Hiring Hailli was truly the best decision I made and in turn I achieved the best possible outcome available to me. From the beginning, I felt my relationship with Hailli was that of a personal one and when it was time to get to business Hailli did nothing short of quite literally, getting things done. Both she and her assistant Yani always made themselves available to me and were very responsive throughout. They were excellent with the hand holding and explanations when needed and then taking things in to their own hands at the end to close things out. My name is David W. Klasing, I’m an attorney and a CPA and consider myself a scary judge of talent. Roy Comer is a very talented attorney and even more importantly he is ethical, honest, trustworthy and has adhered to the strictest confidentiality in an issue that I referred my own mother to him over. My mother was injured by her best friend when she lost control of her car while in the act of taking my mother to the emergency ward with symptoms of an impending heart attack. My mother was seriously injured and this placed her deeper into an existing financial crisis. She did not want to sue her best friend but her circumstances left her no choice. The family was placing tremendous pressure on her to do just that. She approached me and requested that I find her an attorney that would limit the law suit solely to the amount her best friend’s insurance would pay and would not go after all of her best friend’s assets. Noah helped us to recover from a previous attorney who badly botched a case and resulted in a substantial lien being placed upon my elderly mother's home. He was patient, honest, and informative. He was able to resolve the lien for a fraction of the amount they were awarded in court and recover funds for my mother from the malpractice of the previous attorney. After explaining our situation during a phone consultation, he was honest with us about the challenges we might face and gave us a good idea of what we could expect. Throughout the whole process, he made himself available for phone calls, responded promptly to our emails, and was diligent in writing and filing paperwork for our case. After submitting declarations and enduring a 730 child evaluation (ruling in our favor), we were able to reach a settlement allowing us to move out of state with our son. I don't write many reviews but felt compelled to given Jonathan Mason's excellent work on our complicated out of state child custody case. We just finished the Jury Trial yesterday 02/08/2024. We won a $20.71M judgement. The jury found in favor of us the plaintiffs in EVERY count of allegations plus we got 100% of what we ask for in punitive damages.
It was a fraud case our company got defrauded. Mr. Brown took over the case on fifth month after the first complaint was filed. The first thing he did was write up an new complaint which made everything SUPER CLEAR. This is the MOST important thing you want to keep up in a lawsuit - KEEP EVERYTHING CLEAR & COMPREHENSIVE or NEVER CAUSE ANY CONFUSIONS for the Judge or the Jurors.
Mr. Brown was crushing the defendant’s attorneys. He kept our allegations/story CLEAR & SIMPLE. Why this happened, how did it happened, who was involved and ALL evidence to support your claims. That’s really all you need to win a trial.
You will never understand how important it is to keep things CLEAR before you actually attend a jury trial. Because at the trial, the defendant will do everything they could to cause confusions to the jurors, these “confusions” could potentially turn into your disadvantages which also could create challenges to the authenticity of your story factual background.
Mr. Brown has done an incredible and amazing job keeping our lawsuit CLEAR. I want to say even a young kid could understand what happen listening to his opening statement and closing arguments. And the truth is the jurors didn’t even bother spending the time going back and forth, because everything is so clear they understand what happened, they have all the evidence they want to see lined up clear and logical to support the facts.
If it wasn’t Mr. Brown, we would have a lot more challenges in our case. The other side is a fraudster, and fraudster often “lie” try to cause confusions to the jurors. Mr. Brown proved CLEARLY that the other side is a liar and 100% NOT credible. He proved it by pinning the defendant to his lie and use
evidence to prove he lied.
If any of you are victims of fraud, in harm of any breach of contract, or suffered damages from any business or personal wrongful conduct. You want to consult and hire Mr. Brown as your attorney.
It was a large case for our company and we browsed at minimum 30+ firms before hiring Mr. Brown. The result of this trial proved we made the right choice. He’s so logical and he doesn’t waste a second on “arguing”. He knows the game he knows what is the RIGHT approach to win. Because every lawsuit is different. You need Mr. Brown who is able to identify the merit of the case, and understand the insights.
Again, the worst thing you want to do or the stupidest thing you could do is to cause confusions at the court. The other side will always want to bring up nonsense arguments. You don’t need to jump into their “trap” arguing back and forth. Because the more you argue about nonsense, the weaker you are at trial even you have a strong case. All you need to do is have Mr. Brown prove to the jury this is nonsense and everyone inside the court room will understand what kind of game the other side is trying to play.

