My family and I needed a probate attorney. We needed to settle my mother’s estate after she passed away. I looked for a probate attorney and they never got back with me after leaving several messages and I had to keep calling. When I did received a call back they did not explain the process just told me what their fee was and I had to pay it upfront. Needless to say I seek help from someone else. I called Mr. Lorenzo on a Saturday afternoon and he answered and explained the process of what to be expected. He sounded very knowledgeable and also caring. I felt so relieved after speaking to him and I knew I had found the right attorney. Mr. Lorenzo was there for my family and I through a difficult time and case. When my ex- husband (my son’s father) passed away, I had no idea what to do. Since our son was a minor, I had to step in and Regina was there every step of the way - helping to set up his court-ordered guardian account, his annual reporting, and eventually, the final legal steps when he turned eighteen. Yana was amazing! I had an accident on I-95 where someone swerved into my lane and had my car spin out of control and ran into a concrete wall. Mike assisted my husband and I with the documents on the sale of our house; as well as our wills. He was very knowledgeable and professional with all proceedings. When it came to our wills, he was able to provide guidance on questions as to how to direct assets such that the process would be easy for our executors. While simplified, it accomplished what both my husband and I had in mind from a beneficiary standpoint.
Mike is extremely trustworthy. We left power of attorney with Mike when we closed on our home, as we would not be present at the time of closing. He was also able to counsel us during the sale process, as counter-offers were not the most straight forward.
I would highly recommend Mike to a friend or a colleague; and, would not hesitant to use Mike again for my own personal legal counsel.

I recently had a very bad experience where I was entrapped in a bad situation. I have never been in trouble in my 63 years of life. I can't go into the details but it was very traumatic for me and could have ruined my retirement and the rest of my life and my relationship. I don’t think I can say enough good things, or give Michael Jones enough stars, both as a lawyer and a fellow human. Samuel Stephen Fields is an outstanding attorney operating within the Broward County Court system. He handled the cases without any difficulties. However, it is with great sadness to learn while at hearing today that Mr. Fields 's sister just passed away. I own, a Mechanic shop! Customer Dropped of the car, to get service, they knew Exactly the amount that was going to be Charged, we both Agreed. Car was done, they did not have Money, to pay.
