Mike Ziegler and his team are simply awesome! I was sued by a debt collector and didn't really know what to do. The first two lawyers I reached out to were "too busy to take on the case" but I finally made contact with Ziegler Diamond on the morning of my court appearance. He took over everything right away and went to court for me about 45 minutes after taking the case. In the end, he settled the debt for half of the total cost which is exactly what I asked for. I couldn't be more satisfied! I'm extremely impressed with the outcome and would definitely hire Ziegler Diamond again. I highly recommend Mike Ziegler and his firm for any debt or bankruptcy needs. I'm glad I made the decision to hire Kaelyn. Between Kaelyn, Nathalie, and Crystal they have handled every aspect of this entire process of CH. 13 so much easier than I thought. After notifying my creditors of their representation in my case I was still contacted by some of the creditors, and they fought for my settlements against them for contacting me and have received some settlement checks already in my favor. My wife and I had a business go under in 2019. Carolyn treated us with respect and told us everything we needed to do, to file our business bankruptcy. She took away the guilt we were feeling by being so supportive and sweet. Her assistant Sam, guided us through every step that we needed to follow for the trustee. This was not my first rodeo, so to speak. I was referred to Mr. Gaffney by a friend when I was much younger. He handled my divorce and helped me find my way through an incredibly hard time. Fast forward almost 30 years and I found myself needing his expertise again, unfortunately. A 26 year-long military divorce that was so much more complicated and overwhelming. When I got married 11 years ago, I never thought I would find myself single again. Even during many contentious moments throughout the marriage, I pressed forward and persevered. Mr. Gary Williams is a smart, thoughtful, knowledgeable and tenacious attorney. We recently settled an ongoing dispute regarding the enforcement of the terms of a prenuptial agreement. It was an arduous and frustrating 5 year long process as my ex fought us every step of the way. Mr. Williams and his staff stood by me through this whole ordeal with understanding and patience and ending up getting me a deal that was fair and protected me from my ex. My ex is a very vindictive person and I was concerned he may seek retribution now that the case was settled. Mr. Williams took my concerns to heart and included language in the settlement barring him from harassing me in the future. That meant a lot to me. His staff is also wonderful. Very professional and helpful. I had an attorney already who was telling me there was nothing she could do but get me county time. I went to Roger the day before court and hired him to keep me from being incarcerated. Jeremy Simon is a class act. What a true gentleman and amazing attorney! I was referred to Mr. Simon by a colleague of his and mutual friend of ours. I was in a state of fear, worry & doubt when I initially called Jeremy's office. His assistant answered, super friendly and professional, and we played phone tag for a day or two due to conflicting schedules. I felt so comfortable after speaking to Jeremy on the phone for less than 5 minutes. I could feel the passion in his voice that he truly enjoys what he does and is AMAZING at his job! We spoke for about 18 minutes and he gave me the best advice money could buy - except he didn't even charge me!! He explained his fees and told me if I needed him, he would be there for me, but his honesty really blew me away! He instructed me what to do and sure enough when I went to court, representing myself for a misdemeanor, the DA looked at me and asked where my lawyer was or if I wanted a public defender. I smiled and confidently said, "I'm innocent. I would like to take care of this matter today and not waste any of the court's time." Fast forward 5 minutes later - charge dropped! Maybe I got lucky...but we create our own luck. Jeremy helped me gain confidence and reassured me he was in my corner if my first court date didn't go as planned. Well, my first court date was also my last, and it went better than planned! I truly cannot thank Mr. Simon enough - I even offered him money after court when I followed up with him, and he told me verbatim, "It is my pleasure to be of service to others, it's not always about the money. I am so glad everything worked out favorable." If I ever need a lawyer, I know who I am calling.

I was in an accident where I was rear ended in May of 2018 I knew I was hurt because of the impact to my body. I wanted to talk to someone who was aggressive in handling accident cases. I called Winters & Yonker and got connected to Christopher Smith we set an appointment for him to come and meet with me, we discuss the matter without judgement. After explaining the legalities of the matter we were quite honest with each other he took the case and set me up with referrals to see Therapist and Chiropractor. When they weren't working out for me he changed them in my best interest. I later met his staff Susie Mattos, that girl is Amazon Fierce! she took the bull by the horn and made things happen, where there was delays in getting my vehicle fixed Susie with her no-nonsense approached got my vehicle fixed with a Rental in hand (speedily) then when the Insurance Company wanted me to furnished all kinds of extra paperwork she would say don't worry I'll take care of that. Then when I thought the case would take a long time I got a call one Monday morning from my Lawyer Chris, he asked me how I was doing then he said, you don't have to look for anymore paperwork your case is settled that was the best news!
I went to the office about a week later and I asked Susie what happened? how did you get them to change their minds so quickly she said it was no brained I told them your client hit my client. You pay. Everything was handled so professionally from the Meds to the Feds that girl rock!

