Full disclosure, I couldn't afford them. But they tried working with me and came up with many ways to try and help me. Even when I wasn't being responsive Arra would call and text me with new ideas to help and sometimes just to make sure I was ok. They showed me that they respected my veteran status and had more heart and compassion than anyone else I had called by miles.

Terrible company. They just want money. My insurance company told me don’t get a lawyer bc all they will do is take from your money and sure enough they did. They do the same thing that the insurance companies do except you don’t have to pay the insurance companies. Don't use those people, they are just commercial, and they don't do anything. Iam talking from experience with those people i had sleeked their help for helping me with a case and after a month they sent me a letter tells me that they don't deal with the type of accident. after almost a month they just figured out they can't help me while they said they can do something in this case and had me sent them all pictures for the accident and information.

Kevin Major is a fantastic person and it translates into his work as a lawyer. When I needed the services of a lawyer, I searched and interviewed many potential candidates. I didn't have a lot of money and I didn't want to hire somebody who was an unfeeling, cutthroat lawyer. Although I didn't want to have to go through the particular situation I was in, I also wasn't interested in destroying the other party. Kevin's approach to my case was exactly the same as mine, and that's why I hired him. In a court system that doesn't always make much sense, filled with sharks and others who want to do you wrong, Kevin rises above the fray and gives a person reason to continue believing in the system. Against ridiculous odds, the outcome of my case was more favorable to me than I could have imagined -- I attribute that to some kind of good karma based on his common sense approach and desire to seek-out right from wrong without wanting to inflict undue harm on any parties. He worked with my financial situation to enable me the time I needed to get on my feet. I am very grateful to Kevin and Christine for the generous effort they provided me and the excellent results. I still consult Kevin as circumstances change and continue to validate that he is one of the "good guys." I wouldn't hesitate to consult with and then hire Kevin, he is an amazing person, and lawyer.

I was referred to Laura by my employer, I was looking for some legal advise in regards to a custody problem. Custody battles are not her specialty from what she told me but she was willing to help. My wife and I felt like she took the weight off our shoulders and put it on hers, this process took a few months and we did win the case by a landslide, she was even kind enough to advise me to be fair with the other party when it came time to share time. She went toe to toe with an attorney specializing in this matter and she impressed me. She is a great lawyer, but more than anything she is a magnificent person who cares.

My experience with Wes, started when I had been placed on administrative leave while serving as a Civilian Government employee. The reason was due to a positive urinalysis for marijuana. I was searching for an attorney that could assist me in my defense and the one I contacted directed me to Wes. I met him in his office, we discussed my situation, which was dire, because of the stigma that marijuana has with the government. I told him that I had not knowingly used and that I believed that I had somehow been exposed while at a birthday party at a friend’s house. This is what I also told my leadership at the time and they flat out did not believe me. The government’s view was that I was guilty and did not deserve a chance to prove it.
I appealed my proposed removal to the Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB). Which is in place to hear and decide discrepancies for government employees. This process is lengthy and does not move quickly. While awaiting my appeal, I was removed from my position and had to find other employment while my case moved through system. Wes was there with me 100%. We stayed in constant contact, and he allowed me to assist in my own defense. We both researched case law that would support my defense. He did not dismiss my attempts to assist in my defense but welcomed it. We both knew that we were in an uphill battle against the government and that chances were slim that we would be successful. He in no way disillusioned me or gave me false hope that we would come out victorious but he did work hard mounting a defense that we could bring forth in court. I keep saying we because he made me feel that I was not alone in my battle and that I was a part of my defense.
He never pressured me about payment, and we work out an amicable fee, that I could afford based on my financial situation. When the time came to appear in court, Wes was very prepared and ensure that I was also prepared for the assault that the government would launch against my past, my career and my integrity. It was determined that my case was the first case in Colorado concerning a Civilian government employee accused of illegally using marijuana. With the legalization of marijuana in Colorado, we knew that this would be an uphill battle, but Wes had done some outstanding research and we were as prepared as we could possibly be. He presented our case to the Administrative Judge, and we won! As a result, I was awarded full restoration to my position, back pay, and attorney’s fees based on the Judge’s decision. The argument that Wes presented forced the government to change their regulation concerning the charging of civilians for misuse of illegal substances.
If you are looking for an attorney that will be upfront with you and go to the mat for you, Wes is the attorney that you want. He is relentless in his defense of his clients and will do everything possible to ensure that you are “defended.” He saved my career, and afforded me an opportunity to move forward with my life. I was facing 11 yrs in a military court. Almost everyone on my installation and my unit was against due to lies and rumors, no one knew the facts. I didn't feel comfortable with my attorney given to me by the military(Because of lack of experience). I called around and I was running into lawyers who wanted $100 just to talk to me and give me a quote. I had one law firm say I would need to pay $10,000 and another $10,000 before trail. I was overwhelmed with stress. Then I was referred to Wes by another law firm who I initially contacted. The first time I called him he made me feel completely comfortable, It was clear he wasn't all about money. We met face to face at my house talked about my case to see if he could help me. He told me he didn't want me to waste my money if he could not help me, that is the first time I have ever heard that from a lawyer. Even though he said I had a good case, I knew right then weather he could help me or not I was going to hire him based off integrity alone. we came to agreement on cost for his services and he started right away. he questioned every one, He never stopped even the days leading up to my trial he continued to get more beneficial things to help me win my case. for a little over a year I called him and texted him everyday, he returned every single text and call. He never seemed like he was annoyed with me, he always had a great attitude. He answer my same questions over and over giving explanations making sure I understood what was going on every step of the way. If he not sure of something he will get the best person capable. I had experts coming from different states to help. In the end charges were dismissed I get to continue with my military career. my biggest regret was not calling him sooner, while I was being investigated. If you get Wes to represent you he will give you 110% he will be doing more than what you are paying him for. he will be thinking about your case late at night texting you calling you, he makes you feel like he is only working for you and has no other cases on his plate. He also represented me on a child custody case which came out good because he talked to me and the mother of my son we reached agreements because we sat in his office and talked and we are doing great still almost a year later. You will never find a better lawyer or person to represent you. Id just like to say I can never thank him enough, I hope to never have to call him for legal troubles again. But if I do need legal representation, I will call him first without hesitation. He is one of the best lawyer I have ever met, Now I consider him a friend.

Matt Roche represented me in a domestic violence case against my ex-husband, requesting a permanent restraining order, and he was absolutely phenomenal in the courtroom. He was so easy to communicate with, kept on top of the case, and made sure I was informed at all times. I hired Samantha at the point in my case where my ex was overwhelming me in court with constant motions and filings. It was hostile, aggressive, and abusive. He was relentless. I have been introdced to Kevin and his team indirectly at first due to Mother going Home June of 2017. Kevin is the attorney she selected to draw up her trust. All that really needs to be said is I have dealt with mzny attorneys in several areas of law and none exude the level of professionalism and semse of duty to their profession and clients interests as Kevin. In an area of law that is viewed by the general public as shady and rift with fraud, Kevin and his people exemplify the way this most difficult of scenarios a family has to endure should be handled. If you are in need of an attorney for the wealth protection and future planning, I can not stress enough that Forbush legal should be the first one you call. Mind you, I live in Las Vegas, NV. Kevin's office is in Colorado Spprings, CO. I have formed this opinion fron only emails and phone calls, I have yet to personallly meet him or any of the staff I have been working witb, thar is how good they all are in one of the most dufficukt areas of Law.
