Neil is amazing!
Prior to hiring Neil, I had worked with 2 other attorneys for a total of 6 months & my experience was that the (other guys) had actually caused my legal experience to be prolonged by not being prepared, not being able to be reached quickly enough & not providing legal advice that would squash problems immediately (which led to them making a ton of $ off of my ignorance & I had to use all the equity in my home to pay them). When I called Neil, I asked him to be my “bodyguard,” & wow, he followed through! There were times I asked him to provide responses to CPS that were so aggressive, that I thought for sure he would say no; not the case-he delivered statements that sent CPS back to hell. Being nice is not the way to go in these types of cases. Hardball, minimal/vague statements & protecting your rights is the only way to escape unscathed. On one particular day, government workers showed up at my door while I was not home; I emailed Neil & asked him to meet me there & he dropped everything to make it to my house within 15 minutes for me to cooperate with the workers, without my rights being violated through a private interview that could be used against me without an attorney present to be expert witness to my statements & to jump in quickly on concerning subject matter. He was always prepared & available at all times of the day/weekends due to the emergency nature of the attack I was under. His quick, calculated responses to these sick/twisted government workers/criminals is what saved me & my family’s lives. We are forever grateful to Neil.

I hired Neil and his team over a year ago to help me with custody of my daughter. As a male asking for fully custody it an up hill battle. But with Neil's excellent approach and guidance I was awarded full custody. Neil had been responsive, respectful, knowledgeable, and understanding throughout to whole case. I wrote to Lorna at the end of my 2.5-year custody battle - "Words are inadequate to express my gratefulness", and it's true. Lorna has been on my side for that long, not only as my counsel, but to me, also a friend, and a mentor.
I remember talking to a dozen attorneys who all turned down my case because of its complexity - a divorce that invovled domestic violence, dependency, immigration, and relocation - yet Lorna was the only attorney that took genuine interest in my case, and she did not even charge me for our first 2-hour consultation. She actually read through over 3000 pages of my dependency case. She always responds promptly, sometimes even after office hours, she is thorough and detailed, insightful and empathic. She remained a delightful spirit despite my ex's constant threats, harassment, and accusation directed at her.
Even though I could not continue to afford her representation toward the end of my case, and chose to represent myself in a 3-day trial, she guided me through every step to make sure I was prepared and capable. And I won, even with some extra icing on the cake I did not expect. The judge said he has not seen anyone go pro-se without an attorney and could carry out the whole trial like I did in his 14 years of experience, but I credited Lorna for her guidance. I couldn't have done it without her. I heard of Sabrina through a divorced moms group on Facebook. I sent her an initial email to request a meeting, but had already met with and retained a lawyer before I heard back from Sabrina. I decided to meet with her since she had been recommended.
What I really liked about Sabrina (even though I had already signed on with my lawyer) was that she was so straightforward and she heard my whole story through. I like that she asked for a background from beginning to end and she actually listened and provided honest feedback throughout.
She has a wonderful and friendly personality. I really enjoyed talking to her, and didn't feel judged, mocked or looked down on.
Divorce is a difficult process and she explained everything. I left feeling that she really takes care of those she represents and has their back.
Before I left she printed out a form for me to sign for the response to the petition and urged me to file it ASAP so I didn't lose any of my rights.
I ended up going back to her for a final review of my final divorce papers after my lawyer made updates. I just wanted to make sure everything looked reasonable and nothing was missed since I have a daughter and didn't want to miss or make any mistakes.
Sabrina met with me, even though I was running late. She never made me feel rushed and went through the paperwork with such detail. She ended up making lots of great changes that made me feel so relieved and grateful that I had come to see her.
Even though I had already retained another lawyer, my two appointments with Sabrina were enough that I felt she deserved an excellent review.
I would not hesitate to seek her advice and think I would have done really well with her as my lawyer. I would not hesitate to recommend her to others based on the advice she had given me.

Seth is nothing short of exceptional. I had to make changes to my LLC so that I could work outside the US and I had some basic legal questions. However, after speaking with Seth it turned out to be a much more complicated process than I ever imagined. Seth and I have worked together on the creation of a LLC entity holding a long distance real estate investment property.
He frequently went above and beyond to ensure the work was as perfect as possible. He always made sure to answer my multiple questions nicely and fully while providing transparency of the whole end to end process. Once the entity was created and he received his payment he still made sure I had everything I needed and stayed very responsive to my emails.
There is no doubt that I will go reach back to him in the event I need further legal help.

The State spent thousands of man hours in three different cases over a three year period to try and put a medical marijuana patient behind bars. Mr. Mestel made the Feds dismiss their case at the day of jury trial at the door of the courthouse. But that was wise as he had just outright beat KIng And Pierce County with jury acqittals.. The State spent, by their own accounting, a quarter of a million trying to jail me and he cost a mere fraction against that state funded onslaught and I paid him, gladly and with a fraction of what he and his wife got for my wife in two personal injury suits. I am still in the medical marijuana industry and paying taxes and doing fine as Mark whooped Goliaths ass three times before they backed off and now respect me as legitimate business man who payes taxes and has rights!

