Lynn was hired for trial in a case in which my son was ordered back to the state of New York 3 times. My ex took off with my son to another state. I personally didn't start having issues with my case until I hired lynn, she's very mouthy, as she told me, she goes to bars with judge porter, she worked with judge porter during covid when she was clerking. The problem here is judge porter allowed a woman to establish residency with a child in another state after 9 months.

I hired Larry Flowers to represent me on a speeding ticket. I paid him in full, prior to my Court date. He said I did not have to appear because he would appear on my behalf. He ends up going to Court a day late and then calls me to tell me that they won't do any type of plea deal. TOTAL B.S. They wouldn't do anything because you forgot to show up! My license was suspended for 60 days FOR FAILURE TO APPEAR!!! Refused a refund as well. Find ANYONE ELSE to represent you. He's an incompetent clown. Run, don't walk!

If you want someone to screw you out your monies go to her I dealt with deformation and she sat there and allowed it everything I asked of her I get told wait for ops to expire guess what when ops expire she told me to do it myself no less the courts went to me the case is closed. I still don’t have my belongings and stuff I told her my sister’s manipulation of mom and sister’s intentions and guess what all my gut feeling no less proof was correct. Her going you don’t want to go to trial you’ll be embarrassed save your pride well I too when I could I contacted my nieces legal aid also had a nice chat she wasn’t thrilled my sister played her daughter a child I took care of since she was a infant to teens that live with me and mom on to hurt me I filled out a foil with family and children services found out even more lies told to me untrue. Thanks to a honest staff. At headquarters of family and children services telling me fill out a foil immediately. And after that year too my mother has had a fall and surgery and my sister walked just like she did when I lived there. Gosh on top my sister made sure other stuff was false all papers Natasha didn’t share with me just helped them scare me more and go I am happy you got your own place and move on with your life while my sister hovers over mom and controls her gains moms house when mom dies but while mom alive mom paying for all the food, the house costs as well the yard work even a electrical
Pole outside on mom and the town’s property was about to snap sister didn’t report it to make sure yard safe for mom to mom able to do everything she said she was too old to do when I lived there but not I ain’t there she doing it and sister is living on her and oh well where is the justice huh when my mother ends up in a wheelchair or worse and then people will go why wasn’t anything done. Natasha you knew the lies etc gosh even I had audio proof to clear my name no less the first police report and others could been fought since I lived in that house 7 months after first time sister attacked me and flipped the storyline to accuse me no one would have someone live in there home for 7 month after that accusation no less order the person to stay home with them the person would have been removed immediately and Natasha you know it. I would think after all this time you’d make things right for me I was even told no attorney charges a retainer fee for each op so you did more then lie you scammed me and even communication between you and other attorneys you pulled out my file on top she love canceling your appts with her last minute like 5 minutes prior so for me to drive in pain to my sister in law taking time off work to go with me lost her wages for that time to never available on the phone it is a tag game so she could charge me for the office to take the call for her then she get back when fits her to cause her staff would know nothing. I am putting it on here to arm people she destroys your life with those doing perjury. Like her saying the legal aid for my niece wants and doesn’t say all but see doesn’t even play the proof to the child’s legal aid that the kids needs help but Natasha does go to me something wrong with my sister year to call me crap since she pregnant with her child but leaves me caring no less for the child but the child to live with me 24/7 for me to take child out for me to have calls that she needs me to help the child’s doctor with medical cause I use same doctor to she calling it aunt days meaning I am to no only take child out to movies lunch dinner alone with me but to pay for it etc and no I will not be threatened to take down review you destroyed my life with the monster and lied to the courts and let me take a beating for stuff I find do like I said 7 months in that house something completely wrong no less what was done once sister thought court mediation was done no less I was mislead it was a judge when it wasn’t. Now see it I was lying then why she doesn’t see her grandsons like she did when I lived there seems to be my other siblings saw the truth

Alex was recommended to me by a personal judge/friend of mine.
I attest, he is a very thorough and competent professional who always had my best interests in mind. I was always informed immediately on any task that required my involvement and directed me in a highly professional and warm way. He never missed or rescheduled a meeting and always and I mean always, took my calls or called back within minutes in rare form.

