I am writing this to express our appreciation of the staff in general at Dossey and Jones. From the first phone call we made to the end of our transactions everyone was pleasant, personable, but not stuffy.
Mr. Martinez, Esteban as we have come to call each other by first names, was so easy to talk to about our needs. He was very knowledgeable and was able to translate complicated legal language into terms we could understand.
Though our situation is not terribly complex he treated us with the same respect that I imagine he would with more high profile clients.
That said I would highly recommend Dossey and Jones and Mr. Esteban Martinez.

Stuart Huges was assigned close to the end to my husbands case. He jumped right in and spend as much time investagating and filing himself in untill he was well prepare. I was told that Mrs. Clay-Jackson is a very respectable and highly recognized by others as being one of the best in her line of work. The first time meeting with her, it was easy to see just that. In 2012 my abusive ex husband kidnapped our 3 month old daughter and left me, a stay at home mom, without a penny to even buy ramen noodles.
I consulted with Mr. Cain, and he took my case, helped me get my baby girl back, then negotiated payment for his fees from my ex! Without him the outcome would’ve been a continued nightmare.
He understands domestic violence and how it impacts women financially. I’ve had to face constant court battles throughout my now 10 year old’s life, who’s parents have just enough money to make our lives miserable. But the first and most important victory I’ve had for my daughter was because of Brian Cain and Griffin and Griffin.

Justin is extremely easy to talk to and willing to help. He really cares about people and will go out of his way to assist. He has great communication skills and has the ability to draw reasonable, logical conclusions or assumptions from limited information. He is able to consider these judgements critically, and identify potential areas of weakness in your case and is able to spot points of weakness in an opposing argument. He is Decisive, and can absorb large quantities of information in a small time frame. This lawyer is quick witted and should be quickly hired. My case was fully dismissed.

I approached the law office of Owens and spoke to Britt Hall this past week, needing assistance with completing the paperwork for my final divorce decree. He was very helpful with advice, legal information regarding the filing of a pro se divorce, issues related to child custody and child support as we already had a case filed with the Office of Atty General, and gave of his time to hear my situation and assist with the need. He is extremely bright, professional, and typed up the entire legal document from memory - I was amazed. Although many cannot say good things about attorneys, he was empathetic, caring and willing to listen. Would definitely recommend.

I have known Oscar Sommers for about 40 years, as he was my criminal investigator while I served as the elected Montgomery County Attorney from 1981-1985. If you need a Strong, No Nonsense, Get It Done kind of Lawyer. She's it. In 2015 my daughter received a newborn Child from Child Protective Services and was to keep the baby for a few days, then months, then a year. Now in 2017 she was ready to adopt. I met Denise five years ago and and she helped me with some motions in my divorce as I was Pro Se after releasing the attorney I had hired (lawyers don't get fired, they withdraw) . I wish that I had consulted with her in the first place as she made a lasting impression that brought me back 5 years later. This year it became necessary to modify my final decree, and was too complex to go it alone. Denise and her staff handled my case professionally and ethically while giving me realistic expectations. she was able to get two cases dismissed one first and one third degree felony.
if was only left with a state jail i only did 18 months instead of the nine years they offered me. praise god if i needed a lawyer i would choose this one if i had a choice. she does her job and knows what she doing. i would trust her with my life.

Wendy was recommended to me by a family member who had a son with a similar case. My son got charged with a DWI but he had no alcohol in his car nor in his system. The officer said he had been drinking but had no proof of this. The subsequent video supported this. Anyway, Wendy was on top of this case the entire way and advised my son and myself on the status of the case the entire way. We waited 8 Months for the toxicology/blood results to get back from the state and there was no alcohol found in his blood so the case was dismissed. I didn't quite know what to expect because hiring an attorney can be daunting and sometimes its difficult to know how hard they are working on your case. After 10 months in having her work my sons case, I can confidently and happily recommend Wendy Little as she represented my son strongly and having her on your side in a criminal case is a definite advantage. Highly recommended. Knowledgeable, smart and tenacious.
