My elderly mother needed to update her power of attorney. As she is in a nursing home, not mobile, and 1,200 miles from me, I was concerned about accomplishing this. I saw online that Brian offered mobile services, and I reached out to him. He was very supportive and quickly scheduled a visit for the following week. I got my 3rd dui 11 days after being sentenced for my second. Mike took on a losing case. He knew that. I knew that. But what neither of us knew was that we’d end up getting a pretty good deal. Mike encouraged me every step of my sobriety journey and listened when I needed an ear. We got a landmark(for my court division in Arapahoe county) ruling. I hired Johnson Law Firm to handle a dispute of a new home construction claim. Chad Johnson himself represented us specifically. I was impressed with his desire to resolve our issue at the lowest level possible before spending money with his firm. Chad gave us at least an hour of consultation ahead of signing us up for a retainer. Having just moved to Colorado from the Midwest, my family and I were emotionally and physically distraught when we were met with a legal situation in which we needed to seek out counsel. Recently, our family was thrown into a situation that required us to seek professional legal support. Marshall Breit came highly recommended as the only lawyer with whom we should consult. Interestingly that referral came from a member of our local district attorney’s office.

Most people live their lives never dreaming they would ever need a criminal defense attorney. But, sometimes life takes a hard left turn with no warning and you can find yourself in a very dark and scary place. When that happened to us we didn't know where to turn. There is not a perfect enough combination of words that I could use to express my gratitude for Kurt Zaner and the knowledge he encompasses as an attorney. I was originally represented by one of the big disability firms for a complicated cardiovascular case.
After one and a half years of little to no communication with the other firm (and no results) I did some research and found Will. After our initial conversation I retained him and asked the big firm to withdraw.
Will immediately assumed responsibility for my case and provided outstanding representation. He obtained a positive result on my case within months.

Without going into detail, my disability case was statistically the most difficult to win e.g. mental disorders like depression/bipolar with over 90% initial denial rate, and mine was. Even after appealing and going to a hearing, mine was denied like the vast majority of similar cases. At this point you’re required to actually file a lawsuit against the government as the last step, which we did.. My odds were extremely long, which is why I thoroughly researched every SSDI attorney in Denver, and the consensus was that Mr. Dawson was by far the best with a 99% success rate. Against the enormous odds, and due solely to Mr. Dawson’s extensive experience, my case was approved quickly. I recommend him to anyone with and SSDI case, and going with anyone else will decrease your chances, period. My only regret is that I can't give him more than 5 stars!

Several months back my claim for SSDI was approved. I am so excited that I am able to start the new year in a better position to support my family. I honestly believe this would not have been the case were it not for William Viner. I probably would not have had the patience to stay in the fight. I contacted Russell R. Hatten after being involved in an automobile accident in which I was rear-ended by an uninsured motorist. Upon impact I was then pushed into the vehicle in front of me, causing me to rear-end that vehicle. Mr. Hatten was able to navigate the situation to make sure the party at fault for these two collisions took responsibility. Myself, having a chronic back issues, needed medical treatments to address my injuries resulting from the accident. However, the cost of these treatments exceeded the coverage provided by by uninsured motor policy. At least that is what I thought. Turns out the medical facility was charging me nearly four times what should have been charged. Mr. Hatten was able to negotiate the initial cost down to what is considered fair. I was then able to receive the treatment needed to begin my road to recovery. Without Mr. Russell Hatten's help I fear that I would have been left unable to pay for the costs of my treatments. I cannot thank the Chalat Hatten & Banker firm enough. I was truly someone in great need and they were there to provide that help. I was shattered after a terrible snowboarding accident in which I got hit by a beginner snowboarder. This snowboarder smashed my foot, dislocated it, tore all the ligaments, broke it in several spots and shattered my cartilage. I was devastated after realizing my health insurance was a scam and my foot required several surgeries, many months of physical therapy, and the loss of my ability to continue my work in the same way, if at all. My life flashed before my eyes wondering how I would ever be successful again while the bills piled up and my foot, walking ability and driving ability was completely hindered and lost. My lawyer Russell went above and beyond to insure that I not only would have my massive medical bills paid for, but that I would also have compensation for my pain and suffering, lost wages and extra money to help with my life change. He was very personable and communicated with me about what to expect, the time line and fought for what I deserved. Russell was able to get me the full amount that was possible but without the pain and struggle of a trial and he got it for me in a timely manner. This timely manner was a big deal for me as I maxed out all my credit cards and had no wages coming in due to the accident. He sent faxes to my outstanding bills and stayed on top of things like contacting my lien companies and insurance companies to keep the ball rolling so my case would not be held up. I found Jim by accident while "googling" "NM ski laws". The firm name showed up on a document explaining what I had "googled". I also asked an attorney friend of mine for a recommendation. I talked to each of the 3 names I was given. One said I needed someone with much experience in ski law and the other two were not impressive. So, I contacted Jim Chalat and from our first conversation, I knew he was the one to represent my wife. He was very familiar with NM ski law even though from the beginning he told us that he could not go to court in NM but would direct the case with a local attorney of his choosing. We engaged him to represent my wife and we were very pleased with his expertise in skiing, knowledge of NM ski law and in negotiating with the potential defendants insurance company. He was up front with us every step of the way. He got us what we thought was a reasonable recovery given that my wife decided that she did not want to go to court. Cliff Eley has been my lawyer since 2005. I was injured on the job and did not want to get a lawyer. I wanted to handle it on my own but it got to where I needed a surgery that the insurance company denied. Cliff was able to get me the surgery and a great $ettlement. I could tell that his focus was more on my well-being than the money he could make. ... I lost my job and was hit with huge medical bills due to covid. I was about to get evicted when I started reading about bankruptcy. Adam and Denver Bankruptcy Relief saved me from living in my car. I hired Mr. Tirella at Denver Bankruptcy Relief to file my chapter 7 Bankruptcy. He was laid back but seemed to know all the complexities of the law. I felt like he responded to my emails and calls within a day and was with me every step of the way. I can say I received excellent service and representation and was able to conduct a good amount of the process over email. My only complaint is that I had to find two years of tax returns which i initially thought was annoying. It turns out those are required for the court. All in all, he's a very good lawyer.

I got into trouble with the IRS. With their fees and penalties, the amount they wanted was over 80,000$. I tried an offer in compromise but the IRS was not helpful with that. I made an appointment with Mr. Tirella and Denver Bankruptcy relief. Mr. Tirella explained to me that in a chapter 13, the only tax I would owe the IRS was the basic tax debt and not any fees interest or penalties. I ended up owing a very small amount and was able to pay it off over 5 years in the chapter 13. I got my life back in order and thank Mr. Tirella for his hard work.

An old debt that I had tried to settle on multiple occasions came back to haunt me when a collection company transferred a judgment from another state. My wages were garnished for the maximum of 25% to not only pay off the debt, but to pay for over $6,000 in legal/collection fees. I found Steve Craig online and asked via email to meet with him. He responded within 4 hours! We met and Steve explained to me the options I had available and what I should do. During that very first meeting, Steve had the collection company on the phone and let them know that I could file bankruptcy and dismiss their garnishment. He then negotiated a settlement that was less than the original debt and set up a reasonable (less than 8% of my wages) payment plan that lasted only 4 months. Amazing work by Steve!
