Before drafting an expensive trust you probably won’t need talk to these attorneys. Etan and his team helped me through the selling of my parents co-op in Queens after they passed. Etan and his team were professional, knowledgeable, communicated with me often and let me know what next steps we had to take to get us to the goal. We were able to get very close to asking price in a market where interest rates were rising and inflation was problematic. I'm not sure about the attorney service, but I was not able to schedule a consultation with an attorney after calling three separate attempts. Answering service representative Ms. Alia kept saying someone will call for an in-take interview. However that didn't happen until after the 3rd phone call reminder. When someone connected after the third attempt it seems the intake lady is more concerned about fiance/ billing even before the case. I don't expect them to represent me at no cost but certainly I don't wanna retain a law office who are more needy than to promote their services.
I guess I was fooled by their online presence.

I am a 20 year real estate sales veteran and I have recommended Jeffrey Farkas a number of times over the years and found him to be a solid and experienced (if possibly a no frills) attorney. He does his due diligence, he responds to questions in a timely manner and he's a savvy problem solver if any issues arise. He's a decent guy but not a hand holder so don't plan on spending extraneous time on the phone with him or on getting responses to 1000 anxious e-mails. He’s affordable, reliable and he gets the job done.
