Does Olson Law use a call center to answer their phones? I had someone named Jalen, an extremely young male, answer that didn't tell me where he was answering the phone at and didn't answer even one question i asked, he just kept kinda using a script. He said he was a receptionist for Olson Law, but did not sound like someone id let answer a phone. I needed to know if i had already called this particular firm and if so what they're reason for not filing a complaint or getting one started was. I have a TBI im almost done with but finding a lawyer to get started on that while still receiving care as a legal newbie is hard work because im not getting hepful people (across the board) im getting push back instead. Like someone should be like omg lets get started, ill start the review, you continue care, and ill ask questions along the way before i start a complaint. But im not getting that. im getting a lot of pointless conversation. If im in the wrong location, maybe someone can point me in the right direction. Is it the city, the neighborhood, is the case too hard, are they too busy, is there a conflict of interest with the hospital im suing or something? Like scared to sue? I dont get it... Its JUST a lawsuit that needs to get filed. Is it the Denver area? Are they like no, she doesnt live in this neighborhood so im not dealing with this? Like family oriented? Im so confused right now.

Mike was beyond amazing to work with. He is an incredible attorney and we got a favorable outcome on my case. From our first phone call he listened to me and was very sympathetic for my situation. I had spoke with several lawyers prior and they were not as kind or compassionate as he is.
This was my first time needing a lawyer. Mike helped make the entire process smooth and not intimidating. He is very good at his job and does it with ease. He is also very reasonably priced.

I got in a car wreck in summer of 2024, the individual who was responsible for totaling my car and causing injury was denying liability with their insurance.
I decided to look for a lawyer and Ryan and Sarah at Fang Law Firm did not disappoint. In fact, they went above and beyond helping me solve this case.
They recommended and sent me to PT for my injuries cause by the crash, kept me updated with everything during the court dates as well as handling talking with both my insurance the the other individual’s insurance company.
Ryan and Sarah went the other extra mile in tracking down witnesses from the accident who were able to help and ultimately get the case resolved through their testimonies.
I couldn’t have asked for better representation during such a stressful time.

I was falsely accused of a serious crime. The police charged the wrong person in a self-defense incident. My life was in chaos, and I panicked to find an attorney. The day I called Krizman, I spoke to Wyatt. He spent significant time understanding my case – something law enforcement and other lawyersrefused to do. After ending the call, I knew he cared more than anyone I spoke to. He listened and learned what happened to me, allied with me, and I immediately knew Krizman Law was the firm I needed to represent me.
Throughout one of the toughest ordeals of my life, everyone at Krizman Law told me they were on “my team”. In a time when I felt like no one cared about me, Casey told me several times that “one way or another, all of this is going to go away”. At court appearances, he constantly told me to enjoy my life, encouraged me to go out on hikes, and to share pictures of my weekend with him. Even though my life was in crisis, the people at Krisman Law knew they could provide a result that would be in my best interest. They encouraged me to let them handle the burden of my charge.
Casey and his team collected evidence for the DA that created the true narrative about what happened that day. Along with an indisputable timeline of events, it became clear that I was defending myself. This destroyed the fake narrative of the actual suspect (who lied to keep himself out of trouble) and exposed the false narrative the Sheriff's Department created in their reports. Jacob, Wyatt, and Casey worked expeditiously to encourage the DA to review the new evidence before the arraignment hearing.
Because of the efforts and care of Krizman Law, the DA didn’t even put up a fight. He simply dismissed the case. I am convinced that, unlike other lawyers, Casey and his team were fully invested in their clients. They told me they were in the business of “crisis management” and treated me like my situation was more than just a criminal case. They understood what I was going through and would often call to check in on me. My life is back to where it was before the incident happened, and I will be forever grateful to Casey and his team.

What you hear on the radio is true – the insurance companies simply will not take your case seriously until you file a suit. This is where I was glad to have Ken and his team on my side. The burden to convince a jury of my losses lies with me the plaintiff, which then requires conducting extensive research, gathering and organizing supporting documents. After Ken submitted all of this material during the pre-trial discovery the insurance company decided to make a reasonable settlement offer.

I was hit by a drunk driver several months ago and had serious injuries. I wouldn't have thought of contacting a lawyer until both insurance companies, mine and other driver's, asked for recorded interviews with me. I didn't want to take a chance on saying something that would jeopardize my claim. A friend referred me to Mike Keating. He and his associate, Deidre Ostrowski, represented me throughout the process of settling my claim. I received more money than I could ever have expected. But that is only part of the story. In working through the process, I had to deal with two auto insurers, my health insurance company, two health care providers, the ambulance company, the towing company and Medicare. Amy, staff member with the firm, took care of the paperwork and kept me well informed throughout the process. She really had to educate me, since this was my first experience with such a claim. She was incredibly patient, always pleasant and very efficient. Overall, I felt that Mike and Deidre represented me very effectively, and I recommend them and the firm to anyone in a similar situation.

I worked with Fuicelli & Lee regarding a car accident that destroyed a rather special car I was driving and left me injured. I would advise anyone in the same situation to retain them as their work and responsiveness were exemplary. The team coordinates its efforts well and they have access to significant resources that not only make the process go smoother but also provide options in a situation that usually leaves a person with few.

I worked with Mark Savoy and Diane Barrera Joseph Santaularia was my primary attorney or my main attorney for six months he helped me. I went through a situation that I’ve never been through and I should not have been in long story short I had three charges and was unaware. I found out through getting hired at this job when they did a background check they chose not to hire me and that’s when I became aware of my situation! So I had to prepare to turn myself in, which is something I’ve never done I didn’t do it right away I gathered information and did it about a month later I Went through that whole process ended up having to turn in my firearm. We fought hard on this for six months three charges dropped case dismissed as of 4 months ago last August 30th it was finalized. They helped me go through a process to where I was able to get the entire case sealed with the Help of Mark & Diane and now my case it now no longer appears on my record or anywhere, and they were able to help me get my firearm back. When our son was arrested for very serious charges, and facing the prospect of decades in prison, I called a family friend who is an attorney. He said that without hesitation, if his son were in a similar situation and his life depended on it, he would recommend Trent Trani.
From our initial phone consultation, it was clear that Trent would be our choice. We immediately hired Trent to represent our son. Everything about him is professional. He is attentive, calm and understanding. His conversations with us were always relevant and on-point.

I had to take a few minutes to let everyone know just how great of a job Trent did on our injury case. My wife and I were in a horrible accident in 2021 and we received a recommendation to contact the Trani law firm and boy are glad we did. Trent and his staff helped us by taking care of everything with the defendant's insurance company, but not just that when our medical insurance found out that the injuries to my wife were caused by the accident and that we were not at fault they wanted to be reimbursed. That was frightening to us, but they contacted and negotiated with them and took care of the issues. Then he continued working on our case against the defendant's insurance company and finally got us an amazing settlement.
