Mitch Geller defended me in an agreement dispute with a real estate company in the early 90's. He was so much better than the other attorney it was embarrassing. He won the case for me, and always advised me to keep the case in perspective. The second case he won for me was a complaint that was filed by my HOA. He was, once again, amazing in court. To watch him perform on my behalf was seriously an honor. He didn't bother me with minutiae, as I am a "micro manager". He told me to trust him, and leave the details to him. He brought up issues that I would never have thought of. He was brilliant. We won the case, hands down. No contest.
I work with attorneys in my business, for my personal requirements (wills, etc) for my clients, but Mitch is who I chose to defend me the two times I had to go to court as a defendant. I would recommend him wholeheartedly. Thank you for allowing me to offer my opinion.

Doug Jewell represented me in a complex criminal case in which false charges were filed against me, a police officer. In 31 years of law enforcement experience, I have never seen a better trial attorney. Doug was extremely detail oriented and missed nothing. In the court room, he was able to articulately make reasonable arguments and examine witnesses thoroughly. His trial preparation was excellent and he was responsive to all of my needs and ideas. Working with Wes from Eddington Law Firm was one of the best decisions I could have made. After being rear ended and nearly having my not even 2 year old car totaled in March to being rear ended again in August followed by another rear ending in November of the same year, with 2/3 resulting in injuries Wes made the process of dealing with insurance companies bareable. Our family was facing a Medicaid and later estate matter concerning the family matriarch. We were dealing with an unpleasant, stressful, and often bewildering legal and family situation. Ms Mitchell helped navigate and manage.
When I first searched for an attorney in the needed specialty, I contacted about 4 or 5 lawyers and firms. Ms Mitchell was the only one who returned my call and then made herself efficiently available for an intake phone call. She and her staff made the initial outreach easy and pleasant. I cannot say the same about others I contacted.
Ms Mitchell’s and her firm’s professionalism continued to shine after the family hired her and as she helped us through the difficult matter. She did what was needed to be done, pleasantly, effectively, efficiently, and with utmost respect. Her competence and that of her staff in this particular area of law is complete. Having this level of competence provided additional assurance in a time of turmoil. The family could trust her, and that means a lot in times of distress. The situation was tough. Without her assistance, it would have been impossible.

Mark Nelson represented a number of homeowners in a construction defect case that we were part of. Mark, or one of his staff members, was always prompt in his responses when we had questions for him. He is personable and his staff is friendly and knowledgeable.
Mark was not overly informative or involved in the time leading up to our arbitration, but had our case well laid out. He proved our case exceptionally well and was actually enjoyable to watch in action. He had a response for every objection from the other lawyers and knew why he asked the questions he did. He always cited prior court cases and statutes to back up his legal opinions.
Mark listened to our concerns and responded appropriately. He did not always provide good news, but he was honest and straightforward with answers to our questions. Even when he did not have good news to provide to us, he had a game plan to counteract it. I appreciated his honesty with us and not sugar coating the bad stuff. He did not lead us to believe that everything would go our way and kept us grounded in reality.
I would definitely recommend Mark to any of my friends and family and am confident that he will provide the best representation possible.

When I had nearly given up all hope that I could ever find justice, after I had exhausted all the Medical Customer Protection sources I could find, Linda Chalat became aware of my struggle, contacted me, and gave me hope for the first time in nearly two years. Mr Levy represented me in a Federal misdemeanor charge. He was very knowledgeable about Colorado and Federal law pertaining to my case. I was well informed through e-mail, phone calls and face to face throughout all of it. During court appearances Mr Levy was very professional, curtious, ambitious and ready to fight for me. This was a very stressful time as I could have lost my career license if I was charged, not to mention all the additional costs and classes I would have had to take. Mike represented me in an insurance matter that was brought on by a presumed multiple PHd attorney. Mike was so well prepared the litigation once presented in court was hopeless. It was most interesting to see the opposition reduced to foolish rhetoric and admonished by the judge. I should have countersued but I find all of this unpleasant and non productive to a healthy society.
I would trust Mike to defend my children if need be. He means business without the hyperbole.

She was able to get my social security approved in 2005 and also was able to get my personal long term disability approved after receiving LTD for 5yrs this was in 2009 they discontinued me. I was involved in a T-bone accident and although that experience was traumatic Luke helped me understand the whole process clearly and managed my case perfectly.
