Arlene Kline is an exceptional estate attorney! She is representing my sister and I in the probate process of my father’s estate. I found her on Thumbtack. And she called me on a Sunday!!! How many attorneys do you know that do that?! Not many attorneys ever!!!
My sister and I have never been thru a probate process, so naturally we have lots of questions. We’ve sent Arlene lots of emails, and she has ALWAYS responded sometimes even after her work hours. She has also always kept us up to date on the communication she’s had with the PR’s attorney. And she’s done so in a timely manner too.
Arlene is also a very well prepared attorney. At the first meeting we had with Arlene, she provided us with an estate checklist. On this checklist, there were important dates and deadlines that have to be met by the Personal Representative. The Personal Representative of my father’s estate is my other sister. This checklist also explained how closing the estate would work. I found this checklist to be very informative and helpful. She also provided us with all the documents that have been filed with the court to date…something that the PR’s attorney should have done but did not.
Arlene is also a very professional attorney. She has always conducted herself in a professional manner when dealing with my sister and I via email and in person. The documents, letters, consents, etc that she has prepared are done in a very professional manner as well. She has also dealt with the PR’s attorney in a very professional manner when communicating with him. She’s professional yet personable too. Very hard to find in an attorney. She’s very sympathetic and empathetic to your personal situation. She’s open and honest and a good listener too.
Finally, Arlene’s hourly rate is very, very reasonable. I consulted with multiple other attorneys and their rates were at least $300/hr or more! Her retainer fee is also very, very reasonable. It can’t be beat. The other attorneys I consulted with had retainer fees of $3000 or more! Hers only $500! She also gives you options as far as when you pay your bill. You can either pay your bill as she bills you. Or you can pay it after a partial distribution has been paid to you. Now that’s an unbelievable payment schedule! All the other attorneys I consulted with wanted thousands of dollars up front. Then when that money was gone you had to immediately replenish it. There was no willingness to wait until you got paid from the estate. So obviously Arlene is NOT about the almighty dollar. Something you rarely see when it comes to attorneys fees!
So if you want to hire a reasonably priced, professional attorney that’s not just going to take your money and run, then you need to hire Arlene Kline. You definitely won’t be disappointed!!!

We had wills that were 30 years out of date and 2 states in arrears. Arlene provided suggestions to what we needed, turned our request around within a week, was accommodative to our schedule, and took the time to explain why and what we needed. I have had to work with a lot of lawyers in the past for various things and Arlene Kline stands out to me as the best lawyer I have ever worked with. I don't say this lightly. She has taken her time after hours, not paralegal time to prepare documents herself at a very reasonable and fair rate, she is honest. Something very difficult to find now a days. Romy was hired to help represent me through a heavy custody battle. As a father, in the state of Indiana, I had already fought the uphill battle and lost with a previous attorney. However, when I met with Romy and team, it was clear we had a path to success albeit several obstabcles in the way. Romy was able to guide me and my family through the process with thought, care and determination. I literally thought there was no hope, but instead, Romy was able to dictate the pace of everything, manage accordingly and quite literally destroy the competition. The balance of which was a decision from the bench, which I might add, is rather unheard of in custody cases. In that same vein, Romy was able to secure my daughters safety through full legal and primarr physical custody awarded to me, Dad.
If it were for Romy, my daughters safety would be in question on a daily basis, but instead, we can rest easy. This is all thanks to Romy.
With all that said, if you need a lawyer who will fight, truly fight, and not give just lip service. This is your guy.

I met Mr. Elswerky when I hired him to expunge an arrest record for my son. I was very angry that police arrested my son for no arrestable reason. He was visiting a fraternity brother when police knocked on the door. His frat brother refused to answer on the grounds that police didn't have a warrant, which is his right. One police officer stayed at the front door while the other went and got a warrant. Frat brother opened the door and everyone inside was arrested. There were several young men in the apartment. Prosecutor didn't prosecute b/c there was nothing to prosecute, but my son ended up with an arrest record. I suppose the warrant could have been appealed, but when prosecutor didn't move forward we thought it best just to seek expungement. Needless to say I am still angry at the police conduct and can only hope for karma for them and their families. Anyway, back to Mr. Elswerky, who filed the proper paperwork, set up a hearing for expungement. My son and I met him at the courthouse to attend the hearing. We waited approximately 2 hours for the judge and prosecutor to start, as the prosecutor was busy with another case in another courtroom. In those 2 hours we go to know more of Mr. Elswerky. He explained what was going to happen in the courtroom and my son's future concerning the expungement. When all this happened my son was a sophomore on college. He is going to graduate next month and then off to med school. I hope this review helps those in need of a criminal lawyer. I also hope we will never need Mr. Elswerky, but just in case, I would definitely hire again.

She made my calls a priority. Her follow up was stellar. She sent follow up emails after talking to us after the court hearings to make sure we understood what exactly happened in court and what to expect next. Her fee structure was well explained and fair. She has a lot of experience and that was obvious with her knowledge of case law and just the law in general. It is very hard to be heard when you are JUST kinship placement in our DCS system. Mrs. Boyd successfully helped us in this process. Elaine was a referral from a friend. I'd never been in court before and, I was so upset and afraid when I received my summons in the mail. Elaine was prompt and reassuring. She worked meticulously to find out as much information as she could that pertained to my case. She consulted with my child's teacher, his therapist, and others to make sure that what was in the best interest of my child would be the outcome in this case. Myself and the other parent had a horrible relationship when this all started . We were required through the courts to complete a course and Elaine wanted feedback. She asked me questions, in hopes that I'd learned something that could be applied to my specific family situation. I won in court, myself and the other parent have a much better relationship now, and most importantly my child is happy. I had no hope in the beginning of this case and by the end of it all my family was free from all of the strife and disappointment from past years.

I just want to point out a couple of things regarding Mrs. Pulley. I have a very interesting case going on regarding custody that has had a lot of things happen.
1st of all, if you want someone who’s going to pay attention to you and tell you the truth as long as you’re upfront about your situation, this is the attorney to have. Crystal is very passionate about what she does and definitely does her research. Let me reiterate, she does her RESEARCH. I wasn’t paid to do this. I wasn’t asked to do this. This is just my experience with her as we navigate through my custody case.
2nd of all, any small changes within your case, she’s on top of it and will let you know. Regardless of the outcome of my case, I feel so comfortable dealing with Mrs. Pulley knowing that she’s putting her best foot forward to achieve a good resolution. I would personally highly recommend her for whatever custody issues you may be dealing with.

I am a father of two children. I retained Ms. Pulley because my ex-wife was falsely accusing me of being behind in child support and I was being denied the visitation rights that had been ordered by the court in my divorce decree.
