I had the opportunity to work with Mr. Busse on a home buyers seminar. He was extremely informative. Mr. Busse gave very good advice for people looking to purchase a home. There are many elements to closing a real estate deal and Mr. Busse gave great examples of how to better ensure it goes smoothly. Tim has done all of my real estate transactions. He understands that his job is to watch my back while at the same time getting the deal done. Too many lawyers find ways to kill a deal. Tim will do the risk management analysis and tell you where we need to tighten the wording so I do not get hurt. I just hired him again on another transaction.

Our son (17 and newly licensed) was issued a speeding ticket (30 mph over) which constituted around $1200 in fines and 6 points on his license. We don't know how Erica did it and we didn't ask but, the ticket was reduced to a parking violation, $480 in fines, and 0 (ZERO) points! AMAZING JOB!!