We hired Andrew to help us when our insurance company denied our claim when water and sewage damage completely destroyed our Florica Condominium. Even though Andrew made several phone calls and wrote an initial letter, the company continued to deny our claim. He was persistent and continued to help us negotiate with the company until we finally received a fair monetary settlement. I consulted Rex Blake on behalf of a family member. He met with my cousin and my cousin decided he wanted Rex Blake to be his attorney. I then employed Mr. Blake on behalf of my cousin. We felt Mr. Blake was truthful, very clear with respect to possible consequences, and proactive in forming s defense. We feel his representation resulted in a much less severe penalty than was requested by the prosecution. Mr. Blake was very clear to me what the costs were, since I was paying them. If you want a GREAT Lawyer then hire Mr. Andreopoulos. I was in a car accident and rear ended pretty badly and ended up getting lots of medical treatment in the last 4 years. Mr. Andreopoulos worked his tail off for me in the last 4 years with his team and he took care a few things for me related to my accident that required a lot of work from him where he had to go to court quite often for me to speak to the judge and he filed a lot of forms to get things taken care of. In the end, the defense wouldn't settle with us to pay my medical bills and we went to Court. The defense lawyer was very tough but, all of the work and effort Mr. Andreopoulos put with me along with his team paid off and we won our case after a hard battle in Court! If I had hired another Lawyer other than Mr. Andreopoulos, I am pretty confident that I would of lost in court. Mr. Andreopoulos is a very intelligent Lawyer! Hire Mr. Andreopoulos and listen to any advice that he gives you and do as he says! He won't lead you on like some other Lawyers will! He's up front with you! I'm a very happy client right now because of what Mr. Andreopoulos has done for me and because we won the cases! I will hire Mr. Andreopoulos again if I need a Lawyer down the road and I will refer him to anybody that I know that needs a Great Lawyer!

I was T-Boned on the highway, and was scared and in pain. A friend recommended John, so I called him. Immediately, he was able to get me to a phenomenal doctor, that gave me a shot in my arm that relieved the pain temporarily until further tests were done. John was amazing, and very easy to get a hold of. If he wasn't available, his assistant Tammy was so kind and knowledgeable. If there was something she couldn't help me with, John would call shortly after. I couldn't ask for better representation! John and his staff made it so that all I had to do was focus on getting better. He exceeded my expectations, and was able to get me the settlement that I deserved for my injuries. Not one, but two of my children were involved in separate automobile accidents. Mr. Sandefer was hired to help our daughter in a drug trafficking case. As you can imagine this was a very stressful and frightening situation. He spoke with me via phone (free consultation) listening to the details, he felt he would be able to help with this case. We hired him, he was very easy to talk to, he keeps you informed every step of the way as to details of the case, he is easy to reach and returns calls promptly. In the end he was able to reduce a mandatory prison sentence to probation. (of course there is mitigating factors) but he did not only help us, our daughter now has a second chance to fix the company she keeps! This was our first time needing an attorney, we could not of gotten anyone better than Mr. Sandefer. If you are facing a similar situation, make the call. You will not be disappointed. He is honest, caring and very direct. We are very grateful to have been able to retain Mr. Sandefer in this situation. We ended up using him again in order to get travel permission for my daughter to come home to visit on holiday. Her probation prevents her from leaving the county she resides. He filed a motion on her behalf before the judge, and was granted permission for her to travel. This would not of been the case had Mr. Sandefer not been present. If you read this review then you are probably in the same boat I was - charged with a felony and bombarded by referral. I chose Mr. Sandefer over all other friends and family referrals due to the fact that Larry knows the Pinellas County Court system inside and out. His experience speaks for itself!
Larry took me on and cut through the court system like a surgeon. He filed motions with blazing speed, trickled the Prosecution testimony and evidence when case timing dictated it, and finally won the day for me by getting my felony case dismissed!

I was rear ended on April 28, 2016 and had injuries to my neck. I did not want to be stuck with medical bills so I knew I had to find a personal injury attorney. I chose an attorney that did not have a billboard. I found William Schneikart on line. Little did I know Bill would put the gloves on for me and fight for what was right and just. Bill was compassionate to me and took his time obtaining the information. He was patient and has a calming demeanor. I could tell right away he was passionate about his job and believed in what he did. Bill walked me through step by step and informed me that the case could take six months or longer. Bill always kept me updated on the progress of my case. Bill worked tirelessly obtaining all my medical records, the accident report, information from the at fault insurance company and my insurance company. My insurance company stepped up to the plate. He referred me to the best medical/chiropractor clinics. I had to get an MRI of my neck (the first one ever). I went to all my medical appointments, physical therapy, and I had procedures (facet blocks, epidural, disc decompression) to ease my headaches and neck pain. I had headaches most days. Bill kept me going because there were times when I wanted to give up since the at fault insurance company offered a low ball settlement which would not begin to cover my medical bills. I was stressed out and depressed. Bill (and his assistant Kelsey) gave me words of encouragement. The at fault insurance company refused to give what was right. The case would have to go to court. Although Bill is an excellent litigator, he knew this may be a long drawn out case. Bill brought in a married attorney team that had ALOT of experience dealing with the at fault insurance company to help with the fight. Bill works with this attorney team often. My case was resolved by May 19, 2017. It just took a little while to get the details worked out, and then we were delayed by the court for about a month. The at fault insurance company agreed to pay the maximum. I was relieved, since the medical bills will be covered and after attorney fees I will have enough for future treatments if needed. Bill will fight for you! I would hire him again in a heart beat!

I had a very complicated immigration case because of my previous lawyer’s negligence and as a result, I was in removal proceedings.
