Brian is the ultimate professional. He represented me in a motorcycle fall that I had on a road that was neglected by the town. want to thank Desiree from the Law office of Marda Rosenbaum for getting my house modified. It was a really hard battle with Suntrust Mortgage. She fought very hard and didn't give up. I was convinced to do a shortsale by another attorney and when I met with Desiree for a second opinion she told me not to go through with short sale and try for loan modification and see what the payment could be so I wouldn't lost my home. I'm glad I listened and now I have a great payment and my home is mine. I would definitely recommended this law office to help anyone who is in trouble with there mortgage and prevent foreclosure.

I don't normally write reviews, but I wanted to thank The Law Office Of Marda Rosenbaum for all of their hard work. They saved our home! We can't thank them enough. The staff, Christine, Jan,Desiree,and Marda were all wonderful and great to work with. Christine was particularly amazing! My mortgage company is notoriously difficult to work with. Christine was relentless in following up with the lender and making sure that everything was submitted correctly. It was great to have her on our side! I would highly recommend this firm if you are in danger of losing your house. Like another reviewer said, they are on another level. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

Excellent attorney who got me a very satisfactory result. Michael Glass was there for me every step of the way through a very difficult time in my life. I had a surgery that went extremely wrong causing me to have permanent damage to my body. It was also a very personal issue and difficult for me to discuss but he was always extremely professional and never made me feel embarrassed to speak with him about it. I was very appreciative of that as it was already hard for me physically and emotionally. Michael Glass saw this through until the end and fought hard for me. I engaged the law firm of Rappaport, Glass, Levine and Zullo, LLP to deal with a medical malpractice lawsuit for my husband who was tragically the victim of unprofessional doctors.
From the very moment we met with Michael Glass I knew that we were in good and caring hands. Mr. Glass even came to the hospital to visit with my husband and myself. His compassion made us feel so comfortable during a very trying time.
Chris Glass then took over and stayed with us every step of the way. He kept us informed of all updates, answered phone calls and e-mails immediately and was always a very calming force. Maria Gasparis was such a dedicated and personal attorney. I was not an easy client to deal with since this was the first sale of my home. She was always patient and kind and guided me through the process and when it came down to the wire she worked overtime making sure things were overnighted permits were cleared. I can’t recommend her enough. I worked with her family who are realtors as well and these three women were miracle workers and I am so eternally grateful. From the bottom of my heart. Mr Cadden represented me in the Southampton Justice Court a charges of DWI , Failure to signal and possession of Marijuana. I was pulled over and arrested by a Southampton Town Police officer.
I live in Manhattan and was staying in the Hamptons for the weekend when i got arrested. I got released and was told to come back to court in 3 weeks with an attorney.
I made a few calls to some attorney friends i have here in NY and was directed to Mr Cadden as the "man to see for all east end criminal and traffic matters".
I found out he was indeed. Mr Cadden was able to convince the DA to reduce my DWI charge to a speeding ticket, and the Failure to Signal charge was dismissed as was The Marijuana charge.
I paid a $375 fine for the speeding conviction. Based on my observations of Mr Cadden in Court he appears to be very well known and respected by the Judge, DA's and people who work in The Southampton Court.
As a word of caution, his fee was by no means cheap, but It was worth it considering the outstanding results.

I went to see Mr. Mansfield before my court case, as the very dubious lawyer who was supposed to take my case backed out at the last minute. Mr. Mansfield saw me on next to no notice, yet treated me as though I was a top client. He's an old school, throwback to a time when lawyers had scruples and honor, and more importantly, a respect for the law itself. Because I'd been laid off from my job, I had no money to pay him. My case is very precarious and winning it may have been a long shot. Though not only did David Mansfield spend more than an hour with me, but he sent me via e-mail, some very pertinent information which will benefit me in the future. Great man, impeccable manners, a thorough understanding and appreciation of traffic law. And a teacher of the law as well, in all aspects. I highly recommend him, to anyone in need of a top notch lawyer.

My experience here was horrible willing to take your money but don’t put in no work I had Brian first for my first court date then he got drop from me and I got Catherine the worst ever she showed no care for what I was going through due to the fact of me trying to get my son back home in Connecticut. It’s like she was working against me with the other party. I would email her and she takes for ever to respond I won’t get a respond until the next day if so. Then she try to tell me oh I should be glad dad didn’t put me on child support for my son because dad have temporary residential custody mean while dad is on child support and never paid a dollar since be been on child support now tell me how that make sense?. The front desk lady got upset with me when I wanted to change her and get somebody else who would actually care about my situation asking why I wanna change Cathrine as if they doing me a free job like I’m not paying these people my hard working money. Cathrine should no compassion to how I feel as a mother about my situation regarding my child. would I recommend anybody to this law firm HELL NOOOOOO!

I had as wonderful of an experience as one can have going through the divorce process with Nick as my attorney. I had switched a year into my case with no movement. Nick was able to come in and quickly catch up. He skillfully navigated a high conflict divorce and helped in protecting both myself and the children. He acted quickly, was very communicative, caring and was always was thinking out of the box. He is honest and made me feel safe and always had my best interest in mind.
