We selected Michael Juba from among other lawyers because on our first phone call, he listened thoughtfully and carefully to our situation and concerns. His response was extremely kind and patient—exactly what we needed in our distress. From that first contact all the way to the end of the trial, he gave us confidence that he knew what he was doing, and he patiently taught us what we needed to know every step of the way.
As we came to know him—and later, his partner Daniel McGarvey—we found both to be compassionate, patient, hard-working, thorough, wise, and very smart. As our case unfolded, and it became evident that we were confronted with a cruel, incompetent, and stubborn prosecutor, Mr. Juba and Mr. McGarvey doubled down and took every step possible to bring the case to a close before ending up in a trial.

Mr. Stein was able to navigate me through a very contentious custody battle. At times the custody battle got extremely acrimonious with outrageous allegations being hurled about, but Mr. Stein was able to manage the process, and my expectations effectively, in highly professional manner. I was hit by a drunk driver several months ago and had serious injuries. I wouldn't have thought of contacting a lawyer until both insurance companies, mine and other driver's, asked for recorded interviews with me. I didn't want to take a chance on saying something that would jeopardize my claim. A friend referred me to Mike Keating. He and his associate, Deidre Ostrowski, represented me throughout the process of settling my claim. I received more money than I could ever have expected. But that is only part of the story. In working through the process, I had to deal with two auto insurers, my health insurance company, two health care providers, the ambulance company, the towing company and Medicare. Amy, staff member with the firm, took care of the paperwork and kept me well informed throughout the process. She really had to educate me, since this was my first experience with such a claim. She was incredibly patient, always pleasant and very efficient. Overall, I felt that Mike and Deidre represented me very effectively, and I recommend them and the firm to anyone in a similar situation.

I met Karen when she represented several people in a minimum-wage/overtime case with a previous employer. Although the process took quite some time to resolve, Karen was honest, straightforward, and forthcoming throughout the process.
But that's not the reason I'm taking time to write the review.
Towards the end of the mitigation, it became obvious that Karen and her firm were not going to be making much money (if any) on our case, even if we "won." That's when she proved that not all lawyers are snakes. Karen made recommendations to each of the members of our case based on what would be best for us, even at the cost of her own financial gain. That's incredible, it really is. I ended up walking away with a settlement check that was more than I had anticipated and a new found faith in at least one lawyer. I mean, all lawyers have passed the bar, but how many can you trust? I can submit Karen as one of that number. If you're reading this review, save yourself the time of reading more and just hire her.

I suffered a spine injury as the result of a T-bone car crash, the other driver at fault. We got nothing but gutter-ball offers from her insurance company. What you hear on the radio is true – the insurance companies simply will not take your case seriously until you file a suit. This is where I was glad to have Ken and his team on my side. The burden to convince a jury of my losses lies with me the plaintiff, which then requires conducting extensive research, gathering and organizing supporting documents. After Ken submitted all of this material during the pre-trial discovery the insurance company decided to make a reasonable settlement offer.

Mr. Cross you did a fantastic job you were very clear on the entire process and what needed to get where we wanted the deal to get to. A great negotiator and honestly a stand up gentleman with knowledge that's impressive with case law and the process of court proceedings. Mr. Cross was very patient however very informative on how to navigate this case. He keeps in contact on a regular basis and will even give some encouragement on your well being, sobriety and goals you may have set. In court he shows no signs of nervousness and pays attention to detail. If I could recommend any lawyer I have personally dealt with in my past I would recommend Mr. Cross before even some of the ridiculously priced lawyers. Mr. Cross can get the same results as a high priced lawyer for half the cost. When it comes to your life and freedom, picking and attorney can be stressful. Extremely professional and effective law firm. Christina was constantly talking to me about the case and any updates that she had. Frank Lopez is an excellent attorney. Now, there may be a lot of excellent attorneys in the Denver metro area, but Frank stands out, at least to me, because he is an excellent human as well. I would recommend the Law Office of Christopher A. German for your bankruptcy needs. He is honest and upfront with you. There are no surprises, and you know exactly what to expect. He's thorough and takes his time answering your questions and goes over everything with you before your meeting with the creditors. After my meeting I couldn't be prouder. The night before we went over everything and he answered any questions that I had. He made sure I was prepared and at ease for the meeting. However, that's not the only reason why I was proud that he was in my corner. I had witnessed a party go before me with their lawyer and I couldn't believe how unprepared she was and the lack of representation and pride she had in herself and in her client. Mr. German doesn't treat you like you're just another number to him. You're his client and he treats you as such. He communicates with you every step of the way and ensures that you are clear on what to expect.

I myself was resigned to the unfavorable outcome as I knew it was a little short of impossible to win my case, but at trial it became appearant that ms. Ivy was more then prepared for the prosecution and the judges line of question and thinking. We had a case that was being handled by another firm and just before trial we were told that there was a conflict..... Thankfully we were referred to John Case and he took on our case though it was a tough situation pushed through all the obstacles and got a final resolution to a very emotional and stressful ordeal, from an injury sustained and no one would come forward even though there were plenty of witnesses, he and his investigators stayed diligent and sent the message that got this case resolved with the best results that could be had. we are very greatful to him for all his hard work!
