from afar, I expected a level of professionalism and responsiveness that Mr. Borger unfortunately did not provide.
From the beginning, communication with Mr. Borger was problematic. Despite numerous attempts to reach out via email, I found him to be extremely unresponsive. It often took days, if not weeks, to receive a reply, and when he did respond, his messages were curt and dismissive. This lack of communication was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional, especially considering the time-sensitive nature of legal proceedings.
As someone deployed and serving my country, I needed a lawyer who could be both understanding and accommodating of my unique circumstances. Unfortunately, Mr. Borger's approach felt very selective and indifferent. He did not seem to prioritize my case or show the necessary empathy and support that one would expect from a legal professional. This was in stark contrast to other lawyers who were far more cooperative and helpful.
Mr. Borger's dismissive attitude and lack of availability created additional stress and uncertainty during an already challenging time. It became clear that he was not invested in providing the level of service and support that I required. His lack of responsiveness made it difficult to progress with my case, leaving me feeling neglected and undervalued as a client.
For anyone in a similar situation, especially those who are deployed, I would caution against relying on Gary Borger for legal representation. The combination of his poor communication, unprofessional demeanor, and selective responsiveness made my experience with him deeply unsatisfactory.
In conclusion, my interactions with Gary Borger were marked by frustration and disappointment. I would not recommend his services to anyone looking for a reliable, responsive, and empathetic lawyer, particularly those dealing with the complexities of legal matters while serving abroad.
