Update since last review. Unfortunately ABC law is a scam, Ponzi scheme within the court system. They work with local authorities and state governments and county officials to ensure they benefit themselves over the client and what’s right.
ABC law has extremely bad communication from their office staff to their attorneys and poor to no court room experience.
ABC law fraudulently represent their clients with unlicensed and poorly experienced lawyers and attorneys.
ABC law does not provide accurate information about time and cost of services.
ABC law is still holding money from my retainer and has not returned my calls.
This is not a disgruntled employee, but a disgruntled customer who is leaving a accurate and reliable review.
ABC knew that my case was going to be a flop because the other Party filed wrong but they took my retainer and acted like they were going to do something knowing the judge was not going to hear the case because it was filed incorrectly.

Run away from this attorney. I had a long conversation with her. And I am happy she never represented me.
Firstly, she is low-qualified. The best advice she gave me was about her hourly rate (and she repeatedly reminded that request for money). Other advises were not valuable. So I am happy such a low qualified person never represented me.
Secondly, she violated multiple norms of ethics by yelling on her clients. I am afraid of what will she do in the Court and how can she control herself.
Run away from her. Never pay to her - it is not worthy.

I like to file a complaint. While speaking with a receptionist. She claimed you'd only been Open for 15 mins at 8:55pm then told me I can't speak to people like that and she hung up the phone. I'm trying to convey my problems and concerns and only get brushed off and told I'll get a call back.
I got a call back and saying I'll like to file a complaint and was told I'm not going to get into this again and was hung up on once again.
I was not using foul language and I was trying to be respectful. my worries are being passed over and my request are not being respected prior to the first hearing with Brittany.

Ximena was amazing. She got me started outlining the situation while she looked up the court case details, and knew exactly when to I perfect with a question to get to the heart of the matter. She's incredibly good at multitasking and accessing /cross referencing information. In addition, her long standing in Snohomish County gave her direct knowledge of the Commissioner who heard a previous hearing, so I finally had confirmation of the Commissioner's background and perspective... 1st attorney I've worked with who could do this!
After (a lot of free consultation effort) we finished a basic review she gave me direct and clear information, and then referred me to another firm because she didn't have postnuptial contract experience; she knew about the postnup from the beginning, but helped me to understand my situation better.

Ximena was referred to me by a colleague, and I'm so grateful I decided to hire her. She helped me with a challenging custody situation and was extremely knowledgeable and strong throughout the entire process. The situation was complicated and I wasn't entirely sure what the best approach was. Deeply unprofessional and discriminatory conduct from Theresa Lorella and this firm. Unethical law firm that refuses to provide an itemized receipt. Ms Lorella sold herself as being capable of the most difficult divorce settlements but after 3 months and tens of thousands of dollars later she was incapable of doing even the bare minimum such as get my non marital personal property back. Ms Lorella also engages in bigoted behavior and when her firm disciplined her for the matter she quit the next day in retaliation. If you are a member of any marginalized community you do not want to hire this law firm.
I also believe there was a fraudulent use of funds and Ms Lorella’s relationship with opposing counsel was a serious issue. I do not believe she operated in good faith. Must be nice to collect a six figure paycheck off of the dissolution of families.

Ms. Warren is very professional and respectful. She made going through a hard time so much easier. She explained things in a very straight forward way that was easy to understand. She is also very honest and I trusted her completely. She answered all questions and many times they were on the phone, not making us run in to her office every time we had a question. A comment that still haunts me 16 years after the divorce. Such a red flag and Aaron shields should have been fired on the spot. During the divorce he said “your kids are young enough, you can leave now and they won’t remember you!” Two weeks later my X said word for word the exact same thing. So Aaron was bought off by my X whose mother worked for her attorney abill Sullivan at the time. Clearly they wanted to erase me from my daughter’s existence. It’s now 2024 X held in contempt 2x, one daughter completely alienated since 2022. I hope people avoid using lawyers like this one because he is nothing more than a used used car salesman- that clearly works for his pocket lining and not his clients best interests.

Divorce mediation oversight leaving out notice to let other party know of "late" missed payments. March to June 9th resulted in $28,500 in late fees. I paid immediately when notified. The $150 per day compounding fees added up. Unintentional oversight from changing accounts. I was threatened with imprisonment by opposing counsel Robert Miller/Brewe Layman.

It is so hard for me to build the courage to write what I know my fellow citizens and especially those like myself have held their right hand to their heart every single day in allegiance of the land we love. Aaron took money from me in a family matter. Knowing I am clean as a judge I was hoaxed into accepting an awe full arrangement which has made seeing my son nearly a functional obsolescence. Aaron. barged me near enough to $40,000 and I barely see my son. I do not smoke, drink and I am a good father.
I have since tried to reach Aaron but always seem to end up speaking with his extremely rude and obnoxious phone lady Jennifer.
Jennifer scares me as well. She is so rude and Aaron is one sneaky attorney. Stay away from the crooks.
In my clear purview Aaron is a washed up attorney with no loyalty to his clients. Aaron is a walmart attorney.
I have no fear that Aaron and Jennifer will now try and ruin my life even more. 100% not afraid of that clown.
Hire a young attorney who has not forgot why he/she became an attorney.
I feel as though Aaron was using my money to pay off debts or gambling I do not know what I know is the lack of representation and the amount charge seems criminal.

Walking into Rodi’s office for the first time, I was nervous. I was staring down what was certain to be a long, nasty, complex divorce and I needed to make sure I had the best representation possible. But, I also had to know I could trust and relate to whoever might provide that.
Rodi commanded the room with her presence, nevertheless, she immediately put me at ease. Within no time at all I could tell she understood where I was coming from, what my children and I were going through, and how my ex figured into these things. She got up to speed on my particularly complicated/unique situation extremely quickly, and I knew at once I had an ally. And a determined, smart, experienced, relentless, caring one at that. I knew she had my back from day one.
And she never once faltered. Through the countless, pointless and malicious deviations, distractions, and motions my ex threw up to complicate things; the endless diatribe of slander and lies, the messy and ugly, Rodi was my rock. Brilliant strategists!! I had a very serious issue. I was charged with 3 counts of a serious crime which led to almost a 2 week trial. The events leading up to this trial happened 3 years ago, but they stuck with me the whole time. I am not sure how they are able to do it, but with Mr. Lawrence's help we pulled a win. I plead not guilty to all 3 charges and if I was convicted of even 1 of them I would have lost my career and my life as I know it. So I really commend what these gentlemen do and being able to their job when they have so many other cases to work. I had the pleasure of working with Geoff through a DVPO case and parts of my divorce case. He was able to point out the fact that my ex had set me up and wasn't afraid to voice it in court. Geoff was also well prepared for a crucial custody hearing and it was a relief having him by my side. Being a judge, in addition to a lawyer, his schedule does get busy. However, both he and his paralegal, Kerry Davis, show great care for their clients.

odd is not only a delightful human, but an incredibly effective lawyer.
