I was referred to Shannon Lamb from a trustworthy friend, and I couldn’t have asked for a better lawyer! Aside from Shannon being the most kind, patient and understanding person, I also had an incredibly pressing timeline to meet a legal deadline. (LESS THAN 24 HOURS!) Shannon was extremely knowledgeable and I felt very confident that she had my best interest in mind. She was fair, firm, and answered every question I had with great detail. Ms. Lamb was very communicative, and because of the nature of the document, there was quite a bit of back and forth with lots of revisions. Every single request was met with “my pleasure” in response. Usually any time a lawyer is needed, it’s probably a stressful situation, and Shannon Lamb made every single minute of the process so easy and comfortable. Very thankful I found her! I was hit with a nuisance lawsuit by a serial litigant. I consulted with several attorneys who suggested that I should settle to make the litigant go away. When I consulted with Shannon, she asked many more questions than others did and used the specifics of my case to create a strong defense. She was able to get my case dismissed with no payment to the litigant. Her attention to detail and strong legal action led to the best possible outcome. I spoke to Shannon Claire regarding a rental dispute between my apartment complex and a roommate I share a lease with. Claire's advice was clear, concise and extremely helpful. I would have absolutely hired her for my issue but her advice was so good it made my property management company drop the complaints entirely. I was rear ended back in October 23 and immediately searched for an attorney from a car enthusiast group and was recommended Jonathan from several people. This is the first time I had been in an accident but I already knew I didn't want to deal with insurance or the other party. Jonathan gave me a call the next day and explained the complete process. He was able to secure a great settlement but the best part was his office was always available for questions when I had them. I was really stressed after being in a 4-car accident. Nobody wants to be involved in an accident, that said ''Life Happens". This time, instead of trying to 'work it out' with the insurance and trying to figure out how to handle things on my own, Mr. Shin and his entire office helped me navigate the entire process. That in itself was a great relief.
They helped me understand how to get care for my accident and how my financial responsibilities would be handled without going into medical debt. This was a huge concern as care was needed to get my standard of living back, and the insurance companies are not your advocates in this department.
When questions came up, they were there to answer via email or phone and did not make me wait days for a response. Every call and message was handled with patience, kindness, and care. Their experience was obvious as they provided most answers before the questions even came up.

There is no question how difficult and heavily emotional the divorce already is for the person. Having an honest, direct, accessible lawyer who is actually very good and knowledgeable at what he does while being caring is VERY important. Rude and unprofessional — the other reviews also look fake/paid for, be wary. I wanted to do a consult but they insisted that with what I need it requires a 1 hour consult which would be $500 instead of $350 for 30 minutes lol. I only needed 30 minutes. Then Mr Gerber proceeded to tell me that “yeah, you can’t afford my services”. I actually can, just not looking to throw my money away to a lawyer who will do minimal work and charge up a storm. For what? So I feel taken advantage of by a lawyer? A tale as old as time. I’ve heard these stories plenty to know what to look out for. Already found better consult elsewhere who won’t waste my time and money. Thanks! ☺️

Adam Miller is UNMATCHED!!! Stop your search and look no further! Adam came highly recommended through a friend of a friend and oh my lord thank god he did. Long story short- I got conned by the highest level con artist who has been doing everything under the sun to seize control of my company from filing fraudulent documents, removing me as owner, causing a freeze on my bank account, contacting my associates and spreading lies, and more! Many thanks to Dawn Knepper for was instrumental in helping me navigate this unknown world of using an employment lawyer to help negotiate an exit based on discrimination and whistleblower retaliation. Not only was Dawn able to keep me informed and educated every step of the way, there may have been many times when she had to even play the role of “Therapist” - such a mix of emotions, from anger, sadness, shock but Dawn kept me focused on what was important and helped manage expectations.
When we were working to finalizing the negotiations and the other side was not budging, and neither were we, she was able to showcase what moving forward past negotiations into the litigation stage would look like for both myself and my employer. This was enough for my company to settle for what we asked for, much more than what Dawn had said was typical to expect from this type of case.
Happy unfortunately is not a word one can use regardless of outcome - the mix of emotions of being forced out and one’s reputation being destroyed, however I left much more than satisfied.
One will be lucky to work with Dawn Knepper for any employment issue.

