In this case, Luke has exceeded my expectations of my wife and myself. I first used Luke to prepare estate plans (trust, wills and power of attorney documents) seven years ago and recently had them revised). Luke continues to provide prompt and accurate services. He is easy to speak with and has an easy-going down to earth demeanor. He provided excellent council in addressing pressing concerns and puts legal terms and practices in layman terms that made it easy for us to follow. I highly recommend using Luke as an exceptional attorney and estate planner.

Wonderful folks, I was hit while I was stopped at a light...I will probably have issues for life. These guys made sure that I was treated fairly by the insurance company. I would, and have, recommended them to others that have been in an accident. Their involvement made all the difference in the world. I don't think the insurance company would have even covered my medical bills if it wasn't for having a lawyer. I called Jeremy Loew on a Sunday and he responded quickly. He is by far the best attorney ever! I was emotional and he put my mind at ease but letting me know the process. Jeremy is a straight forward person who doesn't sugar coat what he says, he doesn't say what he thinks you want to hear. Not only did he get my case dismissed I only had to appear one time other than when the case was dismissed! There aren't enough words to express my gratitude! If I could give 6 stars I would! Beyond exceeded my expectations. Jeremy and Matt are extremely professional, knowledgeable, and without a doubt if you’re dealing with the court system the criminal defense attorneys you want on your side. To say I was impressed is an understatement. They walked me through my entire process step by step, all of my options, and even went out of there way to help me get my best friend (my dog) back.
They got me a plea deal that was even better than I could’ve ever wished for, with everything being deferred, and because of them I can enjoy my life again. They reinsured me from the beginning, and what they promised, they kept! I felt confident every time I saw them in the court room by my side.

My case was handled with the utmost professionalism and handled personally by the owner himself Mr. Patterson Weaver. The first time I met with him in his offices he made me feel like my (DUI) case was very important to him and his firm. He expressed a great deal of confidence that they could represent me to the fullest and to trust that his firm could do so. Their services and pricing for his fees were reasonable and they earned it for sure. My case turned out to be a longer than expected case with several continuances and some extensive research involved to reach our desired outcome.

WILLS AND TRUSTS: I went to Ashlea Goines Esq. because of my neighbors' referrals. She is so kind and professional in comparison to several people that I interviewed for wills and trusts. She has a great team of lawyers in her office to step in if anything should happen to her. You get a digital copy and a paper packet. Whether you get a will or a trust (she will explain what's best for your situation) - she would also be there for your family to assist if anything did happen to you. She was reasonably priced. She was very patient while I had so many questions and she recommended the best route for my situation. She is not forceful but quite the opposite. She truly loves what she does. If you do not have a will or trust- please call her and get a consultation. I'm only 56, but my dad passed without leaving legal instructions and documentation. This caused our family undue stress for about 1.5 years with probate court and red tape. If you should pass unexpectedly for whatever reason or become incapacitated- a Will and a Power of Attorney (medical and financial) would make life easier for your spouse or kids. We aren't guaranteed a tomorrow. AT LEAST- get a consultation now. Her number is 719-622-6162.

In my opinion, you could not find a more competent lawyer to help plan, develop, and produce estate management documents. I met with Justin individually, then he met with my family, my children, then he produced drafts for our review. The final product is a binder that contains all of the documents presented very professionally, accompanied by a flash drive that can be used to share the documents with my children.

A friend referred me to Dominic J. Perrino and told me that he was helping her navigate a contentious adversary who was negatively affecting her children and was causing great distress for her whole family. I had spent several months contacting about 42 divorce lawyers in the Colorado Springs area, but I finally decided to go with Marrison Family Law because of my friend’s recommendation.
Mr. Perrino did not disappoint — far from it, and he came up with strategies for me that solved seemingly impossible problems, saved me tens of thousands of dollars, and was able to assist me in negotiating a divorce settlement that made the difference between walking away with enough to start my life over or ending up in a protracted fight and financially catastrophic outcome which is the likely fate I was facing.
My paralegal, Rene, has given me appropriate, focused attention, responded quickly and efficiently to every inquiry I’ve made, at the same time that she and my lawyer have worked very hard to keep my fees to a minimum.

Mr Bussey is a excellent choice. He started working my case immediately. His expertise and reputation lead the DA to immediately drop my case and it was dismissed with prejudice. When the military picked up my case he recommended a military lawyer who fought my case in court and I was acquitted of all charges. Do not hesitate to retain Mr Bussey. I hired Tim Bussey to represent me in a difficult matter. He was very proactive with the court, straightforward, and always available to talk when needed. His advice to me was spot on and he negotiated a better deal for me than I ever thought possible. Tim knows all the right people in the courtroom, including DAs and judges, and is well respected. I had a Careless Driving charge, in which I showed up for my first appearance by myself. The DA, wanted to give me a deferred sentence and in return he wanted 4 hours of Traffic School and 25 Hours of Community Service.
I said no and scheduled it for a Trial Preparation and a Jury Trial. I was in over my head, so I got on Avvo and found Mr. Bussey and hired him.
Mr. Bussey. was able to Plea Bargain it to a Deferred Sentence, so that it wouldn't show up on my record.
In return I did a 4 Hour Master Drive Class and Paid $150 plus Court Costs - $212.50 No Community Service. I was ecstatic!
If your life is on the line, you wan't an experienced Trial Lawyer who's name is well respected in the Legal Community, so you don't have to go to trial!
He got it resolved quickly and efficiently and this is all behind me now.

Our son was recently named in an unfounded, false and potentially defamatory accusation. We consulted Mr. Laybourne to see what options may be available to us in the event this false accusation is filed.

Joanna came as a strong recommendation from my SVP to replace a well-known Chicago based attorney group that had been sitting on my immigration case for years. She was so thorough, discovered that I was a great candidate for multiple visa types given my entrepreneurial background and, when I decided to leave my then employer, she was so professional in advising me of my options and safeguarding my interests just as well as she did those of my old company. Ms Lentini has an excellent knowledge of the immigration process, and she can convey it clearly for the non-specialist. She has handled my process very smoothly. It took about two years between starting the process and receiving the notice for permanent residency (as an applicant in the expert category from a country that doesn't have a lot of applicants).
