Mr Easley is by far the most professional and best lawyer I have ever had. He listens and fights for you to the end. I had met with a few other lawyers prior to Mr Easley and they were certain that I was going to be found guilty but will see what they can get the to charges reduced to a “lesser charge”. Due to work I needed this charge dismissed or I would have lost everything I worked hard for. I am so happy I listened to my gut and kept looking for another lawyer. I am a lawyer, though not a divorce lawyer.
When my daughter was a the start of her divorce proceeding, she asked if I knew any lawyer in the field. I spoke with a former colleague, a family lawyer who was about to retire, and she whole-heartedly recommended " a great younger lawyer" she had worked with -- Hayden.
My daughter interviewed and hired him. She was thrilled with him, commenting often on his expertise and, as important, his empathy. He took the time to listen and understand her concerns and problems.
Though she was Hayden's client, several times during her proceeding she asked Hayden to talk with me so I could provide my views to her. He was great from this fellow lawyer's perspective. His explanations were clear, very helpful and concise. (There are few things I hate more than a rambling lawyer who runs up the cost meter).
My daughter's proceeding ended very successfully a few weeks ago. I share her views that Hayden very effectively represented her interests and secured the best possible settlement. I will be forever grateful for his excellent representation of "my little girl."

I was charged with reckless driving and I tried to fight it without a lawyer and that took 3 month when the judge postponed the dates even if the officer was not present. I hired Mark and he gathered all the evidence and the date of the hearing he explained to the judge how the bureaucracy of the entire court process took my time as well as the judges and the judge threw the case and dismissed the entire charge. Mark was very professional and to the point. I highly recommend him.

After a preliminary meeting with Ms. Griffith, I hired her to prepare and submit a Virginia Medicaid application on behalf of my sister who is under skilled nursing care in a retirement community. I could not have made a better choice of attorney, nor could I have submitted an acceptable application without her. Ms. Griffith is highly skilled, experienced, knowledgeable, and professional. She is also a pleasure to work with. I have a profound hearing loss, which she accommodated patiently. She always responded to telephone messages and emails quickly, and completed all her work-product on the dates promised. I learned that preparing and submitting the Medicaid application required Ms. Griffith to work with four principals: me who hired her, my sister the client, the nursing home where my sister resides, and the Virginia Department of Family Services. In a very impressive display, Ms. Griffith seamlessly brought all four parties together in a timely fashion to get the application approved. A complicating factor is that I live in another state, making communication and contact more difficult. I am convinced that Ms. Griffith's interpersonal skills were a very important part of the successful application process.
I highly recommend Ms. Griffith and I plan to hire her again in the future should the need arise.

I was being charged with a very challenging felony and misdemeanor some years back. My situation wasn't the easiest though, at that time I was also in the process of obtaining legal status in this country and being charged with those type of charges was a definite and clear way to deportation; at least that's what the two previous two lawyers said about my case, "there is no point of fighting the case" they said, I was doomed and I was going to return to a country a barely knew...But my family and I didn't want to accept it, and so we kept trying! and I'm glad we did ! One amazing Immigration lawyer referred her to us, and that's when everything changed for the better for me...The moment you walk into her office and start speaking to her, you realize this is no ordinary lawyer. I don’t spend a lot of time writing reviews, but I felt compelled in this situation. I had no idea how complex my case was going to be. I got stopped for reckless driving in Fairfax. I know that it's not the most serious offense in the world, but I was still pretty scared once I read up on it online. So I immediately did a search for traffic attorneys in Fairfax and found Mr. Ervin. He met with me for over an hour, explained how the court system handles reckless driving cases, and things that I should do prior to my case. I really think he cared about my case. We got it reduced to just a traffic infraction, so I don't have a criminal record.

I spent a lot of time searching for an attorney that has experience in handling expungements in VA. VA is one of the toughest states to grant expungements and to handle it by yourself is pure stupidity.
The next couple of days I spoke with many different attorneys via telephone and office consultation.
Office: I visited Mr. Vincenzes Law firm in Fairfax where I was greeted by his secretary staff and offered coffee until my appointment time.
Consultation: Mr. Vincenzes explained how the expungement process would work and what was needed from me. We agreed on a very reasonable price for 2 misdemeanor expungements.
Mr.Vincenzes and his partner Josh understood the urgency I was facing being a college graduate wanting to enter the Law Enforcement profession. I did not want this youthful mistake haunting my future.

Court: The prosecutor was hesitant to approve BOTH expungements. However, Mr. Vincenzes did not go down without a fight. He was able to explain to the judge every reason why it should be granted. When I was charged two, yes two i really thought my life was over. I had never been in trouble with the law and I was personally battling anxiety depression, and PTSD. The criminal charges were false alarm calls to Loudoun County EMT and deputies and the second was in Fairfax County for disorderly conduct. My brother was hit in the of his truck on duty. The defendant and the cop in charge of reporting the crime to the court have tried to intimidate and blame my brother to be at fault of the incident. Hired Ben for a misdemeanor reckless driving charge, with the possibility of jail time. During consultation, Ben was very methodical in laying out what I needed to do to prep for court. In court, Ben negotiated the terms of my penalty with the prosecutor and the officer. He pulled me out of the courtroom and explained to me the options on the table and made a recommendation.
The terms Ben negotiated on my behalf were the best I could hope for. Just a fine. No license suspension. No active jail time. The terms were so favorable that the first judge would not sign off on the terms. The second judge did, but both were furious with the prosecutor for agreeing to the terms. That is a testament to Ben's negotiating prowess and I could not be happier with the results.

Few months ago I got a reckless driving ticket , I talked five or six lawyers before I decided on Mr.Clingan. it was my first time going to court for anything so I got a free consultation. Mr.Clingan took his time and gave me a very descriptive overview of my legal options , and what he could offer, his rates are very fair, and he doesn’t use fear tactics to get your business.
