She continually kept me in the loop with updates and communications throughout. Once we went to court, Courtney blew me away. I can't begin to explain what an amazing attorney Courtney McConomy is. She responds quickly to emails and calls, explains all of the options clearly and is an absolute fighter for what you want in your divorce or child custody matter. For many people, this is one of the hardest and scariest things they have had to deal with in their lives, and Courtney (along with her amazing paralegal, Daniel) hold your hand along the way.
Courtney is so knowledgeable and provides a wealth of knowledge and experience in a variety of Metro counties. She is on multiple boards and groups so she has lots of connections to draw from. What I also appreciate about Courtney is that if she doesn't know an answer (which is rare), she is not afraid to say that and get the answer from her awesome team at this firm. Kevin D Murphy was my lawyer for my divorce which was very very complicated and multifaceted more so than your average divorce. He is very professional and is able to break down complicated legal jargon into a single comprehensible format. Mr. Murphy always showed up on time and professionally dressed. He always kept me updated me as soon as he got new information in the divorce. A divorce is a very long and stressful ordeal. Mr. Murphy took the stress out of the entire situation and had my back at every point in the divorce. I was able to call and or email him 24-7 365 with any questions comments or concerns always promptly replied to the phone call or email with all the information I needed and then some. Mr. Murphy was an advocate for me and my children and facilitated the best possible outcome of the divorce. Mr. Murphy sent me a well documented monthly invoice with all of the fees associated which always checked out. He was worth every penny, and also is a pleasure to be around he's very charismatic and very experienced. To list a few of the items that Mr Murphy did are as follows.
1. He sat down with me and took the time to establish my sworn financial statement that a corporate accountant could go through with a fine-tooth comb.
2. He set up a private investigator.
3. He helped triangulate between child support payments and the payment registry as well as triangulate with the child support enforcement office technician.
4. He recommended and gave excellent tax advice for the fiscal year of which we got divorced which was very complicated.
5. He triangulated with CPS caseworker and local sheriff's involved.
6. Here ran background checks on Associated individuals involved.
7. He was able to pull from all of the information I had given him and extract what he needed to write very professional legal documents.
These are just some of the skills that mr. Murph has. His attention to detail is amazing he caught things that I totally missed. If you are going through a divorce I would personally and only recommend Kevin D Murphy he is a multi-tasker extraordinaire and truly a subject matter expert at what he does. He has improved me and my children's quality of life significantly and alleviated the stress out of the whole entire situation.

I had the opportunity of working with Attorney Kevin Murphy for my parental allocation (custody) issues with my son's father. Mind you...I spoke with more then 8 other firms who all insisted that my specific case required a $10,000 retainer and would take at least a year in court because we live in 2 separate states. As a single mother, this was so discouraging. I worked with Kevin, and he was quick, responsive, and didn't waste any of my time or his time with filing, paperwork, advice, court dates, etc. His billing and invoicing was clear and concise and there were never any surprises. Very laid back, but professional. Never came across as a "pushy salesman" lawyer, and helped with everything I asked.

Kevin was an awesome attorney. He took my case when I was at the end of my rope, I couldn't figure out where to turn, what to do, and had a court date pending. Mr. Murphy exceeded every expectation I had of him, and of any lawyer. He always had time to talk to me, he was quick with response, and even after it was all over he went above and beyond with the final issues I had. I can't recommend him enough, I feel like he was able to handle all attorneys involved in the case and didn't take any of their posturing. After months of being told what to do, how to do it, when I can see my kids and when I can't all at the whim of my ex and her lawyer, someone stood up and fought for me, and kept fighting for me. I recently hired Lisa to represent me at sentencing after having infective council during trial which left me facing serious jail time. She came highly recommended by prominent attorneys. Lisa quickly discovered I was charged twice for the same crime and was able to get one of the charges dropped. If I had not hired her I would have been sentenced for both crimes and never even known they were violating my rights under double jeopardy laws. Hired Lisa for our son. She had a very good rapport with my son. Very straight forward and honest with him. We did go to trial and my son got the best outcome for his circumstances; if the jury could have they would have dropped the case. We have worked with Miranda Bouchey and can highly highly recommend her. She genuinely cares about our family and works incredibly hard on our case. Miranda was amazing! I knew I had an uphill battle going into our case since I wasn’t the primary care taker and my ex wife wanted to relocate with our son. I knew that I also had a lot going for me since I have always been there and have provided for my son since his birth as well. Miranda took my case on short notice and short preparation, but got up to speed quicker than I anticipated. She gave me the best possible legal advice (the to-do’s and not to-do’s) the entire 5-6 months she worked with me. When it came down to actually going to court, she guided and prepared me on exactly what was going to happen before even getting into the courtroom, so all I had to do was remember and execute what she told me to do. She was already in the courthouse before I arrive at the courthouse (which I’m always early) and I really appreciated that. She was attentive in the courtroom and honed in on what was important to the judge’s decision making. I went to Dave with an issue regarding damage to my home from a piano mover. Trust me when I say I was really angry and wanted a lawsuit against the company for maximum damages. Dave looked at all of the data and evidence I had and the estimated damage to my home and recommended that I just take the case up with my homeowners insurance rather than hiring him to take to court. It ended up working out really well and he helped bring me back to reality when I was just seeing red. I foolish had signed a postnuptial that could have ruined me financially. I had consulted with another lawyer and was told there was nothing that could be done. I was absolutely devastated!! I then met with Andy later that day. He looked over the postnuptial and found so many loop holes. I knew I had found the lawyer I needed for my divorce.

