I hired Scott to assist me with a suit against a previous business partner. From our initial consultation Scott was friendly, easy to talk to, and honest with me about my situation.

Scott assumed our case from another lawyer in the same law firm who left. Though he was brought into the case at a later time, he reviewed the case thoroughly and quickly came up with various options for us. We ended up going to the trial and won the case. It took several years to collect the total amount but he secured the assets and helped us to collect all due and for all expenses as well. Scott was always prompt.

Mr Cunnningham is by far the best attorney I have hired. I was very hesitant about filing a Chapter 7, but Mr Cunningham made feel very comfortable and most importantly he educated me in what a Chapter 7 really is and that it is not the end of the world. I truly believe that if I would of choose another attorney I might not have gone through with it. Mr Cunnningham is very hands on and when I called his office, I actually spoke to Mr Cunningham and if he did not pick up he returned my call very promptly. He is the best at what he does.

Craig represented me in a recent issue with a vehicle manufacturer. I had a warranty failure their dealerships could not manage to fix and had been trying to escalate this issue to the manufacturer for months, sent emails to executives, etc. and could hardly get any response.
Craig sent one demand letter for me. They must have Googled him and realized he's not someone they want to mess with because they responded to his demand letter very quickly and made me a generous offer. Craig facilitated the process and I just deposited a check that I'm pretty happy with.

Basically I tried to do my own expungement with help from an online service and it did NOT go well. I was able to actually speak with this lawyer the same day I reached out to his office and I instantly knew that he knew what he was doing. I hired same day for him to fix my expungement and he got everything done without me having to lift a finger. Wish I wouldn’t have wasted time and money and just hired him in the first place.

When my ex and her new paramour found out I'd retained Brad Nace, they went from representing themselves to retaining a high-profile family attorney firm (whom I don't wish to further embarrass by naming here). I knew Brad had a great reputation as top-flight attorney, as I've known knew him socially for years. (My ex knew too, btw.) What I did not, and could not yet truly appreciate was what an incredible strategist, nor how unbelievably attentive to detail he is. As badly as I wanted to win my case... I dare say Brad wanted it MORE THAN I DID. Yes, of course we won... but it gets better...
When we finally had our hearing... it felt like a Hollywood director said "Action" and then it was Brad's turn to make an opening statement... hard to describe succinctly but suffice to say, he was on another level than opposing counsel. He absolutely owned the stage er court room and commanded everyone's attention and respect.

He was the first to tell me that my wife was trying to defraud me as she filed for divorce. She was also severely abusing my child at the time too which restricted my ability to understand just how criminal she had become. He also told me that the court doesn't care about child abuse which at first struck me as insensitive. At a certain point during litigation I realized that my ex was guilty of multiple crimes. He was correct about my ex's intentions to not only abuse my child (trying to make me crazy) but also to defraud me / the whole estate. My ex made it away with millions, trusts, businesses, has almost had me killed a few times due to conspiracy crimes, and I haven't been with my daughter (who believes me to be dead) since she was kidnapped for a court sponsored ransom against civil law and federal vra laws in 2017. The maternally abused victim child is now severely damaged, suffering, and cannot speak properly (often times stuttering / stammering) and does not have a steady focus according to insiders due to the ongoing maternal child abuse. Thanks for the heads up about my criminal ex and the court not caring about child abuse! The 255th court does NOT care for their standing orders, maternal child abuse, perjury, fraud, or rico crimes alike. They have been reported to the DOJ about their constructive crimes. Mr. Brad Nace is an honest lawyer who is very intuitive. Honesty is very hard to find in the legal field. 100% excellent lawyer!!!! Have a great one!!!!!

A couple of years ago I was in search of a lawyer and contacted Mr. Holmes. He was very informative and professional. After several phone calls and Ian answering much of my questions...I was stuck deciding between Mr. Holmes and another lawyer. Regretfully I chose the other lawyer. After almost a year and a half on my case, the other lawyer was not getting my case handled and lacked the professionalism and caring attitude that Ian brought to the table. I recalled Ian from the past going above and beyond when I was no longer employed, returning phone calls, and having a caring spirit about him. So after a couple of months of contemplating and a year and half of no end in site, I let go of my first lawyer and retained Ian. Ian personally remembered my case and I from the beginning. The address for this location is 8150 N. Central Expressway. The way google Maps takes you to is by Klyde Warren Park. Incorrect and stressing. The location is, of course, off 75 exit Caruth. The tall gold glass window is it on the right. The building has 16 floors, I believe. If you need floors higher than 9, take the two elevators closer to Rhino coffee. I wish I'd known all this prior to my 1st appointment at Taylor Counseling. Other than that, I would have given this location a five. Google Maps, fix the directions for this location, please.

