Our daughter was involved in a tragic accident at a major amusement park. We felt that those injuries and lack of care were the result of negligence and/or incompetence. We conferred with friends who were experts in the legal field and recommended the law firm of Lagomarsino and Associates. It was the best decision we could make as a family.
From our original consultation to trial, Andre Lagomarsino, was hands on with preparation, direction, and organizing the case. He was extremely efficient! His professionalism was mirrored by a host of associates, para legals and administrative staff. We were invited into the comfort of a legal family.
Our daughter suffered long term injuries including seizures and short-term memory loss. The Lagomarsino team invested years of investigation and research on our daughter’s behalf. The legal team made sure she received excellent medical intervention, ethical treatment and wrap around services for her care plan. Throughout it all, we were apprised of the progress and the requisite expectations.
As the case delved into the difficult arena of legal minutia and fault assignment, Andre and his team dug in. The Lagomarsino team consulted with medical experts, engineers, scientist and other experts to ensure that all aspects of our case were attended to. As with some cases it can take years to go to trial. This was one of those cases. Andre and his office continued to keep us in the know as to how the case was proceeding. Ms. Jacobson became involved in my case within 4 days of a serious car accident. She immediately handled the issue of my totaled car on which I still had a loan. She not only asked questions but she encouraged my participation and always returned calls and answered every question and concerns. My "issues" with the IRS dated back to 2001...during that 17 year period I must have spent $30,000 dollars in attorney fees in my efforts to resolve it....all they accomplished was temporary "fixes" that resulted in more aggressive actions from the IRS...just when I gave up all hope I was referred to the Randolph Law firm....he, personally, guaranteed to end this nightmare within a year and with the help of his amazing staff, thank you, Christina, it was finally done. My debt was discharged... My nightmare was finally over.....in this case my 5 star rating isn't nearly enough.

As if my Grandmother dying wasn’t hard enough on me and my family, I then had to deal with the horrible experience of probate. I was fortunate my grandmother was adamant I use her lawyer JK Nelson for the probate. Attorney Nelson and his team were compassionate and patient as they guided us through the months long process. They were able to respond to my questions and/or concerns same day if not immediately. What was most important to me was Attorney Nelson’s stoic demeanor whenever there was a stressful situation with our probate. And there were plenty. He is my attorney for all legal issues I may have in the future and I recommend anyone needing legal help to call him!

I was referred to Mrs. Dawson by a separate party as a good fit to my child custody/ relocation case so I hired her on the spot and I’m glad I did. Not only did she win my case and got me everything I asked for, but she did it with the utmost integrity and professionalism. She is extremely punctual and organized, which is my favorite thing about her, right along with her drive. I could tell right away, she does not like to lose, so I had faith that she would fight for me as hard as she could, and she did not disappoint. She strives for greatness and her standards are high, so I wasn’t surprised at all to find that her paralegal, Ms. Mora, was just as hard working, punctual, and the perfect balance of professional and compassionate. Situations like this are never easy for the parties involved but with every email and every phone call, even if it was just a minor concern to ease my own mind, Ms. Mora never made me feel like I was an inconvenience or a hassle, never rushed me off the phone, and always made my concerns a priority, no matter how minuscule. I hope I am never in the situation where I need to go through this process again, but if I ever am, I will 100% be hiring her again. Mr. Eric and his team, Lacey and JD, had helped my brother and I after a hit-run accident where our car was totaled. Taylor Waite, one of the attorneys that works at clear counsel is handling my mother's estate. He's had the case sitting on his desk, collecting dust, for 3 years thus far. He doesn't return phone calls, doesn't let me or my brother know what's going on, doesn't do any of the jobs he was hired to do. I would suggest looking at another law group to handle your case.

Clear Counsel Law is handling my mother's estate very poorly, it's going on 3 years now & I have not a clue what's going on! The executor of my mom's estate withholds information so I have no choice but to contact Taylor Waite whom is assigned the case and he doesn't return my calls, if I do get him on the phone he's vague, as if he doesn't consider me a client. Also I never waived my right to accounting, so where is it? Does that come at the end?. Well I wouldn't know because nobody tells me what's going on!..
Anyway I would steer "clear" of clear counsel law, unless you have years of your life to waste on probate, because if your in this situation you know better than anyone, tomorrow's never promised!

