We are so happy to have accidentally discovered Jelsing Tri West & Andruss PLLC in Everett, where Mark Jelsing practices. We couldn't be happier with everyone. We went to the firm for a different matter, but when it came time to work on some estate planning, Mark was the best. As a recent graduate, when he didn't know an answer to something (we had a very complex situation involving multiple entities and states), he was able to get some advice from his dad, who is a founding member of the firm. He also did a brilliant job handling a very special and extremely urgent estate matter that popped up on us unexpectedly. I think Mark and the whole firm are great and we plan to do our "lawyering" there for many, many years to come. I highly recommend Mark, et. al.!

Mark has been involved in this probate/estate case for nearly a year. I think I was one of his first clients. Boy did he get a good case to learn from! I became a widow after only 6 months of marriage and we had not taken care of wills, deeds, insurance, etc. So you can imagine the mess Mark had to try and get to the bottom of. I can say that through his diligence and my determination, I was able to save our home from foreclosure and after a year, was able to purchase our home from the bank. Oh, and by the way, the ex-wifes name was on the bank note, not the deed, but the bank didn't want to talk to me. Let me also include, to make matters worse, that the person named executor to our estate, nearly 12 years ago, was no longer fond of the deceased. It has been an uphill battle that is not finished, but, Mark has carried me with his determination, willingness to find the right path, forging ahead like a bulldog, and continues to move forward. This case is probably one of the most frustrating cases Mark will see in a long time, which could be the reason no other attorney I contacted was willing to take. Although the reason for needing an attorney is sad, Mark has worked hard to see the positive in everything he has done. He listened to my story with empathy and endured the many days of tears.
Thank You Mark for your professionalism, empathy hard work and enduring spirit.

Lawyers tend to get a bad wrap yes even defense attorneys. Braden represented me on two overlapping cases and never made me feel any kind of way. He probably could tell from my face that i already felt the full embarrassing weight of having to come to him with the added burden of another case whilst litigating the first....despite us not seeing eye to eye politically he still defended my second amendment rights and even got my firearm returned to me. Which i thought would never happen and was very satisfying to go down to city hall and receive my gun back. Even though the crooked Marysville cops still have my magazine and holster for some very strange reason I'm proud to say my firearm remains in my possession. Braden, throughout the two years he represented me always made sure i was on time and informed about what time and where I needed to be and despite not having seen an end to my Marysville drama still give Mr. Pence a 5 star review. He's a great guy and so extremely well respected in the community that if you pick him for some reason get priority treatment from even the worst judges/prosecutors and never have to worry about sitting and waiting for your name to get called in alphabetical order. i'm sure many lawyers are granted that respect its just a really cool feeling to know that you are being represented by a winner like Braden one of the best. Also just so its known just because I couldn't jump through the ridiculous b/s that the Marysville court requires of a person that is gainfully employed and living an otherwise productive tax paying lifestyle doesn't take away from the great job he will do for anyone he represents. Pick Braden and you wont regret it I never have.

To John, it's about doing the right thing and making sure I am supported and properly informed of my options at every turn. Deeply unprofessional and discriminatory conduct from Theresa Lorella and this firm. Unethical law firm that refuses to provide an itemized receipt. Ms Lorella sold herself as being capable of the most difficult divorce settlements but after 3 months and tens of thousands of dollars later she was incapable of doing even the bare minimum such as get my non marital personal property back. Ms Lorella also engages in bigoted behavior and when her firm disciplined her for the matter she quit the next day in retaliation. If you are a member of any marginalized community you do not want to hire this law firm.
I also believe there was a fraudulent use of funds and Ms Lorella’s relationship with opposing counsel was a serious issue. I do not believe she operated in good faith. Must be nice to collect a six figure paycheck off of the dissolution of families.

I was referred to Cathy from a friend years ago. I called her in an emergency child custody situation. After a phone discussion she met me at the courthouse the morning of trial and stood up and won a temporary child custody order. Russ, in short, is a wonderful man and lawyer. Not only did he take the time to get to understand me as a person, he did a great job with my legal needs. His approach worked well. The State spent thousands of man hours in three different cases over a three year period to try and put a medical marijuana patient behind bars. Mr. Mestel made the Feds dismiss their case at the day of jury trial at the door of the courthouse. But that was wise as he had just outright beat KIng And Pierce County with jury acqittals.. The State spent, by their own accounting, a quarter of a million trying to jail me and he cost a mere fraction against that state funded onslaught and I paid him, gladly and with a fraction of what he and his wife got for my wife in two personal injury suits. I am still in the medical marijuana industry and paying taxes and doing fine as Mark whooped Goliaths ass three times before they backed off and now respect me as legitimate business man who payes taxes and has rights!

I enjoy working with Allison for several reasons. She is both knowledgeable and thoughtful with her application of law. I just finished a three year custody battle with my ex-husband and throughout the three years we have become good friends. During the last stages of my custody battle that resulted in trial I could not afford her services but she was still available to give me advice to help myself even while she was representing many other clients. Recently, I was in the process of negotiating a business deal for my company; which involved buying the rights to use a bands song for an upcoming promotional short film. Upon reviewing the original proposed contract, Ms. Micheli pointed out it's numerous shortcomings. She believed the terms of the contract were far too unilateral in the recording artists' favor, and that the asking price for use of their composition was far too high.
Thanks to her sound advice and legal expertise, we were able to renegotiate; closing the deal with a more bilateral contract which included a far more affordable asking price. I couldn't have done it without her.

