I have been a Chiropractor for the past 16 years and have worked directly with many attorneys here in town. In fairness, I have worked with some very good ones. This man re-instilled my belief in not only the justice system but that lawyers with morals do exist. I was introduced to John Callister by Mutual acquaintance. Since that time I have retained him on several different issues also refer to others to him for complicated contract law and other situations. He always answers the phone himself when called goes out of his way to excel in his profession and is one of the most straight up people and honest I've ever met and I'm not a huge fan of lawyers. He was suspended for something he didn’t even do and the corrupt judges and bar of Nevada and corrupt attorneys are to blame. It’s sickening and gives me no faith in judges or attorneys or any person or group that affiliates with Nevada attorneys. So sad to see this in our community. He is an honest person who is being made an example of by crappy people. Be careful. But feel at ease hiring Jonathan Callister. He is seriously one of the only honest people left.

Corinne Price with Fine, Carman, and Price Law Group is extremely knowledgeable regarding family law. During the consultation she walked me through the whole divorce process and suggested next steps. Her determination to get her clients the best deal is very evident in and out of the courtroom. She was able to quickly draw up and get me the parenting plan and child support I wanted.
When my case ended up going to trial, Corinne came prepared with all the documents she needed. Because of this, the judge denied my ex-husband's request for spousal support. I am on overseas investor based in Europe, that decided that the current Las Vegas property market offered excellent possibilities to purchase residential properties at attractive prices. It also offered better rental returns, combined with the opportunity of significant property value gains in the future.
I was aware of potential withholding taxes if I undertook this as an individual and thereby decided to open a company here in Vegas and thereby needed professional advice.
How I encountered Jason Walker and his company Jeffrey Burr was purely accidental undertaken only by the fact that I had driven past their offices on the West side on numerous occasions. Some would say this was pure Vegas luck for someone who could easily be described as a greenhorn when it came to business in the USA.
Taking full advantage of the initial free consulting available I met with Jason and was introduced to the world of Series LLC;s and various forms of Corporations available to me. Such advice was provided to me in a very straightforward and friendly way in a timely manner. One often knows (gut feelings so important in business) when there is no need to look further. Accordingly I placed my faith in Jason and certainly was not to be disappointed.

By time I found Steve Ari had already been through two different lawyers. It seemed as if every lawyer will tell you exactly what you wanted to hear and then after you gave them their retainer they instantly already stopped fighting for you. He is the most down to earth attorney I have ever and believe I will ever come across. I honestly can tell you he truly cares and he will fight for you. My "issues" with the IRS dated back to 2001...during that 17 year period I must have spent $30,000 dollars in attorney fees in my efforts to resolve it....all they accomplished was temporary "fixes" that resulted in more aggressive actions from the IRS...just when I gave up all hope I was referred to the Randolph Law firm....he, personally, guaranteed to end this nightmare within a year and with the help of his amazing staff, thank you, Christina, it was finally done. As if my Grandmother dying wasn’t hard enough on me and my family, I then had to deal with the horrible experience of probate. I was fortunate my grandmother was adamant I use her lawyer JK Nelson for the probate. Attorney Nelson and his team were compassionate and patient as they guided us through the months long process. They were able to respond to my questions and/or concerns same day if not immediately. What was most important to me was Attorney Nelson’s stoic demeanor whenever there was a stressful situation with our probate. And there were plenty. He is my attorney for all legal issues I may have in the future and I recommend anyone needing legal help to call him!