I had the pleasure of working with David Pace in a highly contensted arbitration matter involving two sophisticated companies embroiled in a complex contractual dispute. I acted as co-counsel with David and others at his firm where we worked closely for over a year litigating against an opponent whose lawyers outnumbered our side by at least 3 to 1. David mastered the technical aspects of our client's business, the operations of our opponent's business, and he had extensive knowledge of the industry and the law surrounding the issues in dispute. He and I worked closely together to coordinate complicated discovery into technical aspects of the contractual relationship between the parties, to defend against claims brough against our client, and to prosecute the claims initiated by our client. David served as the thought leader to drive core case strategy during discovery and to set up the case for successful resolution. David was critical in assisting with the defeat of numerous motions for summary judgment filed by our opponent which ultimately played directly into the successful reolution of the dispute. Immediately after our oponent's summary judgment motions were denied, the parties engaged in a mediation where David played a key role in setting up the framework for a successful resolution of the dispute. While mediation was initially unsuccessful at resolving the dispute, through coordinated effort with David we were successful at keeping the pressure on our opponent heading into the arbitration at which point we were able to secure a successful resolution for our client.

What an ordeal. Before my legal woe's were finished, I had employed seven different Attorney's and three CPA's. While I always employed competent counsel, the shear number of them gives me a good perspective from which to evaluate Mr. Will's professional abilities and performance. Besides Mr. Will's strong legal prowess, he was constantly available to me which proved invaluable (I've found uncommunicative/unavailable attorneys problematic). Mr. Will's courtroom experience was evident and effective. He possesses an innate understanding of people and wisely uses truth and humor to keep perspective in trying times. Diana has been an excellent advocate for me in a difficult divorce. She has been more than fair in her costs and done a great job for me in spite of significant difficulties with both my ex wife and opposing counsel.
To contextualize the anonymous one star review from Jan 23, it was left by my ex as a result of her frustration that Ms. Weitzel rejected the original version of the divorce decree sent by opposing counsel. She has very good reasons for doing so, and the claim that she was “slow” was absurd; opposing counsel took 5 months to draft a decree that didn’t even match the MSA, and Diana had to redraft an entire new one from scratch—which she did at no further expense to me, in a matter of just a few weeks, in spite of the frustrating situation. If any Avvo employee sees this, please consider removing the Jan 23 review; it was not left by one of Ms. Weitzel’s clients and completely misrepresents her quality of service for her clients.

This brief commentary will include a synopsis of my business/professional dealings with Ms Paula L. Beasley of Scheef & Stone, LLP – a legal partnership located at 500 N. Akard, Suite 2700, Dallas, TX 75201. Paula’s legal expertise resides in the area of Texas Real Estate law.
I engaged Ms Paula Beasley for an approximate eight month period, from August 2011 to April 2012. I relied heavily on her real estate legal knowledge in my dealings with a major land developer. I was one of ten home owners that lived on an approximate seventy acre parcel of land in south central Collin County who was approached by a developer with an interest to purchase our property. After extended negotiations, I came to terms with the buyers.
Ms Beasley provided the essential knowledge I needed to conduct business with and act as an intermediary on my behalf. In my case, the selling of my home of twenty (plus) years to a major commercial land developer was very much a “David & Goliath” scenario. And Paula helped level the playing field – and in fact, put me on par with their legal team. Paula struck the correct balance of forcefulness and professionalism in our dealings with the developer and their attorney. She remained adequately engaged throughout the eight month long process without undue or excessive legal charges to me. This insured my interests were carefully guarded by her at very reasonable expense. No one likes to be taken advantage of and simply put, Paula kept this from happening. There was a successful conclusion to my dealings with the developer and closing took place mid-April 2012.
I would not hesitate to recommend Paula L. Beasley for any real estate transactions you may be faced with, whether buying or selling. My case was perhaps more complicated than most residential transactions but having Paula on my side was an asset that paid significant dividends in the end. Paula represented an investment in my own protection and as her firm’s email address alludes to, she very much provided “solid counsel” to me during this process.