Picking an injury attorney is like playing the stock market, you think you know what you've got invested to begin with, but really no solid clue how it will end up, and similarly to the stocks it can make you very anxious on a daily basis not sure of your investment... Well good people reading this, after a little over two years from a rear-end collision with I and my wife being the victims of, Mister Cory Jones of Jones-Wilson law firm, got us a settlement that was totally equitable since he procured us with the maximum compensation available after judiciously wheeling and dealing with the corporate insurance machine on our behalf. He was recommended by a chiropractor I use to work with, one in touch with many attorneys, and when I showed him a list of five that I had meticulously researched, without hesitation he pointed at Cory Jones, and that was it for me. Mr. Jones easy nature of communicating and quickly responding, and, most importantly, his willingness to share vital thoughts about the case with his clients if they're so inclined and astute to contribute, that inspired even more confidence. I never doubted Mr. Jones expertise, and my trust was ultimately rewarded fair and square, and that's all one can ask... I am 60yrs old and had NEVER been arrested or in serious trouble until i found myself in a soap opera type nightmare with LVPD reading me my Miranda rights! I was being falsely accused of bullying & assaulting my elderly mother that I was caring for. I was scared out of my wits and having trouble seeing ANY way out of going to jail. Suddenly i went from loving daughter to an alleged abusive caregiver. My unethical, greedy brothers thought they might get cut out of our mothers will so they plotted (to the best of their ignorant ability) to discredit me and manipulate my mother into tossing me into jail and them directly into her bank accounts. I had heard of Amber months ago in passing. I NEVER thought I’d need a defense attorney. Thank GOD for Amber Fuhriman. I got on line and frantically searched for a defense attorney. I recognized her name and called. She answered. The police had gone to corroborate (or not) my version of events when Amber answered my call.
She listened patiently to my plea for help to keep me from being arrested. She quickly assessed my situation, asked a few important questions and then calmly extracted me from the abyss I had begun to sink into. She told me precisely what COULD happen next. Thats what happened. She explained what to do if and when it did happen, and as succinctly and concisely as a preacher on a pulpit would, she calmed my frayed nerves with facts. She allowed me to function in a calmly educated manner. when I felt like I was being railroaded she armed me with facts so that I didn’t fall into my evil brothers trap: Rattle me so I would melt into a puddle of tears, followed by outrage and indignation, my brothers pushed all the buttons that were installed in childhood, all fueled by age old sibling rivalries. Amber helped me keep my cool and not lose control of my emotions. She stated facts and kept me out of jail. I want people to know what she did for me. I did NOT get arrested. Ambers counsel allowed me to maintain my dignity in a moment when I could have lost it. Shes that good. Thank you Amber.

Ms Amber Fuhriman was a beacon of hope to my spouse and I at a time when our options appeared to be none and the likelihood of a satisfactory resolution seemed impossible. Before we hired Ms Fuhriman, we talked to several lawyers and they all said there was no chance for my spouse to be able to come back to the US after being sent back to his country, and much less to ever get a green card. Not only was she able to defend him from an unjust accusation, her calm and empathetic demeanor offered emotional succor to myself and family. My husband and I retained Judd Balmer for our multi faceted case, which had multiple defendants, many layers, and many failures from various “professionals” to include realtors, pest control company, mold remediators, and the original owners of the home we purchased. Radford Smith and his partner Garima Jain are wonderful, genuinely caring people, and they provided unmatched legal counsel on my behalf as the plaintiff in my divorce. I had the additional complication and distraction of a life-threatening illness which requires a significant amount of daily care. Even though Radford was a distant friend of the family I still interviewed with 4 other divorce attorneys. One never showed for the appointment, another never returned my calls, and the other did not sound confident I could get what I wanted. My meeting with Radford was professional and to the point. After our in-person meeting, we were all on the same page and the bulk of the work was assigned to Garima Varshney, Esq. Garima was very professional, returned emails quickly, and pushed through the settlement hearing to get a fair outcome. My main objective was to keep my home which was paid for with medical settlement funds and she made that happen. It would have been nice not to involve lawyers but sometimes that's just not possible. So if you need a good attorney that is going to walk you through the process, this is the firm to hire.

I hired Robert Morris recently to handle the probate estate of my deceased mother's, and was very pleased with the results. During our initial meeting, he seemed to be quite knowledgeable about the probate laws that would apply to this particular type of probate estate, and took the time to explain them in detail. He had a patient, personable manner during this meeting, and was very upfront about everything. He charged very reasonable fees for this case overall. My deceased mother's probate case was approved without any issues, at every step, and all of the assets from her estate were subsequently released without any delays; this is the ultimate goal of any probate case, and his exceptional legal expertise absolutely helped bring about this successful outcome.
I later decided to have Mr. Morris prepare some trust administration documents for an irrevocable trust which I am currently serving as the trustee of. Again, he charged fair, reasonable fees for these, and also took the time to add some critical, necessary updates needed to conform to Nevada law (the trust had originally been drafted in a different state). I have since used these documents to handle a number of financial banking matters, and have had no issues at all with the banks when doing so. Having these properly drafted, well-prepared documents on hand to use for such matters made a very significant difference in terms of time, hassle, and stress when it came to administering this irrevocable trust; I have since realized how crucial it is to hire a skilled estate planning lawyer for these situations.
Mr. Morris provided outstanding work for my particular probate and trust matters overall, and I couldn't have been more impressed. I would definitely recommend hiring him and his firm.
