I had the good fortune of being given Ann Jones' name from someone within a state agency about 8 years ago. I contacted her immediately and from that first phone call knew that she was going to be a powerful part of my daughter's "team". She was and continually is there for us whenever I contact her about something that just doesn't seem fair for my child. She is so caring, knowledgeable and will assist in anyway possible. I had the good fortune of meeting Ann Jones when I was trying to navigate the difficult and unnerving issues of filing a claim for admission in to the Virginia Birth-Related Neurological Injury Program. Initially she would not accept my son's case but did so after determining that even though it would be the most difficult birth injury case she had represented she knew he had in fact suffered a birth injury. First of all, I did not want a divorce and when I met Susan and her team I was clear that I wanted to push for reconciliation. She agreed and the entire "tone" of the divorce was amicable. This was very important to me.
My wife hired a firm that was nasty from the start and Susan and her team kept our tone amicable which ended up making us look way better in mediation. Although divorce is expensive, I saved hundreds of thousands of dollars-really. Her team waded through the bogus claims of her counsel easily.

I probably had one of the most trying years last year in 2012. Kate was the one saving grace I had when it appeared all the chips were stacked against me in my divorce and other matters with the court. Kate was very diligent and thorough in her representation of me and helped to keep me grounded when the opposing side was being unreasonable, under-handed, abusive, and just flat out lying. Kate was able to peel back the onion piece by piece until the real truth came out and the tables turned for good in my direction. In the end she was able to have my divorce over in 6 months on the nose, she ensured I retained my home, and ultimately kept me from having to pay much more then the original reasonable offer I gave my ex-wife at the start of our Divorce.
Kate is a wonderful attorney and I am just glad she was on my side during this process and not on my ex's. The old saying goes you get what you pay for, well, Kate was worth every penny I spent on her and then some. Lily Saffer is an excellent young lawyer with great legal skills, caring demeanor and strong customer skills. This young woman helped me defend against a Divorce proceeding being pushed by my wife's attorney. This attorney took advantage of my wife's health issues to push a case based on false information. The Divorce was eventually non-suited.

I received a misdemeanor charge in a different state, which I was not convicted of. Unfortunately, the pending charge resulted in Fairfax County denying my CCW permit renewal without cause or due process. I found Mr. Frazer on VCDL's website and gave him a call to see if he could help me. Not only was his experience in firearms law vast and impressive, he also took a genuine interest in the application of law within this situation. He offered to work on either an hourly or flat fee, which was helpful as well. He kept in constant contact with me regarding both the case status as well as any information he might need from me.
Mr. Frazer presented all legal options to me during the process. For example, should we have lost, it was wise to have a stenographer there so we would have a court record to appeal the decision.
When we arrived at court, he presented a very well researched, developed and precedented argument. The judge was very impressed and agreed my case was "very well founded."
John really helped me out, and was professional, honest and up front about the entire process. He helped me renew my permit which was denied on false grounds to begin with.
I'm positive he is not only a good lawyer, but a good man, and has a firm grasp of the Constitution and the applied law associated with it.
