I am so thankful I asked Malnar Law to represent me after I was involved in an accident. Unfortunately, there were four vehicles involved, and even though I was an innocent party, the other party's insurance company involved had a very difficult time accepting responsibility for the losses and injuries I incurred. I am so glad I got a lawyer! I was fighting with the insurance company for three months before I took a chance and hired them! Trying to get better from an accident that I wasn’t at fault for, going to school, and battling the insurance company was all too much for me! After suffering fracture of my spinal cord resulting from being hit a careless car-driver while I was riding my bicycle, a defense litigator recommended Gary Craw. I am glad I followed the recommendation.
I would have been overwhelmed without Gary’s help. I have no independent memory of the accident or of my first days in the hospital. I had neither the memory nor the strength to have done what Gary and his legal assistant did for me and my wife:
Gary developed an effective negotiating strategy that we followed. He advised that I should have patience as we went through the process so I could focus on recovering my health. His legal assistant oversaw payment of, and receipt of reimbursements for. all my medical and related expenses. Gary handled all the negotiations with both the driver’s and my insurance companies. They put together the settlement offers, including gathering all necessary documentation such as expenses and reimbursements, police reports, eye witness statements and an expert report.
He and his legal assistant were sympathetic, professional and courteous to my wife and me. Unlike some attorneys, Gary is soft spoken; explains his recommendations, and lets his client make all important decisions with guidance, rather than dictation, from him. I was involved in a car accident in 2014 where I was injured by a driver who ran a red light. I had never been injured in a car accident before, and had no idea where to turn. I received Gary's name from another attorney, and knew I wanted to hire him the first time I met with him. I did interview 2 different attorneys for my case, and after my appointment with Gary, I knew which attorney to put my trust in. I have NEVER regretted that decision. My injuries did require extensive physical therapy and shoulder surgery, with more physical therapy. The case was open for over 3 years, and Gary as well as his paralegal, Tresa, followed up with me constantly to check on the status of my recovery, and also to keep track of all of my medical expenses, as well as time away from work. I felt that Gary was always accessible, responsive to any questions or concerns I had, and the utmost professional. These cases can be long, tedious, and so very stressful. Gary (and his paralegal Tresa- GREAT TEAM) always took the time to explain the process to me, and address ANY concern I had. I have NEVER regretted hiring Gary to represent me in this case. It took over 3 years, but a fair settlement was reached, and I feel I can move on with my life. I would recommend Gary without reservation.

I was in a pedestrian accident in 2014 and suffered multiple fractures, a laceration of the spleen, and multiple abrasions. I had extensive medical bills and a long road ahead of me. As a paralegal, I’ve had many encounters with attorneys in the area, none of which I was comfortable in retaining for my case. I did extensive research to find an upstanding and competent attorney. Tami Mitchell is a life saver!!! I can say that because she saved my life.
I was falsely accused of numerous accounts of sexual assault in the military. I went to a courts-martial and was found guilty of several counts. Tami came recommended to handle my appeal. Once I spoke to her, I knew she was the lawyer for me. She read through the 1500+ page record of trial and presented a strong case for overturning my convictions. 18 months later, Tami’s excellent work paid off and my sexual assault convictions were overturned for factual insufficiency, which is the equivalent of an acquittal. I was able to get off the sex offender registration list.
My initial wrongful convictions caused additional legal issues for me, but Tami remained by my side each step of the way, assisting my appointed military counsel and other attorneys who were not familiar with the military justice process. Finally, after more than 5 years since my wrongful convictions, my family and I can finally get a good night's sleep, knowing our ordeal has finally concluded with positive results.
Tami's fees are very reasonable; she is worth every penny. Not only is Tami a great lawyer, she is a great person. As you can imagine, my life has been very stressful during this period. Mr. Travis and his paralegal Dauna were wonderful in representing me in my divorce and child custody case. They were both very knowledgeable about laws, and detail oriented in preparing my case. Jeremy was knowledgeable, professional, and straightforward. He never sugar coated things with me and told me what he thought, straight up. He also made sure to look at the situation from all angles to give me the best chance at the outcomes I wanted. My biggest concern was being able to keep my commercial driver's license. Jeremy was able to help me maintain my innocence at every stage of the case and the DA specifically cited the motions we filed as the reason for making such a favorable offer. They went from a DUI (12 point offense) to careless driving (4 point offense) after the DA initially refused and we forced them to trial. I was able to keep my licenses and received unsupervised probation. He was cost-conscious, always gave me a detailed receipt of my costs upfront, and obtained a successful result without even having to travel down and be present at my hearing. I never had a hard time getting ahold of him and if for some reason he wasnt available at the time he was always quick to get back to me.