Kelly contacted me about my case at the SCC in 2018, where I had been transferred to , after I had completing an eight year sentence for a crime that I did not commit. I explained the facts of my case to her, and she agreed to represent me in my upcoming SVP trial. With her choice of a second chair, and expert witnesses. She proceeded to annihilate the, Washington State Attorney General's so called, "case".

When I first meet Jennifer in her office I was a nervous wreck. I had already served my children's mother with divorce paperwork and was trying to get custody of our children myself. The decision to make some changes to better my children’s and my life was important and had to be done. Once I got my children's mother's response I lost confidence and needed help. Jennifer and her team helped me resolve several post-divorce issues that came up two months before my last support payment to my ex. During my initial interview, Jennifer grasped the whole scenario within minutes, and before the end of the interview she gave me three possible ways to respond. In the end, we won in court on all three issues. After that, I used Jennifer and her team to tie up some more loose ends pertaining to my divorce. While Jennifer cost me a bit more than my previous attorney, I believe I got better results, so the investment was worth it.

I enjoy working with Allison for several reasons. She is both knowledgeable and thoughtful with her application of law. I just finished a three year custody battle with my ex-husband and throughout the three years we have become good friends. Recently, I was in the process of negotiating a business deal for my company; which involved buying the rights to use a bands song for an upcoming promotional short film. Upon reviewing the original proposed contract, Ms. Micheli pointed out it's numerous shortcomings. She believed the terms of the contract were far too unilateral in the recording artists' favor, and that the asking price for use of their composition was far too high.
Thanks to her sound advice and legal expertise, we were able to renegotiate; closing the deal with a more bilateral contract which included a far more affordable asking price. I couldn't have done it without her.

I have met Jasmine in July 2023. My divorce was very complicated, high conflict. She was my 3rd lawyer, 1st was super lawyer, that told me I'm not priority, second was through my work that screwed up filling up at the court and I lost my son. Josh is a very professional yet personal attorney. He cares enough to look over the whole case, to find and act on the inconsistencies in the discovery. When I found Michael, I had just been fired by my second attorney, in a very complicated, difficult, and high stakes divorce case. Filing for Social Security Disability is a daunting and demoralizing task. The rules are complex and the process is complicated. Although we began the process without representation it soon became clear that we were in over our heads and lacked the information necessary to provide the proper documentation. And, of course, we were initially denied. I found the Law Offices of Russell & Hill online. Calling them and making an appointment was essentially a "leap of faith".
It was the best decision we ever made.
The best decision the law office made on our behalf was assigning our case to Jaclyn Gaddy. By the time we first met with Jaclyn (after she had received several years worth of medical records), she was not only familiar with the particulars of our medical records, she had a clear understanding of even the minutiae, those endless and seemingly small or insignificant incidents/issues that, taken together, meaningfully contribute to understanding the whole medical picture. I was rear ended by an uninsured drunk driver at 50mph. Injured and unsure of my options I found Andy Dimmock who repeatedly told me to focus on my recovery and treatment and he would take care of the rest beginning with ensuring my bills were paid via PIP and he would pursue my own insurer for uninsured motorist coverage. As expected I was still receiving treatment a little under a year later at which point Andy informed me my insurers had forwarded the full amount of my policy. I learned the game changer was managing to get my blood sucking chiropractor to provide a detailed assessment of my injuries before and after my accident for my insurers to settle the claim. Meanwhile my chiropractor was simply milking all the PIP and more by having me see him 5 times a week!
Andy managed to stem the flow of projected medical fees by getting this claim finalized early and well before my chiropractor and physical therapist sucked the claim dry.

November 1998, Im five years old nearly killed in an auto accident. Lawyer #1 takes the case... Four years pass... little progress and some sort of conflict arises, and he withdraws from my case. Mid 2002 lawyer #2 takes over... Once again little progress... November 2002 lawyer #2s law practice is purchased by Andrew and his business partner. August 2003, Andrew has my train wreck of a case straightened out. Andrew did more for me in a week that lawyer #1 was able to do in four years! I came away with over $5,000 more than I would have had it not been for him! I was born with learning disabilities. We were able to use the settlement money to pay for a tutoring service. That tutoring service was a huge help with my education. To this day when I tell people about my education the story involves "learning to even read was hard...then I went to(institution name)".(Institution name) would not have happened had it not been for Andrew. Even after the tutoring service was paid for, I still had more money than I even would have had he not taken over! Present day, I am now in college. The settlement money that i had was a huge help in avoiding taking out student loans right in the beginning of school. I don't know where I would be today had it not been for Andrew!

Unfortunately I have had to be represented many times in the past in the criminal courts because of my drug addiction. The case that Natalie Tarantino represented me in was very serious. I first start off by saying that Jack D. Clark is definitely the type of attorney one would hope to be referred to. I feel pretty lucky that I was referred to him myself. I sought Jack’s assistance in a tough custody case seeking a reversal of a parenting plan. My personal case couldn’t have gone better.