Brad assisted me in helping settle part of my late father's estate. I was having problems dealing with one of my father's banks, who were extremely unhelpful and basically just giving me bad information (causing me a great deal of stress in the process). He got back to me the same day I called. I explained the issues with the bank, and he took me through all my options, explained what the pros/cons were of each, and helped reduce my confusion and let me know that I could get this settled relatively easily. I retained Mr Hausmann based on an excellent referral in September of 2017. I certainly wasn’t disappointed, and I’m not easy to please, being a former legal assistant in Minnesota some years ago. I was in an automobile accident and Mr Hausmann knew exactly what to do; when to do it and ultimately negotiated a settlement that was fair. His staff also was extremely helpful when he wasn’t available. Calls were returned timely and questions answered sufficiently. Addition to that, i had few visa rejections in the past which later i have learned that was due to inadmissibility issue which was determined by her. That was first strong signal which Ms. Aycan has built confidence in me that she is the one can get this job done straight. She is like a perfect surgeon whom diagnoses correctly so that in order to know how to cure.
Later, through dense and complicated stages of E1 visa application which interrupted and delayed for almost 2 years due to pandemic, Ms. Aycan was determined, dedicated, fully cooperative and supporting through all these times until finally interview date given at early of this year in early February 2022.
After long time waiting and hectic preparations, at interview unfortunately i was denied due to interviewing officer misinterpretation and misunderstanding of E1 visa qualifications.
Ms. Aycan has done fast assessment of this denial. She disputed to it by sending emails twice to the consulate asking reconsideration of their decision. This hasn’t worked unfortunately. The consulate asked us to reapply. So did as advised. The second interview has been settled for four months later in early June of 2022. This time fortunately i was interviewed by a visa officer whom did right assessment of the case. And, finally i was approved for 5 years E1 visa status. The interview was long and sweaty one. However, i was prepared well like a student studied well to pass final exam.
Behind all these efforts and success story, there was definite team work of my attorney Ms. Aycan, my employer whose put many hours of workload submitting sponsor company documents and joining zoom meetings, and myself whom prepared well and fought to the end.
And Ms. Aycan was mastermind and architect of this success. She has set exceptional role model how an attorney can be and should be. She hasn’t only worked for this case, also she has fought until to the end as she said after first interview denial “I am there and will fight to win as long as you tell me stop”. Truly, she has delivered his words to most extent by heart and all meanings she has done.

Bill has been my criminal attorney for a year and a half now. I was arrested, bailed out and called Bill's office more than a year ago. Cathy answered the phone and I was distraught. I did something out of desperation which added to an already mile long list of white collard felonies. Cathy was a bundle of information and put me at ease upon my release. As a budding entrepreneur I've had the fortunate problem that young growing companies face where there are too many responsibilities for a small staff to do leading to not having all the necessary policies in place to safely protect our company against unethical players. An action taken towards our company forced me to quickly need a lawyer to help represent us in a legal matter.
Josh was recommended to me by my best friend who has worked with him before and was very satisfied.
I had reached out to Josh a year ago regarding a review of a 1099 contract (which in the end fell through and so I did not contract him then). I got a very good feeling then as his responses were clear, quick, informative, personable and very helpful.
When I reached out to him this second time there was a lot I needed to learn and decide in a very short time-frame. Due to our goodwill approach to doing business we had a lot more legal exposure in this matter than I ever would have considered possible for a small company wishing to do well by others. On the first call Josh was helpful in putting all the facts forward and explaining the various scenarios that could possibly play out and recommended a plan to follow to help resolve this as quickly and cost effectively as possible.
Throughout 3 weeks of calls, emails, fact searching and finally a negotiation he was able to guide us through a very complex landscape of tricky regulatory legislature to reach a resolution that was much less expensive emotionally, time-wise and financially than anticipated (by a significant amount). This situation could have ended up costing our company a sum that could easily put a small team like ours out of business.

I was in an accident involving a rental car and the driver provided the wrong information. Michael Royer Law was able to track down the driver and handled the case super efficiently. I usually don't write reviews. But Michael Royer and staff were more than outstanding and need to be congratulated. I was in a major rear end car accident which caused severe pain on my spine and a concussion. I was out of work for months. I lost my job because of it. It has been an amazing experience in what could be the most stressful time in someone's life. I'm extremely lucky to have worked with such an amazing group of professionals who were supportive, caring and treated me with the utmost respect. I’m a Military Veteran and in March 2018, I was pulled over, arrested and charged with my 2nd DUI within 5 years. I was still on probation from my 1st DUI and I didn’t know what to do. I had a 2nd DUI after 7 seven years, I didn't realize how much more these get punished, as I learned of the consequences I was devastated and full of anxiety. Thank God, I hired Chris Taylor, he guided me through the entire process, from day 1 he was realistic about the outcome and immediately put me to work on my case. it took about 10 months to get my sentence, it was very stressful times. My work has zero tolerance for DUI, so I was sure I would lose my job. So one thing that helped me a lot is that somehow Chris was able to synchronize the timing of the DMV suspending my license with the court proceedings.
