I was arrested in Williamson County for dwi. After talking to multiple lawyers in the Wilco area I chose to go with Liz Wiggins and Michael Price. I thank my lucky stars I did. They are both great people and the best lawyers in Wilco. From the initial meeting Liz went over all the possibilities of my case and made me aware of the possible outcomes and options. The constant communication kept me and my mind at ease throughout the entire process. It was evident to me from my only one time in court, that Liz’s prior work experience working for the Williamson County Attorney’s office paid dividends when representing me in court. She is familiar with their people and knows how to get the best results for her clients. She argued my case, fought for me and got my dwi charged dismissed. The best possible outcome.
She also handled the driver license side of my case and did a fantastic job keeping me on the road.

Frank Leffingwell's office prepared an employment agreement for me so that I could have all my current employees to sign it. I had not done this previously because another attorney had informed me many years ago that such agreements are not enforceable unless my practice has trade secrets I wanted to protect. And I did not think that we had any such trade secrets. Frank explained to me that such agreements are enforceable for a couple of years even without our practice having trade secrets. And that this is long enough to provide me the protection that I desired. His firm also prepared an excellent employment agreement for me within a couple of weeks and all of my current employees have signed it. Now I can rest easier about the future.

Eric was a straight-shooter who never over-promised or made light of the situation, yet my case was resolved very favorably in the end despite looking grim at the beginning. Eric worked diligently to help me and my family and was always available quickly to answer questions or discuss our approach to my case. He was always punctual for meetings and court dates. I mention that because while sitting in court I saw several instances where attorneys not show up when their client had a court date, forcing the defendant to schedule a reset and come back to court yet again. I can't express enough how much this man changed my situation around. I went from being led to believe by a court appointed attorney that I I was facing 9 months in jail for a probation violation and that there was absolutely nothing she, I or anyone could do about it for that matter to needing to take a few court mandated classes in order to avoid jail time. At first I was skeptical to hire someone I found on craigslist but my I needed someone who could work with me on payments as I'm self employed and since covid month after month I'm still barely able to cover rent on my shop. But being he was a former prosecuter something told me this guy knew how maneuver through the system in a way that could benefit me. This man went above and beyond even when I wasnt as responsive as I should have been. He got me very doable deadlines for the courts orders and I simply can't thank the man enough. I can't wait for business to pick back up so I can thank him with what he really deserves and is owed overdue and that's with the payment he earned and then some. Before he jumped on the case I really was in a state of mind that my whole life as I knew was about to change for the negative and had practically shut down mentally on lost my drive to strive to succeed in anything as I was given the false Impression by a crappy court appointed attorney who simply didnt want to spend any more time on my case because she doesn't care about her clients and probably felt the court doesn't pay her enough to care. Once on my case I was able to continue life without feeling that sick feeling in my stomach thag came knowing it was only a matter of time before cops either picked me up or pulled me over for something and took me to jail. Maintaining offices in California, as well as Texas, seems to be done seamlessly and all in stride. I contacted Sandra shortly after my father passed away in 2012 and wanted to make sure that: 1) My father's name is removed from their home title, and 2) to make sure my mother's will is up-to-date and we had all the necessary powers-of-attorney/living will/et al in place. We had these done several years ago in Georgia, but wanted to make them current for Texas.
Sandra was very responsive and helpful with advice on what the next steps were for both issues. She made it very clear, simple, and straightforward for us and her fees were very reasonable in comparison to others we had contacted.
I will using her for my own will and estate plan. She doesn't try to impress you with legal mumbo-jumbo to make it look as though she knows what she's doing...she takes the time to take you thru the steps and is happy to explain any questions that come to mind during the meeting.

My husband and I made an appointment for Les to review a will we constructed from an online form we googled. We thought all our bases were covered but weren't completely confident. Les didn't fault us for constructing a homemade will and asked the right questions to help us understand the constructs of a will verses a trust, the pros and cons of each and recent Texas family law changes. I chose Morales and Sparks based on their track record with cases like mine, Avvo ratings, reviews, etc. The one negative review I read said that Mr. Morales “ passes cases on to his young lawyers” and doesn't care, in so many words which is untrue as they work as a team. However, when I met w MIESHA DUNN AUBREY I did notice that she was young and I admittedly was skeptical. I couldn’t have been more wrong! She was kind, understanding, and made me feel confident at the lowest point in my life as I’m going through a divorce in addition to the charges I was facing. She was completely attentive to my every text, call, concern or inguiry. She had an uncanny ability to make me feel like I was her only client!
The prosecutor kept offering pleas to which I would not accept and the odds where highly against me. Especially in Williamson county.