I have met Jasmine in July 2023. My divorce was very complicated, high conflict. She was my 3rd lawyer, 1st was super lawyer, that told me I'm not priority, second was through my work that screwed up filling up at the court and I lost my son. I found her while searching for someone that could help me to get my son back and help me to find against my ex.
From the very beginning, Jasmine was honest, upfront, direct. Always quick in response, always here for me. She quidded me through the process, was always calm, focused, organized. I was absolutely thrilled with my lawyer from day 1. She was prompt with all of our meetings, kept me informed of all my options and chose to go to trial due to my specific circumstances. Same as the previous review, Tiffany Mecca came prepared to a motion hearing prior to trial extremely well organized and ready. I felt like she really put her heart into my case and kept my comfortable the entire time I was out on bail. She won my motion to get all my evidence thrown out, including my own statement I wrote against myself due to the cop failing to get a warrant prior to collecting everything. Natalie is the most professional and caring lawyer that has ever helped me. I have hired two private practice lawyers in the last few years and have yet to be impressed. Natalie new from the beginning that the prosecution did not have a case, unfortunately the prosecution did not. I lost the case, however it was overturned on appeal. The trial judge had effectively cheated us as he changed the "to convict rules" after the trial!

Unfortunately I have had to be represented many times in the past in the criminal courts because of my drug addiction. The case that Natalie Tarantino represented me in was very serious. In the first few weeks that I was incarcerated I was going through withdrawals from heroin and my condition was somewhat delirium. First, Natalie had to convince me how serious my crime was. She discouraged me from going down some legal roads that were an option. Looking back I am glad I followed her advice and faced the consequences for my actions that benefited me in the long run. Mr. Rothstein is representing my significant other in a criminal case. He has gone above and beyond for him. Gabe genuinely cares about his clients and tries his best to do whatever he can to get the best results for his clients. I was pulled over and subsequently booked in to Snohomish County Jail for allegedly stealing my own car (confusing, to say the least). Elaine Whaley takes her cases very seriously. She even worked with my Municipal atourney to get me released. I did 35 day in county and got me release with credit for time served. My municipal atournys is Jeremy Magnabosco. Both of them are sharks...be sure to keep the blood out of the water. Unless you want a feeding frenzy where you may loose an arm.

I first start off by saying that Jack D. Clark is definitely the type of attorney one would hope to be referred to. I feel pretty lucky that I was referred to him myself. I sought Jack’s assistance in a tough custody case seeking a reversal of a parenting plan. My personal case couldn’t have gone better.
Jack represented me and my family very well. In preparing for hearings, trials, and mediations, he was well prepared, to the point, and down to earth. In court, Jack was very respectful, persuasive, thoughtful, and articulate. He had a great mannerism, kept me very well informed, and I found that, over the course of my case, it felt like he was not just simply my attorney, he was someone I felt that was really fighting on my side and was someone I could trust. I think that is saying something.
Jack also had a no-nonsense approach. He stuck to working on what mattered and was even able to find ways where I could get involved and help reduce my costs. I really believe that my kids and I received the best outcome that was possible. I also feel that I received a great value in his representation. Working with Jack D. Well we went to trial and won, so what more needs said? Well the fact that he really worked with me and didn't talk down to me. He was a great and detailed listener. Very thorough too in planning his case, not putting all his eggs in one basket so to speak. If one of his arguments was shot down by the judge or and objection by opposition sustained, then he immediately went to his next argument, and then the next. He is probably the eighth or ninth attorney I've worked with and this was the best experience by far. And he even gave me a ride home after trial.

Haley is a great lawyer. Wrongfully charged with serious felonies and with time beging of the essence, due to my specific circumstances, she was on it. She was patient in explaining everything I didn't understand about the way our court system works. She moved quickly and aggressively to present the true facts and evidence to the prosecutor. Amy immediately broke down any cynicism I had about dealing with attorneys. She did so with her professionalism, honesty and ability to communicate. She took an awkward situation and reliably made the right decisions and did what was best for me and the case. When necessary, she was quick to address "bad news" directly, but with appropriate sympathy and sincerity.
At no time did I ever feel "nickel-and-dimed" or taken advantage of. In fact, I believe she took every available opportunity to reduce the risk of unnecessary charges, maintaining concern for my budget as if it were her own. Deane worked with us on our son's independent adoption. There were some complications with the birth father but those were worked out in a timely and efficient manner. From the time we first met to the finalization of the adoption was 4 months. It would have been 4-6 weeks had it not been for the paternal termination of rights.
What I liked best about Deane was his communication and professionalism. Whenever I talk to friends who have adopted through agencies, they describe a long and drawn out process and inattention from lawyers and social workers. Our experience was exactly the opposite. We are very happy that Deane was referred to us and served us well.
