I hired Mr. Henry in August 2023 for a medical discriminatory employment matter. I have reached out to him several times, but he only returns my calls after I beg and plead for an update. He reassures me that the matter is being taken care of, but he has not taken any action. He provided a link to my proof of documents he supposedly sent to the employer, but the link was broken. Despite promising on many occasions to provide a working link, he has not done so.
Additionally, Mr. Henry has been unavailable frequently due to sick days, family emergencies, and now he is on vacation for a month. This matter is time-sensitive, and his prolonged absences are causing significant delays. He even promised to refund the money through Affirm, but Affirm cannot help me without his response, and it has been almost a year.
Mr. Henry has not handled this matter professionally. When I mentioned consulting with his board, he accused me of threatening him. I am extremely dissatisfied with his services and the lack of communication and progress in resolving my case.

I decided to hire Irene after consulting with a few attorneys regarding my child custody case. What made her stand out is her experience working at the Children’s Law Center of NY and her attention to detail. Irene handled my divorce, and I would give her more than 5 stars here if I could. She was not only very knowledgeable and experienced in her field, but inspired so much confidence that everything was going to turn out ok (which it did, better than ok actually). She handled every situation with compassion and was sensitive to even the most delicate issues, she basically took the stress and worry out of my hands and handled everything, with a level of confidence and competence that was very reassuring. She never failed to give me excellent advice and was always responsive when I needed to get in touch with her, she returned my calls promptly and never left me hanging or wondering if my interests came first. And she was a fierce advocate for those interests at all times, she maintains professionalism but never lets the other side push her around.
