Good Chinese food. Rice is not given with the dish. You have to order separately. I went on team lunch and it was great experience. The ambience is quiet and clean. Faux monsters plant fill the vicinity of the restaurant so nicely. Food is properly cooked and spice level is exactly as indicated. I like spicy food so i took highest spice level.

I cannot thank Mr. Hicks enough for the incredible support and expertise he provided during the most difficult time of my life. I have requested a refund of the $5k retainer for almost two years. The retainer was signed on 10/13/22... Nothing, I mean nothing was ever done- no paperwork was ever filled. We had one conversation about my marriage.
I thought acquaintances who drink together and go to the casino together would'vehad a more respectable relationship! But, no. Our mutual friend is still one of my favorite people in the world, but unfortunately the extended friendship has been tarnished. My wife and I had a brief separation and we are happily together now.
Ryan, please be responsible and return my 5k...your ethics should be the foundation of your industry and you are doing it no justice- just adding to the stereotypical lawyer bashing. He is the worst attorney never honest or said the truth changing the words every time in different mood. He is not professional or organized. Please save your money and don’t work with him ever. Left my case in last min in my court day he did withdraw to the case. We have a contract of flat rate and paid him in advance. A night before the court day asking me to give him more money he tried to push me in the corner to pay him more. Before, I talk to tell why the extra pay we already made a deal and I paid. He yelled and disrespected, treated me so bad then hangs up the phone. After that texting me “I will filling an order to withdraw”. Yes, Can you imagine? A day before your court without giving you any notice. I send him an agreement with my ex before a month ago. In the court he wasn’t prepared and even he didn’t know anything about the case. Even though I called him and updated him but he is looking for money how he can get more from you. I never forgive you on what you did! And your life become so hard because you took $2500 for nothing as I paid you in advance.

Outstanding attention to the full history, context and details of the matter by Samantha in the firm. Very patient with me explaining the best options to resolve a contentious estate situation that had gone on for 3 years previously where another very strong firm was on the other side using "low-ball, then delay then obfuscate, then avoid" tactics with my prior counsel. Once formally engaged on the case, Samantha resolved the entire matter w/in approx 4 months for a reasonable fee as well considering the amount of time invested in the process (Expect it to be a process of back and forth and attrition BTW!). I couldn't be more pleased with the firm, Samantha and Kara's professionalism, teamwork or the positive results for my family's future!

I had a terrible experience with Camille Crandall at Hicks Crandall Juhl, P.C. Her handling of my case was deeply flawed, leading to significant financial losses. Camille failed to secure an updated appraisal for a major asset, causing it to be grossly undervalued during my divorce proceedings. This oversight resulted in me losing a substantial amount of money. Additionally, her inadequate representation led to an unrealistic and excessive financial burden for me. When I sought accountability, I was met with threats and baseless accusations from her firm. I strongly advise against hiring Camille Crandall if you want competent and ethical legal representation. My experience with her has been a costly mistake.

Came out to look at an issue we were having with our home builder. Asked us to write up a summary and they would let us know what options we have. I took the time to put together a detailed summary and never heard back. I followed up with them and they said they would give me a call, and never did. If you don’t want the work or don’t think we have a good case, why not just say so to my face instead of wasting my time?

It takes five emails and additional effort to get anything done with this law firm after preliminary hearing. Also, after an illegal action was conducted in court during preliminary hearing from opposing party, this lawyer didn't speak up against illegal action. He is good initial call for consultation, yet doesn't follow through with promises after preliminary hearing. I wouldn't recommend him. He's overwhelmed with two clients in trial at one time. Stretched too thin. Can only do one client in trial at a time.

Alex Heidt has helped me with several legal matters. While I was in school, my college was attempting to pocket my FAFSA loans and make me pay out of pocket. Mr. Heidt was able to not only stop them from forcing me to pay or drop out, but he also found out they actually owed me $800.00. Over the years, he has also helped me to start my own company, provide legal advice pertaining to running a small-business and created contracts and consulting agreements. Crystal not only serves you as a great attorney, but she also treats you like a family member, as mentioned by another reviewer. Following a marijuana distribution charge I was recommended by another attorney to Crystal. She eventually helped me reach an excellent plea deal that has helped me be able to not only graduate college, but pursue my interest in attaining a law degree. Crystal was an exceptional lawyer for me in 1999 as a public defender for a second degree murder charge. She was never judge mental and always had my best intrest!! She was assigned as my lawyer by the court in Fairfax as I knew no one there. She assisted me in obtaining bail, then prepared my defense. She was successful in that and all charges were dropped.
She prefers to keep her defense approach to herself, not doing a lot to make a client feel at ease during the process. I had at the time of she was my lawyer, in 2009, delt with several lawyers in the past. She was the only one that was more interested in my case than whatever money could be extracted from me.

I got in my first major car accident last year in November and it was a major blow financially and emotionally for me because it wasn't my fault at all and I had no idea where to turn too for legal help.
