Natalie Nuttall is an excellent attorney. I found Natalie threw my cousin who is an attorney himself in another state. He research many attorneys and found Natalie to be one of the best in her field. Natalie came to be my attorney during a inherentence situation for my father that he could not be in charge of due to his failing memory loss. Once that was done we moved on to a Conservatorship for my father due to his illness. She not only help me with my legal issues , she also helped me find and placed my father in an Alzheimer's facility that would take care of him 24 hours a day. Natalie has always gone above and beyond for me. She anwsers calls , emails right away. Even late at night. Any fears I had she is always there to put my mind to rest. During this very difficult time in my life with my father Natalie has been there for me. She has really become a friend in all of this. I cannot praise Attorney Natalie Nuttall enough. She was recommended to me by another attorney, and what a blessing that turned out to be. Natalie is such a knowledgeable, skillful, diligent and intelligent lawyer and her kind and caring demeanor made me feel very comfortable right from the very beginning in a very difficult situation in a case with issues to help me legally protect my mom and the care that she received. She is a very smart lawyer who is honest and straightforward. The day before I had a scheduled court appearance, Natalie was hired and took immediate charge of the situation and accompanied me to court the next day.
Natalie is very sincere, responsive, exceptionally competent and knowledgeable and very understanding. She worked hard to get an excellent result for my case. I am a grandmother with guardianship of my 9-year-old granddaughter. A former male baby sitter of hers attempted to gain parental rights and appealed my guardianship. An attorney in Visalia recommended Mr. Baxter as the best appeal attorney in the region. He told me he usually doesn't handle family law cases, but he would take mine. Bottom line: He won the the case for me. My opponent's appeal was dismissed. At the outset Mr. Baxter told me how long it would probably take, how much it would probably cost and what the likely outcome would be. He was sincere, compassionate and very knowledgeable about how the appeals court works due to his vast experience with appeals. He inspired reserved confidence in me, always letting me know at each step what COULD happen, but also what would PROBABLY happen. He knew the appeals judges were going to rule in my favor by the way they questioned him at the hearing. So, even though the actual decision didn't come out for a couple of months after the hearing, I was not too stressed out. I have worked with several other attorneys in the past, and I can honestly say Mr. Baxter is the best ever. He also didn't charge me for every little thing, and I could tell he was trying hard to keep the cost down for me, which I really appreciated. I would retain him again for any type of appeal case.

I'm glad my son was able to work with Scott. He was there from start to finish. My sons were charged with and went to trial on double murder charges. The case was pretty huge in Fresno, and it seemed as if the odds were stacked against us for many reasons. Scott kept us informed of things that were going on, updated us with current information and saw my son through this rough time. Considering all the cases he handles daily, I didn't expect a whole lot in the beginning, however, I was proven wrong. I didn't feel as though my son was just another case on someone's desk. “I was very happy with the way Russell & Lazarus represented me, especially the attorney who was handling the claim at the end, Sher Beard, who would not take no for an answer. My phone calls were always returned promptly by Mr. Russell and his staff and when the other insurance company made a low ball offer, there was no hesitation on behalf of my attorneys to aggressively pursue the claim by filing a lawsuit. Once the lawsuit was filed and the defendant’s deposition was taken, an ultimatum was conveyed by Russell & Lazarus that if the policy limits were not offered on my claim, the case would go to trial. The ultimatum worked and soon thereafter they settled the claim for the six figures that had been requested. Not only did Russell & Lazarus give me great legal representation but they also helped me get the surgery I needed quickly instead of having to wait 6-7 months that it would have taken to have it done through my health insurance. I would not hesitate to recommend the law firm of Russell & Lazarus to anyone who has a serious personal injury claim. I can’t imagine a law firm doing any more than what they did for me.”

David took the time even after 6 lawyers had decided to not accept my case for being injured on the job and the treating Doctor not doing his job, sat down with me for over an hour and explained why it would be very hard to prove that I was not treated correctly after being injured, even though he thought I was not treated quickly enough to save my shoulder. He said that even if I won in court, and that the judgement would have been cut in half, and he did not want me to go through all of that for such a small judgement, and it made total sense. I think David is a top tier Lawyer, as my daughter Jaime is a Lawyer for one of the biggest firms in Fresno, she said she has heard nothing but great things about him. He will look you straight in the eye and tell you straight how it is.
