I hired Leslie to help me get shared time with my daughter. During the process of getting the mother served, I was served with child support The mother avoided getting served long enough to get me served with child support. I didn't even know I was getting served, I thought it had to do with my case.
This helps the mother get almost double if not more child support plus 24 month of back pay, since theirs no record of shared time. If you're like me trusting in a hand shake, DON'T! you can't trust anybody that includes the mother of your child and family!
Leslie rapid response and action to my questions and concerns made a grave and stressful situtation, bareable. If your a man dealing with family court, contact leslie. Not once did I feel like I was the bad guy or a loser, which is what happened when I was trying to do it myself through the court "trusting in the system" never again. Always hire a lawyer, never trust anybody especially the system. You're just a number among hundreds if not thousands of cases.

I had a short sale on my house and the bank gave some money for the short sale my other bank took the money without my authorization for the closing lawyer error.
I went to different lawyers for help and to recuperate my money nobody was able to help me until I met Leslie Cimadevilla was very knowledge about my case and help me right away and got some of my money back.

I had another attorney on a monthly fee for two years and was only one months away from a ugly life altering foreclosure.
I complained to a friend and she gave me Vini's phone number. Calling him was one of the best things I ever did. He charged me a flat fee and within the time I had left he solved my problem. I got out from under this foreclosure with not a dime due the bank and not a scratch on my credit. I owe Vini big time , I am so grateful to Vini I am giving his name to anyone I can.

I hired Mr. Adam to represent me for a simple civil case when it quickly escalated out of proportion. When the petitioner and I could not come to a fair and reasonable agreement they decided to hire a pushy big-shot senior attorney and attempted to strong arm me into an unmerited and unfavorable position. I feel very lucky to have found and hired Mr. Adam at that time. He immediately engaged and quickly found discrepancies in the petitioner’s allegations, leaving them ultimately with no case and in turn a withdrawal from their suit. I know if I did not have Mr. Adam representing me the opposing party’s attorney would have taken advantage of me.
Mr. Adam did a great job of explaining to me clearly what I needed to do and helped me easily understand and prepare for the next steps in the case at every turn. I feel he advised me well on the correct choices to make in order to get the best long term result for myself and my family. And even after being entangled in additional wasteful litigation from opposing counsel, he honored his original quotation for representation.

My boyfriend was found NOT GUILTY by a jury. Mr. Roth did a great job at the trial, even though he was found to possessing heroin inside of his shoe while visiting a friend in jail. Mr. Roth got the jury to return not guilty verdict after only 20 minutes of deliberation. He was the only attorney that did not press us to take a plea. He fought and he won!!! Thank You Marty!! As far as attorney's go John Lawlor is an knowledgeable;e, professional and respectful as they get. In September of 2019, I had the please of meeting Stephen as a referral for being an excellent personal injury/accident lawyer. After our first meeting/consultation, I immediately felt at ease and comforted to know that he was going to come to an expedient and positive resolution of an otherwise unnecessary accident.
This accident could have been completely avoided altogether had the driver of the vehicle that literally ran over the front of my car, hence not paying any mind that I was parked stationary, directly behind him.
As a result of same, the front end of my car was ripped away and crushed, also causing 2 herniated discs, for which I had to undergo months of rehab treatment and pain management/several injections in my back.
After several months of treatments, diving a crippled vehicle, Stephen was able to come to a superior resolution, which in turn paid all medical expenses, car repairs, etc., leaving me at the end with no liability. I was more than happy with the results, as a matter of fact, extremely impressed by his professionalism, perseverance and follow through, to ensure that I got maximum results and 100% liability remained on the driver/fuel truck at fault. He is extremely thorough, well versed and has excellent negotiation skills! He was also able to save the extreme court costs that would have been incurred if we had been forced through the process of mediation, multiple depositions and trial.

