A few weeks ago, I found myself in the unfortunate position of having to leave my employer, after nearly six years. I was of the opinion that some labor and other laws had been broken during my employment. Having never had to speak with an attorney about such a matter, I was uncertain where to turn. I had the good fortune of finding Tamara Freeze on the internet. After reading her bio, I knew this was the best place for me to start. Because harassment was involved in my concerns with my previous employer, I knew I wanted to speak with a woman about what I had endured. Tamara called me back less than an hour after I left her a message. She spoke with me for over thirty minutes, up until the very last minute before she had to leave for another appointment. I can tend to be a talker and appreciated Tamara's style of effectively, yet kindly, reeling me in and staying on topic. At the conclusion of our conversation, she did not necessarily think her firm would be able to represent me, should the matter go to trial. What I appreciated most is that she gave me great advice, made me feel at ease and talked to me as though I was a friend, not a stranger calling for the first time. She suggested I begin by writing a demand letter stating what I thought I was owed based on my concerns. Not only did she give me great advice, she asked me to keep her informed! It wasn't just a "We can't help you, sorry" type of attitude. Tamara still cared about the outcome of my situation. I am very fortunate that her advice led to an amicable separation from my prior company and that neither sides wanted a court trial. I would refer Tamara Freeze to anyone who has concerns about the treatment they received in their workplace. I experienced first hand the way she cares for people she is not representing. I can only imagine how well she would take care of those she does represent throughout the courtroom process. Attorneys can often get a bad wrap. My case was a civil lawsuit involving oral contract in title ownership of realestate property. I was the plaintiff. Candice Bryner along with Tumy Nguyen represented me. If you as any lawyer an oral contract which involve in realestate is very hard case to prove. But Candice and Tumy took on my case and they were very honest and strategic. The defendant was represented by a big law firm in Long Beach. As the case went on the defendant lawyers created a mount of paper work to harass me, but Candice worked day and night to protect me and she did very well with caring thoughts. After settlement was not reached, my case went to trial. As you all know going to war you must be well prepared, Candice and Tumy was very prepared and they prepared me very very well. Cut to the chase, I won my lawsuit and the jury award me ownership of my property including damages. An honest and experienced lawyer is most important when your case is difficult, Candice M Bryner and Tumy Nguyen are as best as they come.

My daughter hired Christine to represent her in a Family Law case that I was involved in as well. We were together all day (8 hours) on some of the court days so we really got to know Christine and see how she performed under pressure. I kept reaching out to see if I can Reopen a custody case again regarding custody issues, contempt of orders and conflicts that were affecting me and my children. And so far my situation did not seem relevant to some extent for the case to be opened again by some consultations I had before, until one day at the right moment I found a lawyer Fernando Acuna who gave me a consultation with full on questions about the situations and the status on the case. He took the time to analyze the facts of the contempt of orders, etc. and how the case can proceed. He also gave great legal advice to someone who needed hope. Mr. Atabek helped me with an issue with my HOA. He worked diligently to come to a settlement that was acceptable to me and the HOA. He was thoughtful and diligent in his work. I practiced in both Los Angeles and Orange Counties for a while, and I can with no reservations endorse this attorney. He and I have co-counseled three cases (sometimes he was the lead and sometimes I was), but he always showed shrewd litigation counsel and wants to make sure the client is served best. I contacted Attorney Momal regarding my K1 fiancee visa. Several issues I was concerned with my application and especially issues with more proof to the US embassy of my sustained income.
Miss Momal was very accommodating and gave me many option to visit her office in Montebello, CA.
After my first office appointment she was able to point out very efficiently what is need and how to finalize my K1 application.
Miss Momal also offered and gave me the option to wright an explanation letter to US Embassy but mention to me that I can formulate that letter myself as well.

Donny represented me and my family in a wrongful death action after my grandfather slipped and fell at a nursing home in Tustin and died, OC Superior Court Case No.: 30-2014-00746924-CU-PO-CJC. He did not require us to pay any money up front. We were kept informed every step of the way. Donny even deftly handled some conflicts between the heirs that arose during the life of the case. Donny rendered very practical advice on what was a very emotional case for me and the other plaintiffs. In the litigation, I had the pleasure of reading Donny's research and writing in correspondence to the plaintiffs and opposing counsel and motions filed with the court. Before certain court deadlines Donny worked around the clock to make sure that our court filings were perfect. Donny established a good rapport with opposing counsel and with the judge that was assigned to our case. After a short time litigating, we were able to settle the matter with the nursing home's insurer for a fair amount, avoiding the emotional and financial grind of proceeding to summary judgment or trial. It's very uncommon, if not very rare to find a hard-working, trustworthy and honest attorney. Maybe I am too negative on lawyers but my experience in dealing with lawyers hasn't been good for more than 30 years. Well, Mr. Cramer may have opened a window for the profession giving me some hope that there are some good lawyers with good character and dignity.
Mr. Cramer started working on my case in a law firm as an associate. He worked hard and was very careful and thorough. He was pretty much single handedly doing the work that was supposed to be the duty of the owner attorney. When Mr. Cramer left the firm, I considered the course of actions and upcoming proceedings, I chose Mr. Cramer over the firm. It proved that my choice was correct and the case was concluded with the outcome I was satisfied with. I would recommend Mr. Cramer very highly.

