Was invoilved in an accident where I was rear ended while stopped, which totaled my van. Since (thankfully) my medical bills were only around $9,000., I could not find an attorney willing to represent me- they only want the high dollar cases. I got referred to Dan Krisky by one such attorney, and he was happy to take my case and help me settle with the other drivers' insurance company. Hard to find good people like Dan who are really in it to help everyone, including "the little guy"- not just those with multi million dollar cases.

The war on drugs is failing, and Jon Katz is one of its strongest adversaries. Jon had saved me once before, in a DUI that resulted in two possession charges (both of which were dismissed). During the end of my VASAP probation, I (in my opinion) was targeted by law enforcement in a traffic stop (where I was not the driver) that resulted in a public intoxication arrest with two possession charges, one a felony.
Within a half hour of leaving Fairfax County Adult Detention Center, I had already notified Jon’s assistant that I needed a consultation with Jon. Just shy of a couple days later, I was in his office near the courthouse. When I described my predicament, Jon told me of how his teachers in grade school used to get annoyed of him. One told him he’d be a great defense lawyer. “Dismiss, dismiss, dismiss” he said. He assured me these charges, which resulted in a probation violation, would be dismissed.
Fast forward to February of 2025, I had completed Jon’s recommended “homework plan” and I was primed for court. The day of the pre-trial hearing, I walked into the courthouse feeling, as though the case was already over, that I had enlisted the help of the best legal defense I could possibly get, and the outcome was evident.
All three charges were dismissed, and I am no longer on probation. The euphoria of freedom, I feel days after court. And it is all thanks to the experience, connections, and expertise of Jon Katz.
In the hour before court, I walked around the courthouse, feeling as if I wasn’t there as a criminal, but rather a member of society. She was able to strike a deal with the courts very quickly to reduce the charge on my infraction and allowed me to leave the court house in an hours timeframe. She designed a plan for us to accomplish prior to court, which factored largely into the charge being reduced and placed me at ease during the process. She is sharp and swift and you will be well served with her as your attorney.

Followed by guiding me through the divorce that followed. Patience was the key to my particular situation. But I know if the situation had called for more feistiness, she would have been right at my side for that, too. Everything is finalized now. And I know things would have been far worse and more stressful if I hadn't had her in my corner.
Everyone at NOVA Legal Professionals that I've spoken with is kind and knowledgeable. I spoke most often with Corrie and Brenda Membreno (paralegal). Separation and divorce are, by their nature, unpleasant and emotional situations. But they were amazing at helping that sometimes complicated situation feel less overwhelming.

Jad..was able to get my 107mph down to improper driving, in Fairfax. Prosecutor wouldn’t do anything for us so he took it directly to the Judge and got it reduced. Highly recommend, and his prices are very reasonable. He did for 1/3 The price of other lawyers.

She is thorough, well studied, (very knowledgeable), has an incredible memory, and is like an AI engine when in court; she knows exactly what to say, and when to say it as she is dynamic and can shift gears on a dime all while making it look rehearsed for a week. Her placement, and logical order of *points and *arguments, will leave you wondering if she's also a mathematician. Let the other side beware of this lawyer.