Mr. Miller defended me in negligence lawsuit and achieved a result which was better that I thoughtwas possible at the commencement of the lawsuit. The facts were stacked against my case, but Mr. Miller maneuvered and focused the defense on the facts which were strongest while drawing focus away from those which were my weakest. Jonathon Miller represented my company and myself personally with a lawsuit arising from a failed business transaction. He was very informed on the matter that we were dealing with and was constantly in communication with all parties involved, making suggestions on course of action with the expected outcome of each (and accurate prediction for the courses of action we ultimately pursued). He worked very diligently with opposing counsel for a fair and equitable compromise yet was aggressive and strategic, all of which resulted in a positive outcome for us. I knew from my consultation with Lisa McCue that my worries would soon be over. I had a consultation with another attorney who told me that I could only qualify for a Chapter 13 (and he didn't even look at any of my paperwork) and that I should try negotiating with my creditors. That didn't work out so well. I decided to see another attorney and found the McCue Law Firm. I was there for about an hour and did not feel rushed or felt like I was asking too many questions. I felt relieved when I left and I hadn't even started the paperwork yet.
I had many questions during the process of collecting all of the documentation needed for my case. I had so many questions and Carol, the paralegal working on my case, was so very helpful. She returned my phone calls, sometimes as late as 6PM and always made me feel reassured and was always professional. She answered every email I sent and addressed all of my concerns. She is truly an asset to the firm. Sonya was also very friendly whenever I called their office.
On the day of my hearing, Mr. McCue was prompt and we went over one or two things before heading in for my hearing. I was very nervous but he was also very reassuring and again, professional, not to mention personable and easy to talk and relate to.
Making the decision to file bankruptcy was a difficult one but this team is outstanding. I felt ashamed and embarrassed but the McCue's told me all of the reasons that I should not be and they were right. I am more than pleased with the quality of representation I received. Aside from that, it is my impression that this law office is not out to nickel and dime its clients, rather, they practice this type of law to help those of us in need and do a fantastic job. Mr. Williams worked tirelessly with my niece's family members and her alcohol treatment professionals for many months to ensure she took the right steps to avoid incarceration, receive treatment and remain available for her children. This included post trial follow up to connect her with a family attorney and the appropriate rehab facility for her age and her level of dependence. (For the record, while not the actual client, I did pay part of his fee and worked with him several times during the hearings/trial process.)

This attorney has no clue I am writing this review, maybe he will see it at some point. If you are seeking an attorney in his field, you absolutely cannot go wrong with this guy!!! I can guarantee you he will be the type of attorney who will put his all into your case and I say that with 100% certainty.
Today walking to go into the courthouse feeling scared, stupid, anxious, stressed and clueless. I was going to file a motion on what seemed to be a simple case but turned out to be extremely complicated.
I decided to stop at this law firm and that’s where I met an angel on earth.
As I explained my case, he listened well; he is very knowledgeable and whatever he didn’t know or wasn’t sure about, he took the time to research online and in law books. He explained everything to me impeccably well; I felt like I was talking to a very nice judge. He sat with me for about 90 mins in his office, just selflessly and professionally helped me.
The care and the concern that he put into helping me is beyond my expectation of a consult.
I just had a terrible experience with a previous attorney & after speaking to over 10 attorneys last week, I was blessed with exactly the kind of help I got from him today.

I hired Michael about 18 years ago for my first offence drug possession, and he was so cool and understanding of my situation at the time, he really wanted to help me and and offered me the drug court option which was one of the best things I could have done at the time.
He explained the law at the time and went above and beyond to keep from being thrown out of the drug court program and helped me see the error in my ways at the time, I was young and completely unaware of the Florida controlled substance laws and he really helped open my eyes to the path I was headed. I hired Micky 3 years ago for a DUI, I was charged with. At first I had a public defender who did next to NOTHING ! Then I was in court and in walked Micky. The room light up with his huge smiles. EVERYONE in the room knew who he was. As he greeted most of the room. I said to myself "That is an attorney, you want on your side!!!" So I asked for is number. He gave me a VERY fair price and fought hard for me. I was found "NOT GUILTY" in trial. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM !!!

We went to the office of Mr. Carlos Reyes, because we were facing foreclosure, it was a very hard moment for my family and myself, but thanks to him and his team, we are able to keep our home.

