I went to paul Beeber to help me get community medicaid for my father in law. His laid back attitude throughout the process has been beyond disappointing. He didnt ask me to gather the proper paperwork and our application was declined. He doesnt return calls and doesnt feel any sense of urgency. We have been working on this with him for 7 months and when i called the other day to follow up with the status he was unsure of anything and said he would call me back. Still waiting. If he didnt have my money already i would be going elsewhere. Do not use this lawyer

I was purchasing property on 8/22/12 which supposed to be listed under my name and my parents (at least one of parents). At closing the coop's attorney wrote only my parents names on a certificate of the ownership. I asked Henry F Locke to correct the certificate or if he could advised me what options we had and his response was the following: "you all (you/your parents) have to sign this! The certificate cannot be corrected." while saying this he slammed his open hand (sword style) several times onto table. My parents signed the paperwork. Hey I just bought property for my sixty year old parents! At the end of closing Henry F Locke said the following "your parents can make a will and it will be the same thing." Maybe he wanted also to help us with the will? How much for the will?
Stay away from this attorney he just wants to close a deal and perhaps create more work for himself.

Refrain from using this lawyers services. I hired him for selling our house and from the beginning, he expected us to sign off on his terms. He sent the wrong purchase agreement for review, initially refused to ask the seller for higher down payment, did so after we insisted, which was accepted by buyer, refused to provide any details and documentation after the initial contract term expired and finally expected me to sign off on the closing by sending me the closing bill 5 minutes prior to closing. He is a lawyer that doesn't like to answer questions and expects you to sign off on all items that might not be in your best interest
