My "issues" with the IRS dated back to 2001...during that 17 year period I must have spent $30,000 dollars in attorney fees in my efforts to resolve it....all they accomplished was temporary "fixes" that resulted in more aggressive actions from the IRS...just when I gave up all hope I was referred to the Randolph Law firm....he, personally, guaranteed to end this nightmare within a year and with the help of his amazing staff, thank you, Christina, it was finally done. Counselor Tyrell helped us through a very scary guardianship and adoption process. We had never been through anything like that before and the waters were extremely difficult to navigate as we worked to get all the necessary documents, signatures, interviews and court orders in place. Adopting a child, especially a child with which you've bonded, can be incredibly stressful and worrisome because until it is all done there is the constant fear some agent or agency may deny your application for a myriad of possible reasons! Add our unfamiliarity with the adoption process as a whole and you get the fearful, frantic couple that was us for the 3 years that it took to complete the adoption. The difficulties stemmed from the number of transactions that needed to take place between the State of Nevada, our daughter's birthplace and the current location of the birthparents which encompassed 3 different states altogether. Counselor Tyrell was very thorough and precise in providing guidance to us and helping us meet every requirement put forth by all jurisdictions/agencies involved! She was accommodating and informative EVERY step of the way. She held our hand through the entire process and was our constant rock when we would have bouts of discouragement! Her determination and concern for the success of our adoption application was clearly genuine to us. She became far more than just legal counsel. I am 60yrs old and had NEVER been arrested or in serious trouble until i found myself in a soap opera type nightmare with LVPD reading me my Miranda rights! I was being falsely accused of bullying & assaulting my elderly mother that I was caring for. I was scared out of my wits and having trouble seeing ANY way out of going to jail. Suddenly i went from loving daughter to an alleged abusive caregiver. My unethical, greedy brothers thought they might get cut out of our mothers will so they plotted (to the best of their ignorant ability) to discredit me and manipulate my mother into tossing me into jail and them directly into her bank accounts. I had heard of Amber months ago in passing. I NEVER thought I’d need a defense attorney. Thank GOD for Amber Fuhriman. I got on line and frantically searched for a defense attorney. I recognized her name and called. She answered. The police had gone to corroborate (or not) my version of events when Amber answered my call.
She listened patiently to my plea for help to keep me from being arrested. She quickly assessed my situation, asked a few important questions and then calmly extracted me from the abyss I had begun to sink into. She told me precisely what COULD happen next. Thats what happened. She explained what to do if and when it did happen, and as succinctly and concisely as a preacher on a pulpit would, she calmed my frayed nerves with facts. She allowed me to function in a calmly educated manner. when I felt like I was being railroaded she armed me with facts so that I didn’t fall into my evil brothers trap: Rattle me so I would melt into a puddle of tears, followed by outrage and indignation, my brothers pushed all the buttons that were installed in childhood, all fueled by age old sibling rivalries. Amber helped me keep my cool and not lose control of my emotions. She stated facts and kept me out of jail. I want people to know what she did for me. I did NOT get arrested. I was involved in a long-term mess with my ex-spouse. Making matters worse, my ex-spouse’s attorney was non-responsive and extremely slow to do anything. I hired Bruce and the change was immediate. The day after I retained him, he sent letters and started the process of getting the case moving along. He also let me know the realistic outcomes that we may face along the way. Even more telling, he went above and beyond to let me know the best way to handle the matter so I was not spending too much money. His honesty, knowledge, and preparation was beyond my expectations. We had one court appearance and we achieved all of what we were going for. You could even tell Bruce has a great reputation as it seemed the judge was more inclined to listen to his position. When opposing counsel became desperate and began threatening us, Bruce responded immediately and let me know if it was anything we had to worry about. I can’t recommend him and his firm enough. They ended a 15-month nightmare and did so in a fair manner.

We had been dealing with some back taxes for some time. We thought we had been taking care of it. Just before Christmas a IRS collection officer showed up at our door. We also had 2 years that had not been filed that we did not know about. After a few days of worry over Christmas weekend, I contacted the office of Robert Grossman, who Mr. Hatch works with. Mr Grossman called me back on Christmas day. He immediately started to put me fears at ease. Asked me to come to his office on the Tuesday after Christmas. The wife and I met with Mr. Hatch who went right to work on the problem within the first ten minutes of our meeting. A week later Mr Hatch had our issues wrapped up with the IRS. Did we owe the money to the IRS yes, but Mr Hatch made sure the amounts were correct and true. He also let the collections office know the stress they put on us because of the horrible holiday timing they had. As it turns out we were a training case for a newly hired collections employee. We have never hired a attorney before for anything but I would never hesitate a second to send anyone to these two men. They took the time to answer phone calls and let us pop in for quick 10 minute comfort or help sessions.

My high-conflict Ex had Filed for Divorce just as the Pandemic started and we went on Lock-down. I had questions because I didn't know if I even needed a lawyer. Curtis Rawlings and his team are excellent. He helped me through a non amicable divorce. You can trust Curtis and his team to guide you through the process. He cares, offers sound advice, communicates well. He's responsive and on top of your case. When I needed him years later to help with part of the case, he was there for me. All i have to say about Jordan and his staff (Melissa) is they are amazing ..they helped take care of my case. I felt valued as a person (not just $$$) by everyone in this office. Jason understood my concerns, my emotional roller-coaster, and my lack of legal understanding, and offered sound advice and guidance as he accompanied me through the process.
It's a shame that my parents hadn't been referred to this office for competent estate planning services prior to their passing. Lacking an understanding of the implications of a vague trust agreement, my parents (may they rest in peace) could not have foreseen the exploitation of their assets by their poor choice of a successor trustee. I bought a house that had mold Judd and staff help us though the whole process. It was a long process with the Court System & Contractors Board, the Mold Specialists he referred us to did a wonderful job cleaning and testing the house so we can move in. My husband and I retained Judd Balmer for our multi faceted case, which had multiple defendants, many layers, and many failures from various “professionals” to include realtors, pest control company, mold remediators, and the original owners of the home we purchased. I was injured in an accident over a year ago and did not know what to do because it was my first accident and went to a local Law Firm that ended up letting me go after months of thinking they would take care of my case.