I was surprised recently by the police knocking at my door, serving me papers, which turned out to be a filing in a Florida Court for Domestic Violence, from a family member! I live in New York State.
I immediately turned to my real estate attorney here in NY for any reference she may have in Florida, since, now I must appear in person, in Florida before a Judge. My local attorney, immediately recommended Ms Fazio without a moments hesitation. She told me she had personal legal/business relationship and direct experience with Ms Fazio. Being from NY, and always being skeptical of lawyers ( NOT anymore btw) I of course 'Googled" Ms Fazio, and found she has a video series, of her explaining several legal issues. Wow, this was great, I got see her, and see how she acts, speaks, and thinks. The power of social media. I did not hesitate to contact Ms Fazio that day. One major factor in my enthusiasm with Ms Fazio, was the fact she personally answered a 2-3 page email to my local (NY) attorney, outlining my options, and a solid plan on how to move forward with this case. Ms Fazio did not know me at all prior to this, as she obviously spent/invested some of her valuable time just answering the email with a detailed legal opinion. I received a call back from Ms Fazio personally with the day I left her a message. Great lawyers don’t just respond when their phone rings, they make other people’s phones ring. The initial court hearing was the next day, as there was no way I could be in Florida, in court the next morning. Ms Fazio told me that she will attend the hearing, and ask for an extension, given the fact I was only served the papers the day before. Her plan worked brilliantly. We received a one month delay to prepare. Again, MY phone rang immediately after the hearing, with Ms Fazio completely explaining to me what happened and why, and how she navigated the court hearing in our favor. Over the month, we spent many hours on the phone, outlining the history of the case, along with many email/electronic communications. Ms Fazio conducted many hours of research, and other legal issues with the local courts in Florida. The day of the court hearing, I received yet another call from Ms Fazio, saying to meet her at her offices, 2 hours before the hearing. I was warmly greeted by Ms Fazio, recognizing her immediately from her video series. We sat down in one of her conference rooms, and she completely outlined, in detail what to expect each step of the way , and the process overall. She intently listened to all of my questions and concerns. I have never been in court in this manner in my entire life, so being a bit nervous was an understatement. We proceeded to the court house, and every small detail she explained to me actually happened, so NO surprises at all.
The court hearing commenced, as being totally prepped, and prepared from her, I started to feel very confident in her logic and the proceedings. ( A little TV legal show drama also helps).
Ms Fazio was the utmost professional attorney I have seen in court. Very knowledgeable of the proceedings, the law and process, and was even quite cordial to my family member and her attorney, and of course the Judge. Ms Fazio had a solid plan going into the hearing, which worked perfectly. She succinctly dismantled the opposing attorneys case bit by bit, and even managed to get the Judge to admonish the opposing attorney several times! Needless to say, we won the case on solid ground, and the merits of Ms Fazios direction, guidance and most importantly, understanding of the law.
I could not thank her enough, as shed did fulfill our contractual agreement, and did fully explain everything that COULD have happened to me, both good and bad, alerting me to fact that things may not go our way, depending upon opposing council, and my family members testimony. So she was very upfront and frank about all outcomes and consequences.
I Highly Recommend Ms Fazio.

I was referred to John Clarke after contacting five or six other lawyers that did not want to bother with my case; I got the impression that they didn't think it was worth it for them. When I first spoke with John, he actually listened! And then he asked me pertinent questions. Throughout our interactions, he called to keep me up to date and if I called him, he got back to me by end of business day. Mr. Clarke is tough and smart! After my house was sold at a foreclosure auction, the bank sued me for a deficiency of $150K. He analyzed the case carefully and found that the servicer, which had acquired the loan from the original lender, hadn't filed the correct documents to prove standing. As a result the court dismissed the case. I only wish I had hired him before they took my house!

A friend recommended we speak to Mr. Clarke after my husband and I were injured in an accident. We weren't sure how to proceed. Mr. Clarke took 90 minutes to get all the details of our case, and clearly explain what remedies we could realistically seek.