Mr. Gordon is one of those rare people who is generally concerned with you as a person and the outcome of your case. He lets you know the different approaches that can be taken in your case and which, he feels, would be most effective. When he represents you, he's is fully in your corner. Gary Field is an efficient and competent attorney whom I find is rare in this field. His knowledge, professionalism, and integrity, are key ingredients which makes a great attorney. He has the respect of his colleagues and the administrators in the judicial system.
Gary is extremely understanding and emphatic when it comes to handling complicated divorce and child custody issues. During my legal issue Gary suffered a personal loss in which that did not deter him the following day for appearing in court to ensure my visiting rights was granted. Unfortunately I did not find Gary until the middle of my legal issue which at that point went in the wrong direction very quickly and seemed that I would lose all my rights. Gary was successful in turning the opposition and getting my issue on better terms. I am grateful that I found Gary when I did or my case would have been lost.

I hired Eve-Lynn Gisonni and Gisonni Law Firm to fight a notoriously awful disability insurance company that was threatening to cut off my benefits. From the first day I met with her, she left me feeling at ease and she was completely in control of my situation. She was always available to answer all of my questions and it was obvious that she had many, many years of experience in disabiity insurance law and fighting Unum. When I went to leave this review, I noticed that someone left a really mean-spirited review about Eve-Lynn and her firm. None of the criticisms left by that person are what I experienced with Eve-Lynn. It appears that that person must not be well. Let me be specific. I had telephone and email access to Eve-Lynn whenever I needed to address any questions I had or issues that had arisen. I felt that Eve-Lynn's hourly charges for the work she did for my case were very fair and in fact less than what most disability lawyers wanted to charge me when I was looking for a lawyer. She promised to send me monthly billing statements, and I received one every month. Her bill descriptions were really detailed, and because of that, I never had any questions about the bill. Eve-Lynn always explained the issues to me in a way that made sense, and she was really good at keeping me informed of everything that was happening on my case. I would recommend Eve-Lynn and her firm to anyone having trouble with a disability claim. You need only read about her success stories, like I did when I decided to hire her firm, to see that she is a leader in the disability field and has helped a lot of people.

The Gisonni Law Firm, P.C. consists of solo practitioner Eve-Lynn Gisonni, Esq. and her secretary Kari Labadie. Gisonni was overwhelmed by my litigation and was not prepared to take it to trial. She stated to me that my case had taken "years off [her] life."
Communication. (1) In order to speak with Gisonni by telephone, I was required to schedule a telephone conference and to identify the topics I wished to discuss. For most of the telephone conferences, I was billed for "preparation" of the telephone conference. (2) Just once or twice I was able to speak with Gisonni by placing a random, unscheduled telephone call. (3) When we met, Gisonni and I would discuss various matters and agree to various things. Subsequently, generally one or two days later, Gisonni would send e-mail contradicting or changing our agreements.
Billing. I repeatedly asked for regular monthly statements. I never got them. Gisonni was either unwilling or unable to produce regular monthly statements.
Settlement. The decision to settle a lawsuit or proceed to trial rests with the client. Gisonni thinks otherwise. She tried to force me to settle my lawsuit. More than once, I reminded her that the decision to settle or proceed to trial was mine and not hers. She did not agree.
Discharge. After fully litigating my case, Gisonni stated to me that if I did not settle the case, she would not try the case. Gisonni had the audacity to state that her litigation retainer agreement did not include a trial! I almost filed a grievance. Gisonni was discharged and I settled the case on my own.

Diane was hired as my real estate attorney through my real estate agent. Throughout the process she was very condescending on the phone. There were emails that were sent that I never received and she insisted I received them. One example being the date, time and location of where I needed to close. What’s more she forwarded me an email about me needing to get a survey done. The email thread showed that she was told to inform me, the buyer, to get a survey done 3 times before she actually told me about it. Absolutely terrible communication. I understand that as a lawyer she may not feel the need to have good manners, or good customer service skills, but it is sad to see how rude she is. I’ve never had a particularly positive experience dealing with lawyers, but she is definitely the worst one I have ever dealt with. Please steer clear of Diane.
