Amazing experience with staff, very up front from the beginning. I had multiple situations and they were all able to be addressed at once benefiting for sure. Price was reasonable considering all the running. He didn't just sit back he stood up for my case regardless of the forseen circumstances. I was linked with Mr Carpenter through prepaid legal in 2017 for my custody case. He went above and beyond and above to get me 50/50 custody rights for my kids. I used him again in 2019 when my ex refused to honor the court order, not only that, helped me wrote letters few times without charge.

Louis Michelsen was really rude during my call with him in regards to searching for a case. Every possibility I suggested, reapplying for a second SSI Case, further research, and carrying out the first SSI Case, he scolded me, calling me a "Loser," and said it was 99.5% of chance of losing at every possibility. He blasphemed during the phone call, and made my hopes of getting Legal Aid for my Disability a lot worse. To the Establishment, everyone else was not rude, and acted professional. However, unless this place terminates Luis Michelsen, more People are going to turn away from this Establishment in disgust. Never again am I going to turn to this place.

Working with Thomas Wilken has been great. He communicates to you as a normal person. He showed so much passion and understanding. He always worried about the client and not worried about lining his pocket. He works hard to get you taken care of instead of pushing you to the back burner. He doesn't sugarcoat. I was always treated with respect and never felt that I was "just a number". Because of my circumstances, the car accident left me in a financial hardship. I needed things to happen quickly without settling for less than I deserved.
The staff at HHR were very much on top of things and Atty. Crosby never made me doubt that he was working for ME. Everyone was very professional.
In the end, I received a settlement that I was MORE than happy with and highly recommend HHR, Atty. Crosby and their staff. Thank you for taking care of me :)

It is understandable that everyone makes mistakes. However, as a new or existing client, it is crucial to be aware of Beth’s behavior. She may attempt to overstep boundaries and be dismissive when you attempt to explain errors made by their company. Fortunately, I had a series of emails that documented the information I tried to communicate with her. I am uncertain whether her behavior stems from her perception of my accent, leading her to believe that I am uninformed. Her rudeness and dismissal were unacceptable, and I am perplexed as to how Dorothy permitted her to interact with clients in such a manner. In contrast, Dorothy is highly professional and consistently strives to provide comprehensive explanations. This experience has left me feeling disrespected, and I firmly believe that her behavior was rooted in her perception of my accent.

I went through two lawyers before I met A.J. The other two lawyers did nothing for me and told me that I did not have a case. I met with A.J. and he immediately went to work for me. He developed my case in a quick manner. We went before the Judge and he was great. He was so professional and knew exactly what to do where the other lawyers did not.
A.J. took my case to a settlement conference. He got me an excellent settlement. He was also able to help me with my Social Security case. I am very thankful for he has done for me. If you need a workers' comp lawyer in Pa., then A.J. is your man!!

I contacted him because I felt there was no hope to continue working as a nurse with my charges. Child endangerment. It was an absolute bs charge. But as a nurse I felt my career was over. I contacted him to help me figure out how I go about turning my license in. He would nearly plead with me to not give up and that there's no doubt someone would hire me. I was super skeptical but I listened. It's been 2 years now and I was hired at 2 facilities and 1 waiting until im officially off probation. I am so grateful for him continuing to contact me and not just letting me fall thru the cracks cus I ignored a few emails here and there cus like I said I thought there was no hope. Because of this, my fiance is able to finally come to America after 3 years of trying. I was able to buy a house. We hired Fawn after a mutual friend recommended her last year, when we found ourselves in a custody situation against my grandsons father. We have had primary custody of our grandson since he was 4 years old, with little to almost no involvement from his father. He basically started our custody battle over us filing for some monetary support after 12 years. Fawn did not flinch in taking our case and I can't thank her enough for doing so even when she was already very busy!! She has been very helpful, courteous, knowledgeable, and caring in our fight. She has definitely become what I consider a friend to me and our family. It has been a long process and a lot of back and forth issues, but she has stood by us every step of the way! Even with all of my bombarding emails and messages, she has continued to listen to my/our concerns. We are finally starting to see light at the end of the tunnel, with pending paperwork submitted for parental rights to be signed off by father. My experience with this law firm has been one of unprofessionalism and negligence. My uncle, the executor, hired Mette law after my father died as one of the people in the firm was a neighbor and fellow church goer with my father. They asked for a $5000 retainer to handle the probate process of my father's estate and then proceeded to sit on their hands for the next 3 months. In the meeting that we had in August they outlined what they were going to do in terms of handling all the bills, getting all the mail redirected to their office, and to set up the estate checking account to handle said bills. So far, none of this has been done. I sent multiple emails asking them when things are going to get done and most of the time they do not answer me. When they do answer me or my uncle, they just say that this process takes time; but they have not done anything that I can see. My uncle calls and no one is there to take his call when he talks to the secretary. Mail is piling up in the foyer according to the real estate people when showing the house, I get termination letters for the bills such as home insurance and electricity and then we frantically have to pay it ourselves even though there is money in my dad's checking account to handle the bills. So they took our money and then have not done anything to earn that money. I would never recommend this law firm to anyone.
