I could not have asked for a better attorney. As far as I am concerned he is perfect. He explained everything down to the last letter. He dotted all his Is and crossed all his Ts. Unfortunately Bret is the only attorney whose services I have retained, so now the bar has been raised so high that I doubt I will have the pleasure again of dealing with someone so honest and genuinely concerned for my well-being. We consulted Peter to understand the implications of DECR vs dismissal and implications for immigration. He was able to steer our lawyer towards a civil compromise and we had no issues with immigration. In contrast another lawyer we spoke to made it seem like it was hopeless and we would face dire consequences etc etc but Peter was honest and clear in his assessment and gave us all possible scenarios. He also appreciated that we had done our research.

I have never had to use an attorney prior. I am in southern Oregon and was unable to find an attorney that would take my case so I started venturing out of town and up north. Mr. Elliott served as Probate Attorney for my late Mother's Estate. Throughout the entire ordeal, he kept me fully informed of the proceedings. Probate Law is probably not his chosen legal discipline, but he completed our legal support in a timely fashion without any surprises.
