I called Christopher Wintter for a consultation. Mr. Wintter was not the first attorney I had spoken to. I had spoken to several others. After he reviewed my mothers will and trust, he actually gave me unexpected advice, and relieved the terrible pressure I had thinking that litigation was imminent. All other lawyers l had spoken to were pushing me to litigate. Christopher Wintter spent over an hour on the phone patiently explaining to me that things weren't as bad as I was thinking. He translated and clearly explained the legal language of the will and trust. All of this was done prior to me retaining him for anything. I felt incredibly grateful and I'm writing this letter to show my gratitude of having the luck to run into this honest attorney If you're looking for someone that's not going to take advantage of their advantage, and actually seems to have compassion and integrity, I highly recommend this gentleman. I am sure he saved me a great deal of hardship.

I highly recommend Christopher Wintter and his law firm. I was referred to Mr. Wintter by word of mouth as he is well regarded in Probate and Estate Litigation. I was advised that I was going to be charged with a capital crime. After speaking to numerous attorneys in the civil and business arena, they all said the same thing: "There is only one attorney's office you should be calling, and that is the firm, 'Bogenschutz, Dutko & Kroll,' in Fort Lauderdale." I immediately got a hold of Jeremy Kroll, a partner in the firm. I explained to him the gravity of the situation, and he knew time was of the essence. He had me in his office for about 2 hours for a consultation the following day, so he could get a good grasp on the magnitude of the case. Mr. Kroll knew I was telling him the truth, and the allegations were a stretch at best; yet they were allegations that needed to be addressed regardless of innocence or guilt. Within the consult Mr. Kroll had outlined our defense strategy, and exactly what our game plan was. I knew instantly that this was the firm that was going to resolve these fabricated charges I was facing. Within a short time frame, Mr. Kroll had my charges reduced from a capital crime (1st degree felony), to a 2nd degree misdemeanor and adjudication withheld (meaning I can get it sealed/expunged). To say my family and I are grateful to Jeremy Kroll would be an understatement; Mr. Kroll and his staff went beyond what anyone could have expected. This guy truly saved my life - literally! He is unlike most attorneys you may encounter; he avails himself to his clients, and goes out of his way to check on their well-being (as this is a stressful time) throughout the process. Mr. Kroll respects the State Attorney's Office, and their prosecutors, and the State Attorney's Office and the prosecutors respect him and his firm. This helped tremendously when he was trying to resolve my case.

In repeated cases with Mr. Kroll I find him in a class of very very few. Difficult cases with outcomes both
positive from a legal point of view and helping someone in the process turning things around personally. He gets respect from all staff at the court house including other lawyers and gets respect from state attorneys and judges. If you meet the man I think my comments will be well understood.

Steven is committed to proving that you are a real person, not mere data in the system. I was faced with an extremely difficult and irreconcilable criminal case, according to the opinion of over a dozen attorneys I had spoken to before meeting Steven, and at the last minute, a friend referred me to Steve & Jonathon. Literally days before I was to serve a prison term, they saved my life! Steven was so compassionate to my situation that even though there was seemingly no viable remedy to my particular situation, he worked over the weekend, brainstorming alternative avenues of the law that he thought might vindicate me, and he did! He came up with something that NO OTHER attorney had remotely thought of approaching, or mentioning to me, regardless of cost. One attorney even stated that it didn't matter if I paid him a year's salary, there was no way to get out of the jam I was in. Meanwhile, his fees were not exorbitant like the rest. I guess when you have the success rate he has, you don't have to break someone's bank account just because they express dire need of counsel. I have NEVER hired an attorney prior to meeting Steven, that gave the type of personal attention and communication that I received from Mr. Eisenband. If you are facing an impossible legal situation, and there is not a KNOWN standard or even an alternative remedy to a particular situation, Steven Eisenband WILL FIND ONE!

Mr. Gordon was referred to me after 2 previous attorney's. To say that Mr. Gordon worked a miracle is an understatement. I was stuck with an time sharing order that gave me 2 weekends per month, Mother had sole parental on extra-curricular activities which I had to pay for half of. (She once suggested flying lessons for an 8 yr old) and I was paying child support as well when mother made 50k a year more than I did.
Mr. Gordon was able to get mother and mother's attorney (without going to court) to agree to the following. I have 50/50 timesharing (mom: mon,tues) (me: wed,thurs) and alternating weekends. There is no child support on either side and we both are responsible for any extra-curricular activities we sign our son up for.
We now have the most equal (Parallel Parenting) plan I think has ever been seen. It is impossible to put into words what Mr. Gordon has done. I will be forever grateful and would encourage you to hire him any day of the week and twice on Sunday.

I hired Attorney Harrison for a personal injury case. Throughout the entire process, Attorney Harrison kept me informed and eased the anxiety that often came with the financial, physical, and emotional burden of a car accident. I had two DUIs four months apart in 2013... I originally was using one of the large local traffic firms, but their approach was very much a "one-size-fits-all" mentally with my case. I instead opted for a new attorney, and settled on Lorri. Choosing Lorri and her paralegal, Jamye, is something I have no regrets over; they are an all star team together.
My case was complicated, as two different counties were involved, and Lorri truly dedicated herself to unraveling the specifics of each case. I have been more then happy with the outcome of the first, it was reduced. While I received a misdemeanor for the second, Lorri's prowess kept me out of jail. The second was applied as a first time DUI conviction. The outcome of any case cannot be guaranteed, but when you have so much to lose like I did, you want a dedicated attorney who knows the system.
I've used attorney's before, but Lorri was my first, and will be my final, time using a criminal defense attorney. Most attorneys are nearly impossible to get a hold with directly, this is not the case for Lorri and Jamye. The open line of communication that exists between the client and her is unsurpassed. Lorri truly impressed me with how easy it was to get in direct contact with her. She would usually return my calls within a few hours, and would contact me the instant she received word on an update for my case; and the same applies to Jamye.
I highly recommend Lorri, as an attorney with her level of expertise is paramount in reaching the best possible outcome for potential clients. You need someone who not only knows the system, but also the intricacies involved in defending the specifics of your case. Lorri is awesome, but Lorri and Jamye make a killer team. Even as my case has come to a close, they still take the time to assist with matters and advise me as needed.
Don't go to a big box traffic firm, when you have your education and career on the line, you require the expertise and talents off an attorney like Lorri. Hands down, I would use her again; but I do not plan on getting into any more trouble.
