I was rear ended on April 28, 2016 and had injuries to my neck. I did not want to be stuck with medical bills so I knew I had to find a personal injury attorney. I chose an attorney that did not have a billboard. I found William Schneikart on line. Little did I know Bill would put the gloves on for me and fight for what was right and just. Bill was compassionate to me and took his time obtaining the information. He was patient and has a calming demeanor. I could tell right away he was passionate about his job and believed in what he did. Bill walked me through step by step and informed me that the case could take six months or longer. Bill always kept me updated on the progress of my case. Bill worked tirelessly obtaining all my medical records, the accident report, information from the at fault insurance company and my insurance company. My insurance company stepped up to the plate. He referred me to the best medical/chiropractor clinics. I had to get an MRI of my neck (the first one ever). I went to all my medical appointments, physical therapy, and I had procedures (facet blocks, epidural, disc decompression) to ease my headaches and neck pain. I had headaches most days. Bill kept me going because there were times when I wanted to give up since the at fault insurance company offered a low ball settlement which would not begin to cover my medical bills. I was stressed out and depressed. Bill (and his assistant Kelsey) gave me words of encouragement. The at fault insurance company refused to give what was right. The case would have to go to court. Although Bill is an excellent litigator, he knew this may be a long drawn out case. Bill brought in a married attorney team that had ALOT of experience dealing with the at fault insurance company to help with the fight. Bill works with this attorney team often. My case was resolved by May 19, 2017. It just took a little while to get the details worked out, and then we were delayed by the court for about a month. The at fault insurance company agreed to pay the maximum. I was relieved, since the medical bills will be covered and after attorney fees I will have enough for future treatments if needed. Bill will fight for you! I would hire him again in a heart beat!

I had a very complicated immigration case because of my previous lawyer’s negligence and as a result, I was in removal proceedings. I looked for a knowledgeable, competent and honest lawyer and after research I hired Mr. Carrion to represent me. He was honest and realistic about expectations, filing process, court procedures and timelines. Because of his expertise and hard work I obtained permanent residency.
He always stayed on top of my case and comforted me when I was disappointed and nervous. He kept me informed at all times and was in constant communication with me during the whole process. He worked out a payment plan for me which helped me pay his fees easier, during the time he represented me and won my case. His staff was very helpful and kind, always there for me. I was very impressed with the Silverman Law Firm. Corey Silverman was extremely detailed when customizing my estate planning to meet my family’s needs. We currently have one child and wanted to make sure she was adequately protected, but also wanted our estate documents to include any future children. I went to anne scared and nervous, I just didn't want to hire any lawyer. I've hired a lawyer before that was just about the money and did not care about my case. The first thing that I noticed about anne is that she listened. she put her phone away and closed her laptop and listen to my story. A number of years ago, when the sheriff's department in Pinellas Co. was arresting people for things like having overdue library books, I fell afoul of "the law." (My son had a life threatening injury and, as I had no insurance -- I'm the pay as you go type -- Mease Dunedin attempted to "dump" him. I raised hell and got arrested for "disorderly conduct." Two days later I was arrested for "obstructing a criminal child abuse investigation" because I wouldn't leave my kids alone with some strange woman from the "state."
Mr. Howie advised me on this, competently, of course, but most importantly, it was a time of great stress and he demonstrated himself to be a good human being. Not too many lawyers like that.

I had an excellent experience working with the Covert firm for my mother’s estate probate. I initially found him online, I called him and a few others. I had the pleasure of talking with Chris, and decided to go with them. They were helpful, kept me informed about all procedures and needing any new information from me. It turned out to be a longer process because of Covid-19 , mostly hurry up and wait for the courts. I then had issues with a relative that further delayed things, so I had a probate case for 4.5 years. Neil’s son Chris is excellent in the office, I enjoyed dealing with him by phone or email. Steve and everyone in is office are the best. When my wife and I first met with him at the initial consultation, he determined that he couldn't help us. However, he still took time to explain our options to us even though he wouldn't receive any benefit. When our situation changed, I went back to Steve for help. This time he said that he could help my wife apply for medicaid. We became clients of his and I'm glad we did. A couple of issues came up during the application process and Steve knew exactly what to do. He was very thorough and made sure everything was in order before submitting the application. When medicaid eligibility was denied, he knew that the reason given wasn't valid. Steve challenged the denial and they tried another reason for denial, but Steve knew that wasn't right either. I hired Mr. Lykes to handle a personal injury case that was a result of a car accident. I was fairly young when it happened so I was pretty over my head when it came to legal matters.
