I would highly recommend John to anyone injured in an auto accident as I was. From the very first contact I knew I was with the right firm. After two years of waiting for a settlement/court date, we settled out of court, and even though there was an issue with Medi-Cal, John stepped in and was able to get me a partial settlement, and even instructed his firm to pay me a week early because he knew of my situation. Natalie Nuttall is an excellent attorney. I found Natalie threw my cousin who is an attorney himself in another state. He research many attorneys and found Natalie to be one of the best in her field. Natalie came to be my attorney during a inherentence situation for my father that he could not be in charge of due to his failing memory loss. Once that was done we moved on to a Conservatorship for my father due to his illness. She not only help me with my legal issues , she also helped me find and placed my father in an Alzheimer's facility that would take care of him 24 hours a day. Natalie has always gone above and beyond for me. She anwsers calls , emails right away. Even late at night. Any fears I had she is always there to put my mind to rest. I am a grandmother with guardianship of my 9-year-old granddaughter. A former male baby sitter of hers attempted to gain parental rights and appealed my guardianship. An attorney in Visalia recommended Mr. Baxter as the best appeal attorney in the region. He told me he usually doesn't handle family law cases, but he would take mine. Bottom line: He won the the case for me. My opponent's appeal was dismissed. At the outset Mr. Baxter told me how long it would probably take, how much it would probably cost and what the likely outcome would be. He was sincere, compassionate and very knowledgeable about how the appeals court works due to his vast experience with appeals. He inspired reserved confidence in me, always letting me know at each step what COULD happen, but also what would PROBABLY happen. He knew the appeals judges were going to rule in my favor by the way they questioned him at the hearing. So, even though the actual decision didn't come out for a couple of months after the hearing, I was not too stressed out. I have worked with several other attorneys in the past, and I can honestly say Mr. Baxter is the best ever. He also didn't charge me for every little thing, and I could tell he was trying hard to keep the cost down for me, which I really appreciated. I would retain him again for any type of appeal case.

I was charged with several bogus lewd and lascivious acts. Mr. Freitas was warm and caring from the beginning. I was obviously shaken at the prospect of multiple consecutive life sentences but Mr. Freitas was always assuring (which eased my mind). Whenever I called, he was working on my closing argument (which was phenomenal by the way).

Chris Rusca has worked my very difficult child custody case for over 6 months now. He has gone above and beyond, and has thought outside the box with our very unique case. He is extremely professional and while he is supportive, he is also very realistic and keeps the best interest of the child at heart while utilizing his knowledge of the legalities in child custody proceedings. I became injured from an inmate working as a Correctional Peace Officer in California in February 2003.
Mr. Douglas Low is very smart and is understanding concerning work compensation. He took on my case that was 5 years old from an attorney who rolled over every time workers comp wanted me to stand down.
Mr. Low carried my case from 2011 to present- 07/2015.
I won my case on 06/19/2015, this after 11 years of SCIF trying to get rid of me.
However SCIF continues to be the bad guy, they are by not paying the correct amount as ordered by the Workers Comp. Judge and Appeals judges.
Attorney D. Low jumped on this 3 days latter by submitting a writ to the judge.
