Our family attorney recommended we contact Ron Fattoulah in March of 2017, when my husband was diagnosed with a debilitating desease. One of the attorneys in the firm , Stacey Meshnick took over our case, It turns out she also helped us 20 years ago with my parents estate. Then and now I cannot begin to express how thankful I am that we chose this route. My husband and I, with Stacy and other staff members guidance, each opened an irrevocable trust, health proxy, power of attorney and many other important documents.
Unfortunately, my husband after being ill at home for quite a few years, had to go into a nursing home the beginning of last year and passed away in November. Susan helped me marry the woman of my dreams and is now helping with citizenship! She has been honest and caring throughout the whole process, Her prices are incredible for all the time and work she puts in. She is meticulous and organized, for our marriage,permanent residency and citizenship she helps put together files with all the needed paperwork and extra evidence. During our marriage interview we received this extremely unprofessional and nasty agent. He did not even open our file, said we were young and needed to come back with more proof. My wife was crying, I called Susan immediately after we left. She told me that was ridiculous and all the evidence was spelled out in our file and that he must have not looked at it. She said stop driving and wait for her call back. She called and spoke to his supervisor and called me back and said that we can go back and get the approval stamp. When we got their the supervisor gave my wife her stamp and said she was so sorry and that the agent will be talked to. Susan said this was the first time this ever happened to her and I am glad she was my lawyer. I have had a terrible experience working with this firm and Matthew especially. This should have been a very simple Real Estate Transaction and he made it extremely difficult. I have worked with a plethora of real estate attorneys and have never experienced one like Matthew. He is nearly impossible to get in touch with and very rarely answers the phone. After weeks of working, Matthew killed the deal. I do not recommend working with this firm.

David Mollon made no sense on the phone when I consulted him about a litigation issue involving loss of property and breach of contract. I found his line of reasoning faulty and quickly hung up the call as he made no legal sense. I would avoid this person as he does not possess a sound legal mind.

Mr. Mollon, reviewed my case that many other attorneys were not willing to take on. He consulted with me, and gathered information from the opposing party and myself. Worked on identifying what my damages were and why this occurred. Spent many hours on his own and with me reviewing the case. His skill and experience can not be taught, he has skills and abilities that are hard wired in him.
His professionalism and knowledge during the hearings were commendable. The outcome was above expectation.