Rose-Anne was the arbitrator for a very, very bitter divorce with other issues to be dealt with on the side to further complicate the problems. As the Realtor trying to get the home sold, Rose-Anne navigated the numerous hurdles necessary to accomplish that goal. I could not have ever been able to reach a closing without her. She was fair to both parties but able to make the necessary digficult decisions when needed. I cannot recommend Rose-Anne and is the best I have ever worked with in 35 years of selling 2000+ homes in Denver.

Rose-anne helped me 10 years ago with creating an initial parenting plan for my daughter, then again a couple weeks ago to re-negotiate through her turning 19. She is incredibly talented at helping negotiate and is very straight forward and direct. I find it amazing how she can remain totally neutral through all the negativity. She cuts straight to what you want to accomplish with your time and helps you both get there. Though my ex and I don't see eye to eye at ALL, she helped us complete a second parenting plan and we should be set for the remainder of her upbringing. I don't have the words to express my gratitude for Olivia Larson and all she has done for my family. My case was extremely complicated as it had both civil and criminal accusations. I knew I was innocent and the accusations against me were an attempt to muddy the water and gain an advantage in the civil case. With Olivia's help, I was able to win against the criminal accusations and hold my accusers accountable. The civil case lasted over a year due to Covid and court procedure. Mr. Atkinson represented me for a rental property management negligence case in which I was trying to recover damages done to my rental unit by a water leak from the unit above mine. The case went to trial with a 6-member jury and several witnesses. In the end, we did not prevail, but I do believe Mr. Atkinson did the best that could be done under the circumstances. This immigration service is 5-stars. Erin Williams runs this business. She and her staff are great. The location (near Orchard and Quebec) is easy to access but it can be a little difficult to find. It's part of a larger complex that has several different offices (hers is building 4) so give yourself a few extra minutes to find it the first time. I had a lot of questions about the U.S. immigration process especially how to best maximize the probability of getting a visa for my friend who lives in China. I went with an initial 1-hr consult and got good solid answers for all of my questions. Erin really know the business. Afterwards, when talking with my friend, a few other questions came up and I arranged a follow-up "phone" consult with her that pretty much finished up every question I have. When the time comes, and my friend and I hopefully marry, I will obviously contact Erin again for all the details regarding spousal and/or fiancee visas. Finally, you won't find a friendlier person or staff to work with.

Decided not to take my case without hearing anything about it because "they do not do Medical Malpractice".
**EDIT** Recieved a phone call from Mr. Dan Caplis himself who stated he was unaware of his site stating his firm offered malpractice and that they were working to remedy it (pictured).
Mr. Caplis was apologetic and listened to a quick rundown of my case... even offering to refer me to a malpractice attorney.

Scott assisted me with due diligence and purchase agreements on three pieces of vacant land on the west slope of Colorado, one of which was an environmentally impaired mining claim. Scott's assistance with these matters was outstanding. Although I was a relatively small client, Scott was exceptionally responsive and dependable. His deliverables were accurate and language precise. Although small, the purchases were complex and required an attorney with expertise in environmental matters. I depended on his amendments to the purchase agreements to protect my interests and learned a lot about real estate law in the process.
A few years later, I completed an additional vacant land purchase in a different state (using different local attorneys as a result). In this later matter, the attorneys that I worked with were far from the caliber of Scott, further increasing my appreciation for the fine work that Scott performed in Colorado.
