I got into a DUI this year. I blew a 0.9 BAC and hit another driver on the road.
It very much could have been a felony with jail time or worse - but I got lucky and this was my first and last time.
With no idea what to do, I was recommended Ron by my friend. He gets the job done. Took off one of my charges, reduced my fine size (with community service), and explains what you HAVE to do in order to get your life back on track. And he’s helped me get my life back on track immensely.
I recommend Ron Chini if you’re facing any kind of DUI-related charges. He’s your guy.
There’s a lot more bigger firms but going with the independent route and smaller firms like Ron is much cheaper and still gets the job done.

We just finished the Jury Trial yesterday 02/08/2024. We won a $20.71M judgement. The jury found in favor of us the plaintiffs in EVERY count of allegations plus we got 100% of what we ask for in punitive damages.
It was a fraud case our company got defrauded. Mr. Brown took over the case on fifth month after the first complaint was filed. The first thing he did was write up an new complaint which made everything SUPER CLEAR. This is the MOST important thing you want to keep up in a lawsuit - KEEP EVERYTHING CLEAR & COMPREHENSIVE or NEVER CAUSE ANY CONFUSIONS for the Judge or the Jurors.
Mr. Brown was crushing the defendant’s attorneys. He kept our allegations/story CLEAR & SIMPLE. Why this happened, how did it happened, who was involved and ALL evidence to support your claims. That’s really all you need to win a trial.
You will never understand how important it is to keep things CLEAR before you actually attend a jury trial. Because at the trial, the defendant will do everything they could to cause confusions to the jurors, these “confusions” could potentially turn into your disadvantages which also could create challenges to the authenticity of your story factual background.
Mr. Brown has done an incredible and amazing job keeping our lawsuit CLEAR. I want to say even a young kid could understand what happen listening to his opening statement and closing arguments. And the truth is the jurors didn’t even bother spending the time going back and forth, because everything is so clear they understand what happened, they have all the evidence they want to see lined up clear and logical to support the facts.
If it wasn’t Mr. Brown, we would have a lot more challenges in our case. The other side is a fraudster, and fraudster often “lie” try to cause confusions to the jurors. Mr. Brown proved CLEARLY that the other side is a liar and 100% NOT credible. He proved it by pinning the defendant to his lie and use
evidence to prove he lied.
If any of you are victims of fraud, in harm of any breach of contract, or suffered damages from any business or personal wrongful conduct. You want to consult and hire Mr. Brown as your attorney.
It was a large case for our company and we browsed at minimum 30+ firms before hiring Mr. Brown. The result of this trial proved we made the right choice. He’s so logical and he doesn’t waste a second on “arguing”. He knows the game he knows what is the RIGHT approach to win. Because every lawsuit is different. You need Mr. Brown who is able to identify the merit of the case, and understand the insights.
Again, the worst thing you want to do or the stupidest thing you could do is to cause confusions at the court. The other side will always want to bring up nonsense arguments. You don’t need to jump into their “trap” arguing back and forth. Because the more you argue about nonsense, the weaker you are at trial even you have a strong case. All you need to do is have Mr. Brown prove to the jury this is nonsense and everyone inside the court room will understand what kind of game the other side is trying to play.

I don`t even know where to begin! My wife and I are completely overwhelmed with gratitude and respect for Mr.Khurgel and his team. I had a long 22 year journey with immigration which has finally come to an end. When my wife and I got married in 2022 we began to look for attorneys and we knew my case was not going to be an easy one to take on. We consulted with three attorneys prior to Mr. Khurgel and none of them were willing to take my case. I had given all hope that my dream of receiving a green card would ever come true. I am so grateful for Ron. I mean it when I say you will not find better representation. Ron is a legal eagle, ace at the case, hole-in-one hotshot.
My mom is an Orange County attorney, so I could have had free representation. Growing up with her, I am highly capable, even of representing myself. That said, I have an exquisite level of discernment for selecting a hotshot. By the end of Ron working on my case, I actually paid him more than he asked for. If you are reading this review, tell me one person in this world who paid more than their attorney asked for. I would wager this is the only review you’ll see saying that—Ron is that guy.
With his former DA experience, he WILL go to trial if necessary, and having that experience makes him an attorney rockstar. As soon as I retained him, he immediately began reaching out to all parties involved, gathering the necessary information, and submitting supporting documentation to the district attorney to back up my case in every way.
Ron does not mess around. “You want to come at me with some type of allegation or nonsense, I will absolutely not tolerate that libel.” He’s the guy who stands firm for those dealing with lawfare shenanigans. “You picked the wrong person to mess with” is the reputation you get when Ron represents you. I can say with everything in me, Ron is worth every penny spent and then some. If you have any fighting chance at all in your case, this is the guy to close the book—not have it thrown at you.

Josh was recommended to me by my best friend who has worked with him before and was very satisfied.
I had reached out to Josh a year ago regarding a review of a 1099 contract (which in the end fell through and so I did not contract him then). I got a very good feeling then as his responses were clear, quick, informative, personable and very helpful.
When I reached out to him this second time there was a lot I needed to learn and decide in a very short time-frame. Due to our goodwill approach to doing business we had a lot more legal exposure in this matter than I ever would have considered possible for a small company wishing to do well by others. On the first call Josh was helpful in putting all the facts forward and explaining the various scenarios that could possibly play out and recommended a plan to follow to help resolve this as quickly and cost effectively as possible.
Throughout 3 weeks of calls, emails, fact searching and finally a negotiation he was able to guide us through a very complex landscape of tricky regulatory legislature to reach a resolution that was much less expensive emotionally, time-wise and financially than anticipated (by a significant amount). This situation could have ended up costing our company a sum that could easily put a small team like ours out of business.
As I expressed to Josh, I can now look back and feel gratitude that this unpleasant situation happened as it has allowed us to learn and put in place the necessary policies to make our company compliant with local and federal law to ensure similar problems don't occur to us in the future.
Consulting a good lawyer ahead of time is like investing in a good insurance policy. Once problems arise having an excellent lawyer at hand to help and guide you is worth its weight in gold. I am thankful to Josh not only for the legal support he gave, but his humanity and the emotional support extended in dealing with this delicate and potentially harmful situation.

My wife suffered a traumatic incident in which a neighbor's pit bull dog killed our dog while she was on a walk and pushing our 1 year old in a stroller. We later came to learn that the pit bull dog had attacked another family that same day causing serious injuries. l had to ask a lawyer’s opinion in an emergency situation. I have called and left a message for 5 lawyers l found on the internet. The only person who called back was Bart Kaspero, - he talked to me twice on that first day and gave me advice immediately what l could do at that moment. In a couple of days he got back to me again and asked about the developments in my issue; and then gave me advice again. Mr Kaspero was very attentive and patient. Finally, we talked again couple of days later and Mr Kaspero gave me advice not to spend money on lawyers at this point n time. I was so very grateful to him and after all his work in the last week he actually did not ask for any payments.
