We have been trying to get her to complete a mediation document the document since February of this year changes were sent to her in the beginning of May and there has not been any progress she is absolutely unprofessional in taking care of the issues in a timely manner highly do not recommend!

Hired Greg and never met him. First court was adjourned and was never advised as I showed up. Called him and he made me call back as a billable call. Sent an associate who also missed 2 court dates. When I called to see their location I was once again charged a billable call.
Useless in my option.

Really rude law firm does not care about their clients and definitely does not have any peoples skills. Very rude and disgusting and cannot handle being attorneys let alone representing clients in court. Thank God, the New York State Bar Association is investigating them. Do not hire this firm go to legal aid use a public defender or another private attorney. Very disgusting and rude law firm.

I am the daughter of a beneficiary of the estate mentioned in previous negative reviews left for Mr. James Burkett, an attorney with this firm.
Mr. Burkett is nowattempting to charge the estate over $1000 for time he spent READING THE REVIEWS ONLINE. This is a clear attempt at extorting the estate to remove the 100% truthful reviews and as a result, I have filed a formal complaint with the bar association regarding this latest unethical practice performed by Mr. James Burkett. He has further charged over $2000 for reading requests for an accounting of the estate which he must legally provide, yet to date 19 months after the death of the writer of the will, Mr. Burkett has REFUSED to provide any accounting of any kind to any beneficiery

I’ve never regretted calling Tucker when I’m in trouble whether it’s been big or small! So Im typically too busy to even think about leaving reviews nor have I ever until now… I had to let the world know that If you or someone you know ever finds them selves in a position where an attorney is needed then search no further because I can vouch with many examples that this law firm is for a fact the absolute best legal assistance our hard earned money can buy us! Every time Ive ever found myself in a predicament with the law I do not let myself regret it because I do something about it! Thankfully I’ve always been smart enough to make the right call and end up literally saying out loud -“Thank god I called Tucker!”
For example and to be honest there has been a couple different instances in the past along with the present (a few days ago) where Ive unfortunately been accused of either committing a crime or I’ve received traffic tickets…well common sense always tells me I better call Tucker right now! Good lord has that always been my best decision which has ALWAYS resulted in the best possible outcomes. Get the right help you need and deserve folks! Call Tucker because I promise you will never regret it!

I hired this attorney and he was the most expensive one that I had consulted. He did absolutely nothing in my defense. He attempted to bill me for hours that he did not put into my case and Bill me for time while he was in court representing other people. The outcome of my case was all but the complete worst possible I could have been better off defending myself. I would highly recommend avoiding this attorney and seeking out another one.

I was referred to David by some major investors for a real estate transaction. This was the biggest mistake I've ever encountered as I've sold houses before. Rude! Disrespectful! Narcissists! Lazy! I've never had anyone treat me the way he did. I found out the only reason the other investors use David because they were doing illegal cash under the table to avoid taxes. If anyone wants more information I'd be happy to share. Stay clear from anything to do with David.

David Klingebiel... I been "represented" by this gentleman that was referred by mistake but when I figured out when was too late. Unfortunately there was NO communication, NO manners of interaction, NO knowledges, NO sense to represent me.When I got the chance to meet him in person, even his body language betrayed him. Huge delay on processing the paperwork combined with a huge lack of communication he is just a catastrophic “attorney”. I wished to have the courage to walk away to keep my sanity, and stay off any real emotional roller coaster. I would like to share that when I dare to read the documents, he was pressuring us to sign, by looking into our eyes and asks: “You don’t trust your attorney?!” I wish I could give him -5*****
PS. This review was posted on Google 2 years ago, and got deleted.Previously, he had another negative review from a father that lost with this attorney the custody of his child.

She is a lazy, airhead that looks to the client to do the "leg work" SHE is being paid to find out! Even after she has asked the client to find the information SHE should have been looking for and is being paid to find out, said information is given to her and she asks about it again. Look in your file and you might find it IF you put that information in there. I've got to say she sure is on top of it all though when she's looking for and wanting her money, whether she does her job or not, and she has no problem putting the blame on someone else for her shortcomings. And as for her secretary, she is rude, obnoxious and definitely not a people person. Would absolutely not recommend her to anyone, ever!

I called Elizabeth’s office early on a Saturday morning to setup a consultation. I left a message as I knew her office was closed. I had also called two other lawyers that morning before calling Elizabeth. Unexpectedly, she called me back a few hours later and listened to my story and need for a child support lawyer. I met with her on Monday afternoon. I never received a phone call from the other lawyer offices.
Elizabeth doesn’t take anyone’s crap. She’s a very strong woman, very serious about her job, and is a top ranking lawyer. Our meetings always went well as she would ask specific questions to gain necessary knowledge about my situation, gave helpful advice to apply to my life and was very empowering and supportive of me now being a single first time mother. My case turned out well. I highly recommend “Betty.”

i just felt compelled to post my experience with this guy in the hopes of saving someone else from gettting the most unprofessional service i have ever received from anyone! this guy charged me $2500 to represent my girlfriend for a dwi related probation violation. The initial visit and phone conversation sounded like he really had his heart into her case, but after i paid him i felt like we were on our own and there was nothing i could do about it! The guy would not return either of our phone calls, showed up late for court, and had my mail going to a wrong address! Ofcourse he charged me a flat rate and wanted the money all up front because theres no way to justify the amount of money he took from me for the amount of work he did! i wish more people would post reviews on lawyers in their areas so people were better informed as to what type of person will be representing them!!

My rating of this attorney is poor. I hired John Silvestri because he was covered under my legal plan. He did not consult Hyatt legal and advise me of what was covered. When I received the first bill, I told him I believed he was to bill Hyatt legal, which he did not. Hyatt legal called him to advise him as well. He then told me I may want to find another attorney AFTER he already started the work on my case. I told him I did not want to find another attorney. This is when he stopped communicating and did not even tell me the status of my case and he had my email and phone number (no excuse). This went on fro March until August. I finally got someone to call me back from his office and he had passed my case off to another person in the office without my knowledge.