My name is David W. Klasing, I’m an attorney and a CPA and consider myself a scary judge of talent. Roy Comer is a very talented attorney and even more importantly he is ethical, honest, trustworthy and has adhered to the strictest confidentiality in an issue that I referred my own mother to him over. My mother was injured by her best friend when she lost control of her car while in the act of taking my mother to the emergency ward with symptoms of an impending heart attack. My mother was seriously injured and this placed her deeper into an existing financial crisis. She did not want to sue her best friend but her circumstances left her no choice. The family was placing tremendous pressure on her to do just that. She approached me and requested that I find her an attorney that would limit the law suit solely to the amount her best friend’s insurance would pay and would not go after all of her best friend’s assets. When it comes to family law, having a competent, understanding, and well-respected attorney is a must. After much research, we decided to trust Jon Mason with our move-away case. After explaining our situation during a phone consultation, he was honest with us about the challenges we might face and gave us a good idea of what we could expect. Throughout the whole process, he made himself available for phone calls, responded promptly to our emails, and was diligent in writing and filing paperwork for our case. After submitting declarations and enduring a 730 child evaluation (ruling in our favor), we were able to reach a settlement allowing us to move out of state with our son. We can’t put into words how grateful we are for Mr. Mason and all the hard work he put in to winning our case. Brad assisted me in helping settle part of my late father's estate. I was having problems dealing with one of my father's banks, who were extremely unhelpful and basically just giving me bad information (causing me a great deal of stress in the process). He got back to me the same day I called. I explained the issues with the bank, and he took me through all my options, explained what the pros/cons were of each, and helped reduce my confusion and let me know that I could get this settled relatively easily. I retained Mr Hausmann based on an excellent referral in September of 2017. I certainly wasn’t disappointed, and I’m not easy to please, being a former legal assistant in Minnesota some years ago. I was in an automobile accident and Mr Hausmann knew exactly what to do; when to do it and ultimately negotiated a settlement that was fair. His staff also was extremely helpful when he wasn’t available. Calls were returned timely and questions answered sufficiently. He has excellent negotiation skills and I would definitely recommend him. His office is also very easy to get , and that was important to me, being retired.

My wife and I were very pleased with the service that Kevin, Carolyn and Hannah gave us during the preparation of our living trust. They have an organized process for trust preparation, which was helpful to us in gathering the required information for the document. Kevin walked us through each of the major decisions we would need to make, and was good about giving explanations of the pros/cons of the various alternatives. I went online looking for a attorney to represent me in a Chase credit card debt lawsuit being handled by the Moore Law Group.
I called John, and he actually answers his own phone. That was a time saver and I did not have to wait for a call back.

I have first come across to know her when i need to apply for E1 visa from reference of a good mutual friend. Addition to that, i had few visa rejections in the past which later i have learned that was due to inadmissibility issue which was determined by her. That was first strong signal which Ms. Aycan has built confidence in me that she is the one can get this job done straight. She is like a perfect surgeon whom diagnoses correctly so that in order to know how to cure.
Later, through dense and complicated stages of E1 visa application which interrupted and delayed for almost 2 years due to pandemic, Ms. Aycan was determined, dedicated, fully cooperative and supporting through all these times until finally interview date given at early of this year in early February 2022.
After long time waiting and hectic preparations, at interview unfortunately i was denied due to interviewing officer misinterpretation and misunderstanding of E1 visa qualifications.
Ms. Aycan has done fast assessment of this denial. She disputed to it by sending emails twice to the consulate asking reconsideration of their decision. This hasn’t worked unfortunately. The consulate asked us to reapply. So did as advised. The second interview has been settled for four months later in early June of 2022. This time fortunately i was interviewed by a visa officer whom did right assessment of the case. And, finally i was approved for 5 years E1 visa status. The interview was long and sweaty one. However, i was prepared well like a student studied well to pass final exam.
Behind all these efforts and success story, there was definite team work of my attorney Ms. Aycan, my employer whose put many hours of workload submitting sponsor company documents and joining zoom meetings, and myself whom prepared well and fought to the end.
And Ms. Aycan was mastermind and architect of this success. She has set exceptional role model how an attorney can be and should be. She hasn’t only worked for this case, also she has fought until to the end as she said after first interview denial “I am there and will fight to win as long as you tell me stop”. Truly, she has delivered his words to most extent by heart and all meanings she has done.
Ms Iskent has demonstrated exceptional knowledge in immigration law, superior communication , and a very close follow up.
Again, thank to her being my attorney. She is not attorney alone, she is a fighter of law if it is righteous cause.

Bill has been my criminal attorney for a year and a half now. I was arrested, bailed out and called Bill's office more than a year ago. Cathy answered the phone and I was distraught. I did something out of desperation which added to an already mile long list of white collard felonies. Cathy was a bundle of information and put me at ease upon my release. I usually don't write reviews. But Michael Royer and staff were more than outstanding and need to be congratulated. I was in a major rear end car accident which caused severe pain on my spine and a concussion. I was out of work for months. I lost my job because of it.
