I hired Mr. Buresh based on a referral by a friend. I was in a financially, tough situation and scared to even reach out to him in fear that he couldn't help me. I felt relieved after meeting with Mr. Buresh. He not only clearly demonstrated his knowledge, he had options and educated me on the pros and cons. While I was nervous about the option he said was the best road under our circumstances, I decided to trust in him. I am so thankful I did. Reflecting back 2 years, he was clearly right and my life is forever changed. On a sidenote, on top of it all, throughout the process he (and Diane his executive assistant) came across as a really good person and made it easy to discuss something that I found embarrassing and challenging.

I hired Ms. Dana Swickle to represent me in a divorce action from a 26 year marriage where I earned double my soon-to-be ex-wife. I hired Ms. Swickle to replace another attorney who was failing to represent me and had me exposed to a long term disaster for the rest of my life. Firing one and hiring another attorney is normally not advised and always more expensive, but I was in total despair dealing with an irrational opposition and a useless attorney.
On the recommendation of a friend I hired Ms. Swickle to take over my case. Ms. Swickle worked diligently to get me into a fair and equitable settlement that gave me my future back. Ms. Swickle is a masterful negotiator who was laser-focused leaving no stone un-turned. Thinking "outside the box" Ms. Swickle negotiated a lump sum alimony arrangement from a difficult current financial situation. I cannot say enough about her efforts and abilities. I am so fortunate to have had Ms. Swickle to represent me.

Mrs. Goldberg was the most knowledgeable person in my issue. I had a problem with another attorney trying to collect a life insurance policy from a friend who had passed. I was told by my previous attorney it would take about 3 months or so to get it resolved. For unknown reasons my previous attorney let it drag out 18 months for a simple issue. I contacted and hired Mrs. Goldberg and she got everything resolved in 5 weeks. I just received the life insurance check today. She is the best. Answers all my questions. I found Greg's advice to be clear and well reasoned. He explained how he felt my current estate documents could be improved under FL law to better meet the expectations I sought. And he was right. I can't say enough to thank Jane for her help. I called her for assistance over an HOA issue and I called her during the peak of the COVID-19 crisis. I was a first time real estate buyer here in Florida. The commercial transaction was related to both an E2 visa on my side and a 1031 tax exchange on the side of the sellers. This required quite a bit of flexibility and creativity to accommodate the interests of everyone involved in the matter. Fortunately Drew proved to be knowledgeable on finding a solution for the timing of the contract that allowed for all to go through smoothly.

I could not be happier with the outcome of my first home purchase after hiring Melville Law, PA to handle the whole transaction.
Mr. Melville's knowledge and expertise to navigate through what can be a grueling and stressful process was a buyer's dream come true for me.
I was hoping to win a bid and buy my first home on an auction website.
Mr. Melville advised me on how bid most effectively which allowed me to win the bid that yielded a large amount of home equity with my first home purchase. Not only did he help me attain the winning bid, he was able to persevere a very one-sided, “As-Is” contract that was heavily in favor of the seller, a government-sponsored entity who owns many of the loans in the American market and can be riddled with bureaucracy.
He demanded from the seller to repair a leaky roof soffit and dying sod that were the genesis of two city code enforcement violations, that he later assisted me in getting those city code liens reduced to a fraction of the original amount owed. He accomplished this by displaying a thorough presentation in front of the city committee with the before and after improvements to the property that seller and I made as well stated my case in which he got the city violation amount heavily reduced.
He also got the seller to agree to make the repairs under an “As-Is” contract where they could have said no and been completely within their rights.
Mr. Melville had contacts within the seller’s organization who also helped shepherd the repairs through.
As the contract was nearing its expiration date, I faced several problems:
1. The roof repair had not been made;
2. I was facing eviction from my current landlord’s foreclosure;
3. It was nearing the holidays and with extended family in town, my family would have nowhere to stay if evicted before closing.
Mr. Melville went well above and beyond the call of duty, and I was completely blown away by the results his firm produced as well as succeeded in getting me closed on time.
I would utilize Mr. Melville services over and over again for any real estate transaction in the future and will be recommending him to all my family and friends who need help with any type of real estate down the road. Thanks again Melville Law for your outstanding services and amazing results!