I found out about Patrick Collins through a friend. I made an appointment and after looking into other lawyers I was convinced I should hire Mr. Collins. Everyone in the office was compassionate concerning my injuries and how those injuries effected me as a whole. Mr. Collins office stayed in contact with me at least monthly to inform me of the progress of my case and to see how I was doing. Often times it would be Mr. Collins making the calls. Even though my case is complete, Mr. Collins is continuing to try to reduce two different bills. I hired Catherine after my former counsel quit 29 days before my final orders hearing. It was a complete shock she could even take my case on such short notice. My ex was out to make my life hell and opposing counsel was the same. Catherine was able to get us a 30 day continuance. During that time she prepped and did amazing work for me. She really prepared for my case in that short time and caught up on over a year of drama in less then 2 months. The day of final orders we got an offer that was garbage, so we went to trial. Catherine was amazing and caught my ex in so many lies. She objected whwn needed and truly fought to keep the hearing about division of assests. In divorce cases its never east to know what the judge will award. In this case, the judge sided with Catherine. I was awarded spousal maintenance, which honestly we were not sure the judge was going to do. I didn't get everything I wanted but spousal maintenance was a huge win. I can't recommend Catherine and her team enough!

I was in a very tough situation. Going into sentencing and my lawyer had just resigned. After reading Ms. Shipley's reviews I decided to give her a call. What an amazing and compassionate lawyer! From the start she was straight forward and honest with me about what was going on while being compassionate and empathetic to my situation. When it came time for my sentencing she did an amazing job with her plea of probation instead of jail time. Though a little pricey for my limited budget it was worth every penny to have Ms. Shipley representing me. I just can't say enough excellent things about this Lawyer other than I wish I had gone with her from the start and maybe justice would have prevailed and my case would have been handled better.

Ms. McClintock provided very competent service to me. From the start of my case I felt like she genuinely was concerned and took a real interest in helping me. I never felt like I was just a client or number, but an individual that she wanted to help. She continually kept me informed and when court was going to happen she did her best to prepare me for what exactly would happen and the possible outcomes of the case. When my court date arrived there were no real surprises. She was completely prepared for anything the Prosecution presented. After attending one of the Hammond Law Firm seminars on Estate Planning we decided to contract with to create our Living Trust. Jessica was the attorney that assisted us in creating the documents needed to create this Trust. Due to an impending six week visit to family and friends we were is somewhat of a shortened time schedule. I would highly recommend Jeff Colerick as the attorney to call in Colorado Springs. I was in a car accident with my three children last year and suffered injuries to my back and neck and we all had to be taken by ambulance to the hospital. The insurance companies were impossible. Excellent communication skills. Was given the time and attention I personally needed, as well as the time and attention my case needed.
After being rear ended I called up the office and felt like they put everything else on hold to focus on me.
We quickly got appointments to be evaluated and to make a treatment plan. When I had questions Ken and his office went above and beyond during Covid to accommodate face time and zoom calls, or quick texts.
There was a point when I didn’t like the doctor I was working with and in less than an hour I had appointments with another office who made me feel comfortable.
After three months I have no out of pocket medical expenses and we are working for a fair compensation. I feel respected and valued, I feel trust in the process laid out for me, and in the action taken to follow that plan. 10/10 would recommend to anyone