10 stars for Adam Cramer - I don't know where to start, there are so many excellent qualities rare to find in regular every day People. The caring, personable, professionalism, passionate, and honesty this Attorney has is amazing and a true gem. Called Mr. Nelson to write a waiver letter to the US embassy in Yerevan Armenia, as why I want my mother in law to get her immigration visa to join my wife here in California. He charged me not much! But thereafter, anytime, I called him, he spent quite good time on the phone. He never turned me down for my questions. He was sometimes in meeting. But he retuned all my calls. You will not feel stranger with this gentleman. He is knowledgeable and he is always stay side by side with you. His office staff are friendly and helpful, when he was on vacation. I recommend him to any one. My mother in law came in to California on 10/22/2019 with green card visa. One call you will think you know him for ever! I couldn't have done this on my own. Joseph and his team helped me with my naturalization process and I couldn't be more grateful. Mr. Vic Lin has been providing legal services to assist my company in patent applicaitons and IP related tasks over a decade. In many cases, his assistance is particularly important to help us enhance our applicaitons with much more effective and compelling presentations that resulted in successful patent issuances. In one specific case, the assigned examiner of USPTO made some objections that did not seem to be applicable to our application, Mr. Lin coordinated a conference call with the examiner and clearly explained our arguments, and eventually convinced the examiner that our application was indeed patentable. In another case, after reviewing our original draf, he recommended to significantly increas the number of claims in the application. Those additional cliams were all accedpted by the examiner. Mr. Lin has demonstrated outstanding expertise in IP laws and especially his familiarity with the leagal procedures to handle complicated cases. I would highly recommend him for any IP related cases.

I have had two cases for Phillip. The first was a business transaction gone bad and required extensive discovery, finding details and analysis of documents. Phillip never stopped looking for the last bit of strength. In the final days he was able to get a favorable settlement from a tough Chapter 11 case.
The 2nd was on behalf of my grandson. He had an opportunity to become a 1/3 partner in a business where he was the acting manager. My Grandson knew my business and knew II was required to use competent legal advise. He asked me to look at the deal proposed by his, then, employer. My case involved a business matter. One of my customers filed bankruptcy and my corporation had a sizable liability on a Preference Claim. Mr Ashman settled the case for me for 12.5 cents on the dollar. I considered that outcome to be extremely positive. Jahzeel is one of the true gems out there that truly had my best interest in mind. She performed miracles for me and was ridiculously fare with me in her fees. I was on probation when I was cited with a new case out of the same courthouse. I was at my lowest point and tremendously scared. I did not want to go to jail. A family friend referred me to Ms. Osejo and I am so thankful they did. Ms. Osejo did a lot of hand-holding for me and I truly felt that she care about me and my case. I hired Mr. Sheldon to handle my divorce. It was a nightmare of a case, but he got it handled, and didn't charge me for every single paper clip, like so many others do.
He explained everything to me, and answered ALL my calls and emails HIMSELF! He was fair and honest, and I couldn't be happier with his professionalism, intelligence, and experience.
Do yourself a favor, when hiring an attorney. Ask a LOT of questions. Find one who doesn't have a lot of paralegals doing your work. Find one who doesn't bill you for every email you write to them.
I HIGHLY recommend Philip Sheldon. He was fantastic to work with.
I also referred him to a co-worker who needed immigration help, and he did a great job for her as well.

Mr. Sheldon is a very professional attorney who under promised and over delivered. I am out of state and had a jurisdiction issue with a judge in CA. I was so confident the judge would rule against me and we would have to go to appeal that I hired Mr. Sheldon to make clean arguments to preserve the record for appeal. Well, he did a lot more than that! His arguments and research of the law was so convincing that a judge who never changes his mind had no other choice but to rule FOR me. Mr. Sheldon has saved me THOUSANDS in appeals fees. I will definitely hire him again in the future to handle child visitation, which CA does have jurisdiction over.
The other thing I really like about this attorney was how easy it was to get a hold of him. I've worked with some attorney's who won't give out their cell phone or won't immediately update you when something happens on your case. I never had that problem here. Mr. Sheldon was on top of things and always let me know what was going on, which was really important to me being several states away.
