I asked Jynell to look over my Lease Agreements and provide counsel on the legality and thoroughness of my documents. She provided me with a thorough document with many protections and items that I did not originally consider. My father’s investment counselor recommended DeAnn Farthing to help me administer my father’s estate. It was especially challenging for me since I live in Illinois, and he lived in Indiana. I was having issues with the IRS over a business tax issue.
I thought I could simply write a letter to IRS abs explain abs resolve. That did not happen so I canned Mr. Schmith. We met reviewed all of the material involved and he went to work.
Again I hopes the matter was a simple fix but of course I have learned nothing with the IRS is simple. Greg set up
An accountant for me to work with and together the worked through issues involved. They kept me well informed as to progress, even after covid slowed everything down with the IRS. After several meetings and calls we finally got the issue resolved at about 1/4 of what I started with.
The other thing was my ex wife wax involved with one of the years in question. Greg quickly went to work on getting her name off the tax issue and eliminating any responsibility for her in the issue.
They were even able to help me with the State getting a large refund.
I of course would and have recommended Greg to other people I know.

I met Tabitha in 2017 when my life was upside down with immigration issues. All effort to resolve it with my precious attorney was not successful.

He is passionate about and highly skilled at his profession.
He is experienced, knowledgeable, intelligent, and has phenomenal listening skills. He is accessible, and responsive, and overall a great communicator. He is compassionate and is dedicated to achieving the best possible results.
He seemed to understand the mentality of my siblings and the situation I was facing with them as they had not only put themselves in charge of my mothers estate, but quickly alienated me upon our mothers sudden deterioration and death.
The highly emotional situation was very challenging for me as emotions clouded my perception and hindered my ability to navigate the manipulative actions of my siblings.
Had it not been for Mr. Padgett, I would have had a complete nervous breakdown and had to have given up on honoring my mother, her wishes, and the full inheritance she intended for me.

I was advised by my business attorney to hire Greg to co-represent with him, my children and I as we challenged my deceased wife’s family estate. It was an ag related situation. The co-council approach was found to be successful as Greg specialized in estate litigation cases and the business attorney specialized in ag law. Indiana small claims court is unpredictable at best. Like many persons I was unsure if I should spend the money on an attorney or just prepare the best I could.
Fortunately we made the right decision and hired Mr. Stock.
Zach is very personable and made it an easy process for myself which was nice and unexpected.
We meet several times and in the second meeting he outlined the plan.
The trial was exciting.. Mr Stock's patience was outstanding as block by block he laid out our case.
In the end his knowledge of the law is what paid off. The case was decided in our favor on the spot.
I could not have been more happy. The legal services were a fraction of the potential claim.

Arlene Kline is an exceptional estate attorney! She is representing my sister and I in the probate process of my father’s estate. I found her on Thumbtack. And she called me on a Sunday!!! How many attorneys do you know that do that?! Not many attorneys ever!!!
My sister and I have never been thru a probate process, so naturally we have lots of questions. We’ve sent Arlene lots of emails, and she has ALWAYS responded sometimes even after her work hours. She has also always kept us up to date on the communication she’s had with the PR’s attorney. And she’s done so in a timely manner too.
Arlene is also a very well prepared attorney. At the first meeting we had with Arlene, she provided us with an estate checklist. On this checklist, there were important dates and deadlines that have to be met by the Personal Representative. The Personal Representative of my father’s estate is my other sister. This checklist also explained how closing the estate would work. I found this checklist to be very informative and helpful. She also provided us with all the documents that have been filed with the court to date…something that the PR’s attorney should have done but did not.
Arlene is also a very professional attorney. She has always conducted herself in a professional manner when dealing with my sister and I via email and in person. The documents, letters, consents, etc that she has prepared are done in a very professional manner as well. She has also dealt with the PR’s attorney in a very professional manner when communicating with him. She’s professional yet personable too. Very hard to find in an attorney. She’s very sympathetic and empathetic to your personal situation. She’s open and honest and a good listener too.
Finally, Arlene’s hourly rate is very, very reasonable. I consulted with multiple other attorneys and their rates were at least $300/hr or more! Her retainer fee is also very, very reasonable. It can’t be beat. The other attorneys I consulted with had retainer fees of $3000 or more! Hers only $500! She also gives you options as far as when you pay your bill. You can either pay your bill as she bills you. Or you can pay it after a partial distribution has been paid to you. Now that’s an unbelievable payment schedule! All the other attorneys I consulted with wanted thousands of dollars up front. Then when that money was gone you had to immediately replenish it. There was no willingness to wait until you got paid from the estate. So obviously Arlene is NOT about the almighty dollar. Something you rarely see when it comes to attorneys fees!
So if you want to hire a reasonably priced, professional attorney that’s not just going to take your money and run, then you need to hire Arlene Kline. You definitely won’t be disappointed!!!

I have had to work with a lot of lawyers in the past for various things and Arlene Kline stands out to me as the best lawyer I have ever worked with. I don't say this lightly. She has taken her time after hours, not paralegal time to prepare documents herself at a very reasonable and fair rate, she is honest. Something very difficult to find now a days. Scott Lewis is compassionate, empathetic, yet aggressive for his clients! Furthermore, he is on top of the current laws/cases as they pertain to your particular case. I went to Scott after I suffered a severe traumatic brain injury (including a skull fracture, 3 week coma, and a 4 week stay in what was supposed to be a rehab but was a physiatric hospital that was attempting to get their accreditation for TBi REHAB) from a motorcycle wreck out of town. When I was told I couldn’t return to my career, I was devastated! But I know I misspeak a lot, get grouchy with the public, and feel so isolated and alone. Scott was always there for me! Cried with me- fought tooth a nail for me!! He still calls to see how I am. I forgot to mention this started in July 2015. Not only was I denied twice, we had a full hearing finally in 2017 or 2018 ( I can’t remember). After waiting almost 7 or 9 months for the decision, I was turned down AGAIN! Scott still didn’t quit. He appealed the Judges decision and won!!! We had a new hearing in June of 2019. 30 days later we WON!! Not only won- but retroactive to the date of injury!! I don’t know what I would have done without Scott during this process.... I was so depressed and I literally feel like he gave me a second chance at life after a wreck tried to take my life. Thank you, Scott (and his associates are so patient and helpful!!)!! I can never say thank you enough!’ Anyone who has been wrongfully denied Disability and doesn’t go consult with Scott Lewis is missing out on an amazing non-quitting advocate!!!
