I hired Attorney Galloway to represent me in a criminal matter. I was charged with assault, harassment, and theft. It was a big misunderstanding and when I tried to clear it up, they wouldn’t reason with me. I was going to hire a public defender but I seen Roy recently in action, and decided to hire him. Roy will fight for you, not against you. He won’t sell you out behind you’re back like a lot of attorneys do. Representation really does matter, He was able to get all the charges dropped at the preliminary hearing stage. If I would have went with a public defender my case most likely would have been still open. As soon as Roy got there he talked to the DA and they decided to withdrawal the charges. I appreciate you’re time and help again. In this industry I hope not to have to call you again but if need be I will hire Roy instantly. Thank you again. Don’t wait until it’s too late, if you are in need of legal representation, get this man on you’re side. You won’t regret it!

Not Guilty Verdict on all Counts.
Synopsis:
Was found guilty through representing myself. Hired Kayla to represent me on appeal. Kayla did her due diligence in securing the necessary information to prove my innocence. She litigated flawlessly and raised necessary doubt as related to the prosecutions case. The judge stopped the prosecution to point out that Kayla had embarrassed the position of the state, that reasonable doubt was rife throughout, and that the prosecutions witnesses were riddled with holes and doubts as to the truth and validity of their claims. We are extremely pleased with her performance.
Excellent Job Kayla. I hope to never need her again for myself, but would recommend her to all those who need representation.

I highly recommend Joseph Sembrot if your seeking skilled legal defense. I was a client for a little over a year. He did some great work for me. Mr. Sembrot managed to suppress some charges while lowering others and secured me a very sweet deal with the DA. Although we never made it to trial(because it wasn't necessary), I have full confidence in this mans ability to represent me.

Frank was wreck amended by a friend (in the firm) and the interview was set up by him. So we thought what do we have to loose we went to the office and had a conference with Frank. We explained what happened and gave Frank all the information and he said he thought he could something. So we left it in Frank's hands not knowing what the out come would be if anything. Joe handled a Workman's Comp. Case for me. He is very knowledgable on all the laws. I was always treated with respect and never felt that I was "just a number". Because of my circumstances, the car accident left me in a financial hardship. I needed things to happen quickly without settling for less than I deserved.

I cannot say enough about Shaffer and Engle law practices. At the time I was being accused of something I did not even do by Pa state children and youth services. The case was given to the Pa state police who conducted an investigation into the allegations and closed the case without any charges being filed.
Although I was never arrested or charged of any crime in this case that did not stop Pa state children and youth services from placing me on a state sexual offender list.
When I first met Alyssa Knisely and Jeff Engle they were both very professional and easy to talk with. After reviewing my case they were able to sit down with me and go over all my options. While doing this they were explaining everything in a way that made it easy for me to follow without being caught up in all the legal talk.
Jeff and Alyssa worked as a great team. As Jeff took the lead during the court hearing being able to bring so much into the open about this case. When my accident happened, I was lost and thought I was going to end up in a circumstance of total loss. The first time I spoke with Tilman Larson I knew I had found my attorney. Now that the dust has settled, my only regret is not hiring him sooner. After 15 years of marriage and a year of separation I was tired and sad and strapped. Mr. Lawson worked out a payment plan that worked with my small budget but he treated me like a client for whom money was no object. I recently attended a party and within 20 minutes of getting there, the police were on the scene. Unfortunately, for me I was at the wrong place at the wrong time. A few weeks after the party and to my surprise, I received a citation for underage possession and consumption of alcohol.
A friend who he represented in a different case recommended attorney Creigh Martson. Attorney Martson was professional, knowledgeable, direct and concise. I was leaving for college in two months and was worried that I would lose my license. He was direct and straightforward with his answers. He listened attentively and was empathetic to my situation. He offered several options and gave different scenarios on how the case could go. I also felt he was sincerely interested in me as a person, who I was, what my goals were and interest.
The next day he followed up by email and had the hearing schedule for two weeks following. During the two weeks he followed up with emails updating me on the case. To my satisfaction, the case was won in my favor.

Creigh was very helpful in my second DUI case. I have a professional license and it was imperative that I was able to be well represented. We had been to another attorney for getting a will, living will, power of attorney, healthcare power of attorney for our 81 yo father facing serious medical issues. After getting unresponsive service, we found Mr. O'Toole. He is clearly a subject matter expert in elder law. He was expedient and went out of his way to expedite and make it easy for us to get the services we needed, i.e., he went to my father's house to meet with all the family members versus requiring 5 people to coordinate to come to his office. He really knew his stuff. We heard less detailed and incorrect information about handling credit card debt and estate planning that Mr. O'Toole clarified with detail. I am very thankful to have found a great attorney through a blind Internet search. I only give a 4 star (vs 5 star) for Responsiveness, because (at the time) he was a lone ranger and was not able to have an assistant send us the docs. Other than that really insignificant inconvenience, he was great. I am not concerned about that, because I have hired big firm attorneys for a multiple of the cost and don't get the quality of service as Mr. O'Toole provides. Further, just after my father went into heart surgery, which was shortly after the docs were created, he texted me to see how he was doing. Where in this modern day do you get that kind of service anymore? Thanks, Mr. O'Toole. I appreciate it.

Do not look any further for an attorney, you found the best one out there with Attorney Zimmerman! I moved my custody and support case to Chan and Associates after two years of being with representation that promised the world but didn’t deliver anything but a big bill. A year ago my family and i was in a bad accident.
